Aunt Babe is back to her troublemaking ways on EastEnders next week as she resorts to sabotage for her own benefit.

As life at the Queen Vic starts to get back to normal following the Carters' New Year drama, it seems that Babe (Annette Badland) is keen to mark her territory once again.

Nancy Carter's boyfriend Tamwar Masood (Himesh Patel) sparks the trouble when he makes a deal with Babe and arranges for him and Nancy to take over The Vic's kitchen for the day.

Although Nancy (Maddy Hill) is keen to rise to the challenge, she is left confused when the customers don't like their food.

It's not just a simple case of fussy punters, though - and all becomes clear when Nancy realises that sneaky Aunt Babe had a part to play in the setback. Is Babe already back to her old tricks?

It's not just Nancy and Tamwar that Babe has in her sights next week, as she also grows suspicious of Buster Briggs (Karl Howman) after spotting him acting strangely.

A curious Babe wants to know what Buster is up to, and after some quick detective work, she lets Shirley know what she has found. Will it cause trouble?

Kush Kazemi breaks down on EastEnders next week as his parental responsibilities finally start to hit home.

The charming market stall trader has been told that he's the father of Stacey Branning's baby son Arthur, but has been keeping the news quiet to avoid upsetting his wife Shabnam Masood.

Kush (Davood Ghadami) starts to rethink his attitude next week when some erratic behaviour from Stacey leaves everyone concerned.

A hard-hitting new storyline will see Stacey (Lacey Turner) battle with postpartum psychosis following Arthur's recent birth, which leads to her experiencing frightening hallucinations and becoming convinced that the youngster is the son of God.

Worried for mum and baby when Stacey goes AWOL with Arthur, Kush confides in his own mother Carmel (Bonnie Langford) by admitting his true feelings about the baby boy.

Kush finally accepts that Arthur is really his son and he needs to step up to the mark, but what does this mean for his future with Shabnam? And can Stacey be found?

Mysterious EastEnders newcomer Kyle returns to Walford with some big news to share next week.

The new addition to the soap's cast has been following Stacey Branning over the past few months, leaving her concerned that she could have a stalker.

Kyle (Riley Carter Millington) turns up on the Square again next week - this time accompanied by his friends and planning to finally tell Stacey the truth.

Kyle's nerves soon get the better of him and he scarpers, but when he later bumps into Stacey by chance, he realises it's now or never and drops a huge bombshell.

Viewers have speculated that Kyle could be a secret relative of Stacey's following the revelation that her father Brian had another family, but fans will have to tune in to find out whether this really is the case.

Kyle's revelation comes at a difficult time for Stacey, who is struggling with postpartum psychosis following the arrival of her baby son Arthur.

With her illness taking hold, Stacey becomes convinced that Arthur is in danger and needs protecting - a situation which only escalates when Charlie Slater suffers a sudden heart attack and dies.

Taking this as another sign that Arthur is in danger, Stacey flees to the allotments with him and calls Kyle for help.

Kyle quickly joins Stacey at the allotments, but when he realises all is not right, he gently convinces her to go to a nearby cafe for warmth.

Stacey then suggests that they should run away together, but this worries Kyle further and he snatches her phone to call Martin Fowler.

Kyle's plan backfires when a nervous Stacey flees, and she is already long gone by the time that Martin and Kush Kazemi frantically arrive on the scene. Kush snaps at Kyle and warns him to stay away, but will he really be prepared to do that after everything he's now seen?

These new EastEnders pictures offer a heartbreaking first look at Charlie Slater's final moments on Albert Square.

Charlie (Derek Martin) returns to Walford to spend some quality time with his family next week, blissfully unaware that it'll turn out to be his final visit.

Kat (Jessie Wallace) is delighted when Charlie and Mo arrive on the Square together, but she's soon distracted when Sister Ruth also comes to see her.

Wanting Kat to know the truth about her past, Sister Ruth finally drops the bombshell that she has a long-lost son out there somewhere. She also sets the cat among the pigeons by revealing that another family member has known the truth all along.

Once Sister Ruth has gone, Kat angrily demands the truth from her family and is horrified to realise that Mo was the sneaky individual who knew everything.

Charlie had no idea, but as tensions run high and Kat furiously confronts Mo, he struggles to cope with the pressure of the difficult situation and suffers a sudden heart attack.

Once the paramedics arrive, they break the tragic news that there's nothing they can do as Charlie has died - but did Kat get a chance to say a final farewell to her dad before he slipped away?

Ian Beale and Phil Mitchell continue to protect Alfie Moon's worrying brain tumour secret on EastEnders next week.

The two men show their support for Alfie - in their own unique ways, of course - as he faces an anxious wait for a crucial update over his health.

Alfie (Shane Richie) was diagnosed with a tumour before he left the Square in May last year. Since returning at Christmas, he has finally broken his silence by confiding in Ian and Phil.

Next week's episodes see Alfie ask Ian (Adam Woodyatt) to accompany him to the hospital after receiving an important call from his doctor.

Ian later sits with Alfie as he waits for a scan, but he ends up leaving early after realising that he's about to miss his son Bobby's boarding school interview.

Recruiting a far-from-ideal person to take his place, Ian asks Phil (Steve McFadden) to stay with Alfie instead. This leads to Alfie getting some tough love when he hears a few harsh home truths from Phil, who is currently facing his own private health battle.

Phil urges Alfie to see that it's best to be honest with his wife Kat, but will his words make any difference? And what will the outcome be when Alfie has the scan?
