Stacey is still on edge when Jean and Ollie arrive in Albert Square, and she eventually opens up to her mum about being followed.
However, events soon take a dramatic turn when Jean reveals she still has the key. Fed up with the lies and secrecy, Stacey then becomes more determined than ever to get the truth.
Lacey Turner, who plays Stacey, revealed: "Stacey is stunned as she thought Jean threw the key away. To find out now that she still has it makes Stacey realise that Jean knows more than she is letting on.
"I think Stacey quickly realises that Jean must know what the key is for, but when she finally gets the truth out of Jean, she is stunned by what she learns."

After finally getting Jean to open up about the real meaning behind the key, nothing can prepare Stacey for what she is about to discover.
As Stacey struggles to come to terms with what she has found out, further truths come to light and she realises that her life will never be the same again.
Teasing her character's big discovery, Turner said: "When Stacey learns the truth, it shocks her and makes her look at everything differently.
"Will learning the truth about it make her look at her life differently? It's a life changing thing to find out, so it will definitely have a massive effect on her.
"I found out the meaning behind the key a little while ago and I thought it was a great story. It's hard to talk about it without giving anything away, but it does lead on to other stories for Stacey and those around her."

Vincent confronts Ronnie about the gift that was left for him after his birthday party, but whether she was really to blame is another matter. Meanwhile, Mick tries to get to the bottom of Linda's change of heart over the wedding. EastEnders will air some heartwarming scenes later this month as the Albert Square residents pull together to help a struggling Cora Cross.
Cora (Ann Mitchell) has been at a loose end since her partner Stan Carter died earlier this year, and is currently sleeping rough after refusing to accept help from those closest to her.
However, Cora's luck could be about to change when Linda Carter finds her looking disheveled in the alley outside The Vic and attempts to get through to the council to find her somewhere to live.
After failing to reach anyone, Babe - who is keen to make amends for her own mistakes - comes up with an idea and enlists the help of various residents.
Later, the group soon find themselves taking over the council's Christmas lunch and refuse to leave until they agree to house Cora. Will they be successful? And will their efforts manage to convince Cora that she is cared about?

EastEnders hardman Vincent Hubbard struggles to defend himself later this month as he is violently attacked in his own home.
Vincent (Richard Blackwood) is targeted after receiving two mysterious deliveries from an enemy who seems determined to scare him.
The first incident sees a sinister present delivered on Vincent's birthday, leaving him convinced that Ronnie Mitchell is responsible after he forced her to work with him.
Things get even stranger when delivery men arrive at Vincent's home trying to drop off an order of turf, which appears to be a clear warning that he's muscling in on somebody else's territory.
Vincent's mum Claudette can see that the strange activity doesn't bode well for their safety, and it seems that she was right to be worried when two masked men arrive on their doorstep.
When the intruders attack Vincent, he tries desperately to fight them off even though it's two against one. But who is behind the attack, and how far will Vincent go to stay on top?

Do you think someone read the phrase 'turf war' and got confused?
(I'm assuming gangsters don't order rolls of grass when they're dealing with territory disputes)

I took it to be symbolic?
Yes, exactly, sarah. "drop off an order of turf, which appears to be a clear warning" would certainly seem to indicate that.
