Read about the platts needing "divine intervention" in week beggining October 12th spoilers on here. Also mentioned something about "putting faith in Billy".Do you think this could be a thing? I think it would make for a great storyline :D

There are a few posts on subject in

I think it has possibilities as a storyline-
but depends very much on writing
and acting!!
We should know quite soon!

I thought this meant one of them was going to ask him to hear their confession - I know he's not of the faith but does it count?

Verbal confessions not normally part of Anglican
( C ot E).but some High Church (Anglo Catholic)
priests will.hear confessions in some circs.
The concept of Confession can be part of C of E - its
usually done privately by the penitent- there
are some.prayers and opportunity for reflection
in the.quiet part of Holy Communion.
I thought that divine intervention
meant asking for an exorcism -in this
case. All C of E dioceses have had an exorcist for
last 20 years . So Billy could advice Platts how
to obtain an exorcism.
Church exorcists are advised to be calm and
undramatic .!! Unlike some fundamentalists
where "casting out" is very dramatic!!
n.b I write as an agnostic -but one part of family
is High Church!

Sarah is very annoying and going to get worse when a body is discovered in the canal. She will go to the police station to confess. First telling Michelle she knows about the body in the canal. I can't take anymore!

But Sarah thinks its Callum as David said they dumped him in the canal. So she will think 2+2=5
Christmas spoilers say Audrey and Ken will get together.
Yes, that has been talked about a while now, guess they have been good friends a long time and in soapland, grieving never takes very long. But I think they are a good match :)
Over on Coronation Street, Sarah Platt finds a possible confidant as she continues to struggle following Callum Logan's death.
Sarah (Tina O'Brien) has found it very difficult to carry on as normal after helping Kylie and David to cover up Callum's grisly demise.
Things come to a head for the Rovers barmaid later this month when Tony Stewart and the Grimshaws start asking her questions about why Callum hasn't been around recently.
Billy Mayhew (Daniel Brocklebank) is concerned when he later spots Sarah snapping at Todd, so he decides to step in and check whether she's okay.
Billy assures Sarah that as a vicar, anything she tells him would be in the strictest of confidence. Feeling reassured by this, Sarah starts to open up by revealing that her boyfriend threatened her and things got out of hand. Will she go on to share the whole terrible tale with Billy?

Im mainly disappointed that it doesnt look like
we will have a Poltergeist. Sarah seeing Billy for
advice/counsel.??
I didnt think it would necessarily be a real one-

Fiz and Tyrone do their best to remain upbeat, knowing that it's Hope's hospital appointment today. At the hospital, the consultant tells them that Hope's cancer hasn't spread. She needs chemotherapy but has an 80% chance of recovery.
Back at home, Maria calls round with some toys for Hope, and Mary drops in with a lasagne. Tyrone and Fiz are moved by their show of support.

Fiz and Tyrone receive some good news about Hope
Meanwhile, desperate to have the building work in the annexe finished, Kylie announces to Jason, Gary and Tony that she is going to spend the day helping them. In The Rovers, Todd and Tony quiz Sarah, wondering if she has seen Callum. Worried that Sarah might crack under the pressure, David steps in and tells them that Callum has gone to ground and nobody has seen him.
Back at home, Kylie stares at the concrete floor covering the body and breaks down in David's arms, lamenting that they'll never be free of Callum as he'll be in their house forever.
Elsewhere, Ken suggests it would be good for Amy to learn a musical instrument. Amy tells Robert that she is prepared to learn the violin to keep her grandad happy, but winds Ken and Tracy up by pretending she wants to learn the drums.
Also today, when Jamie reminds Luke that it's their big race day tomorrow, Luke tells him to pipe down as he doesn't want Maria to find out that he's racing.

Billy is concerned about Sarah when he witnesses her snapping at Todd. Todd explains to Billy how he and Sarah have history. When Billy approaches, Sarah panics. Will she confide her fears?

At the same time, the police call at Number 8 and quiz David, Kylie and Sarah about Callum's whereabouts, explaining that he has skipped bail. David assures them they'll be in touch if they hear anything, while Kylie and Sarah struggle to contain their fear. Consumed with guilt, Kylie and Sarah wonder if they'd be better off confessing all to the police, but David insists they stick to their story.

Billy tries to get Sarah to open up to him
Meanwhile, Johnny and Kate start work at the factory. Kate is unimpressed to find she is working with Kirk in packing. Determined to make the best of things, Carla shows Johnny the order books. Convinced that Kate fancies Kirk, Beth calls her a hussy and tells her to keep her hands to herself. How will Kate react to this?
Elsewhere, Fiz and Tyrone wait nervously in the hospital while Hope has her operation. They're touched when Sinead visits with a Thunderbirds costume she has made.
Also, when Norris spots Luke and Jamie setting off with Luke's car in tow, Norris lets slip to Maria that he saw them heading out with the track car. Maria is furious, realising she's been lied to.
Finally, Ken buys a violin for Amy before giving Amy her first violin lesson. Tracy and Robert listen to the racket fondly.
Billy hurries after Sarah. He assures her that as a vicar, his job is to listen and whatever she tells him is in the strictest confidence.
Sarah starts to open up to Billy, revealing how her boyfriend threatened her and things got out of hand. As Billy encourages her to go to the police, will Sarah make a full confession?
Meanwhile, Kate continues to wind Beth up. When she squeezes Kirk's biceps, it's the final straw for Beth who flies at Kate. Carla wades in and separates the brawling women. Carla and Johnny berate Kate for causing trouble and insist she apologises to Beth. Kate buys Beth and Kirk a drink, explaining that she was only having a laugh with Kirk and that she is soon to marry her girlfriend Caz.

Elsewhere, as Luke and Jamie return from the track race, Maria strides over and confronts Luke, telling him that she knows he lied to her. Maria gives Luke an ultimatum - he has to choose between her and his racing.
Also, Tracy persuades Ken that Amy needs proper lessons from a qualified violin teacher.

I think the body may turn out to be a woman - Sarah will then lose all credibility with the police
Normally they say its a man or woman first but dont give names. Thats what happened recently near Whipps Cross hospital a body was found in lake they straight away said it was a man.
