Yes true but then not sure the rights and wrongs but unless he is on the birth certificate I'm not sure he has much rights as what Debbie has legally? No idea how it works to be honest so I might be wrong

On the episode Moses was born, didn't Debbie mention a social worker visiting? Debbie also said Charity named her as his legal guardian. That's not the same as adopting I don't think but I'm pretty sure everything would have been done legally.

​It's the day of Rhona and Paddy's adoption interview. As Paddy and Vanessa argue at the surgery, Paddy accidentally reveals Rhona's drug addiction in front of the social worker.

They quickly try to backtrack as Rhona arrives, but the social worker is already questioning whether or not she can be trusted. Has Paddy ruined their chances of adoption?

Meanwhile, Megan panics that her secret is out when Brenda discovers she is pregnant. Later, Sam is defensive when Jai questions him over Megan and Nikhil's relationship, having seen how close they're getting. Seeing Sam's clear feelings, Jai enjoys taunting him over Megan. Jai also makes a phone call to Tanya, but what is he planning this time?

Paddy returns to the village after spending the night with Tess. Rhona then accidentally takes his phone with her as she heads off on a job.

Later, Rhona returns and is about to give the phone back when a message from Tess comes through. She is stunned to see that Tess has sent Paddy a saucy text. How will he get out of this?

Meanwhile, Megan plans to leave the village as she fears it's only a matter of time before news of her pregnancy spreads. Nikhil offers to loan Leyla all of the money she needs to buy out Megan from the business with zero interest. Later, Megan is grateful when Nikhil hands over the money on Leyla's behalf. She gives him a hug as Sam arrives, misinterpreting the situation. Sam then goes to the pub and tells Jai that he's just walked in on Nikhil and Megan.

Will Bob cover for Ashley?

Elsewhere, Paddy becomes panicked when Rhona wants Tess's number. She wants to become a governor at the school to help with their adoption.

Jai is full of rage over his situation, but Sam refuses to let him go and lies that Megan has already left the village. Jai warns him that he'll regret what he's done, but will he manage to escape?

Meanwhile, Ross and Sarah are forced to work together to make a batch of cupcakes when Debbie deliberately leaves them alone together. Sarah suggests that Ross should go to the shop for icing, but as he leaves, she deliberately turns the oven up and lets the cakes burn.

Elsewhere, Sandy challenges Laurel on her growing feelings for her ex-husband. Laurel insists he's wrong, but her defensiveness only confirms his suspicions.

Ashley has a blackout and stumbles during Bob's birthday hunt, leaving him helpless until he comes across a car. Later in the pub, Bob is alarmed when he realises that Ashley hasn't come back.

At the hospital, a doctor explains to Ashley that he had a mini-stroke, but he makes a hasty departure from the wards on his own. A worried Bob is about to tell Harriet the truth when Bob suddenly returns, saying he got waylaid with parish business. Bob is appalled to hear about Ashley's mini-stroke, not wanting to keep his secret anymore.

I predicted a few weeks ago that Ross would leave the kids alone and something would happen. I think the Dross relationship will have a slow and painful death rather than an abrupt ending.

Coming up on Emmerdale, Paddy Kirk's deception could be catching up with him when he starts making some costly mistakes.

Paddy (Dominic Brunt) has recently risked his happy marriage to Rhona Goskirk by sleeping with newcomer Tess Harris.

Now trying to concentrate on what's most important to him, Paddy prepares for an important adoption meeting with Rhona, as they go ahead with plans to extend their family.

Unfortunately, Paddy slips up when he accidentally reveals Rhona's past drug addiction in front of the social worker - who immediately starts to question whether the couple can really be trusted after holding this crucial piece of information back.

With Rhona furious over his big mistake and refusing to speak to him, Paddy seeks solace by sleeping with Tess again.

When Paddy returns to the village the next day, Rhona then accidentally takes his phone with her as she heads off on a call-out.

Later, Rhona returns and is about to give the phone back when a message from Tess comes through. She's stunned to see that Tess has sent Paddy a saucy text, but can he find a way to explain it?
