Coronation Street's Leanne Tilsley is found unconscious in her own flat next month following another violent clash with her stepson Simon.
Leanne (Jane Danson) has spent weeks keeping quiet about Simon's shock outbursts in a desperate bid to protect him, but it looks like their dark secret is now in danger of being exposed.

The latest row between the pair is ignited when Simon gets in trouble at school for fighting with some of his fellow pupils.
When Leanne is called to pick Simon up and march him home, he claims that she is to blame as the other lads were picking on him because she won't buy him a decent phone.
Back at the flat, a stressed-out Leanne runs a bath for herself and orders Simon to do the dishes, but he angrily refuses and gives her an almighty shove before rushing out.
As she falls, Leanne bangs her head on a table and passes out, but Dev Alahan and Mary Taylor are soon on the scene when they see water seeping through the kebab shop's ceiling due to the overflowing bath.
Dev (Jimmi Harkishin) and Mary (Patti Clare) are horrified to find Leanne unconscious, but what will the repercussions be when she has to be rushed to hospital?

Aidan drags Carla into work despite it being a Bank Holiday and insists they go through the accounts together. As they later head to Maddie's memorial auction in the Bistro, Carla is weighed down by guilt. Getting drunk, she bids £250 for a photo of Lorraine Kelly, as Aidan goes up against Robert for a signed County football shirt.
Under sufferance, Tracy also attends the auction. She is unimpressed to see Carla there as her presence only adds to her guilt. As a drunken Carla crashes into a table sending the drinks flying, Tracy begs her to stop torturing herself and go home, leaving Robert bemused. As Nick and Aidan carry Carla out of the Bistro, Robert confronts Tracy, demanding to know why she was so upset by Carla.

Meanwhile, Tyrone and Fiz set off for the hospital with Hope and Ruby. After more tests, the nurse assures them that they'll have Hope's results within a couple of days. Fiz admits to Maria that she's worried sick about Hope.
Elsewhere, Andrea persuades Eileen to let her stay at Number 11 for a few nights. Lloyd tells Liz that Andrea knows they spent the night together. Unsure where she stands, Liz suggests dinner. Will Lloyd agree or is his heart with Andrea?
Also, Sally arrives back from town with a wedding dress, explaining to Gail how she didn't intend to buy it but couldn't resist. However, when she tries the dress on at home, the zip jams. Kevin later goes in search of Sally, concerned that she's missing the auction. Sally is mortified as Kevin finds her stuck in her wedding dress.

Tracy squirms as Robert quizzes her about why she is so affected by Carla's guilt over the fire. Robert puts Tracy on the spot and demands to know if she had anything to do with the blaze. Will Tracy finally admit what happened that night?
At the same time, a drunken Carla is still intent on self-destruction. She bangs on the door of Number 1 shouting for Amy, begging for forgiveness and assuring her that she never meant to hurt her. Robert urges Tracy to tell Carla the truth, but Tracy screams at them all to leave her alone.
As Michelle and Nick guide Carla home, united in their concern for her, Robert turns to Tracy. He tells her that if she can't be truthful with him then they have no future. Will Tracy confess her sins?
Meanwhile, can Tyrone offer Fiz the support she needs as she awaits Hope's test results?
Elsewhere, over dinner in the Bistro, Liz and Lloyd agree that neither of them is looking for commitment and that a casual relationship is the way forward.
Also, Sophie is shocked to find Sally in a wedding dress and Kevin trying to help her out of it. In a last-ditch attempt to help Sally out of her dress, Kevin rips the zip off it. Sally is devastated and feels even worse when Tim later finds the zip, fearing it is bad luck. Can Tim reassure her? Later, Tim suggests they throw a surprise party for Kevin's 50th birthday.

Meanwhile, Tim presents Kevin with a hideous bracelet for his birthday. Not wishing to hurt Tim's feelings, Kevin makes out that he loves it. Later, as Sally makes the preparations for the surprise party, Kevin heads off to Bolton to pick up some parts.
Elsewhere, Robert calls at Number 1 and again demands answers. Tracy finally admits to Robert that she unintentionally caused the fire in Carla's flat. Tracy assures Robert that she never set out to kill Carla. Will Robert believe her? And how will Tracy react when Robert insists that she has to tell Carla the truth?
Also today, when Nick heads to work and leaves his wallet in Carla's flat, she pulls out one of his credit cards and stares at it. Will she take a gamble?
Finally, Cathy is determined to conquer her fears of being in her house alone so that she can move back home, while Simon agrees to behave himself and help out around the flat in return for a new phone and Leanne is relieved that he appears calmer.

As the consultant explains that Hope will need a biopsy to ascertain the stage of the cancer, Fiz and Tyrone reel with shock. Worried sick about Hope, Fiz lashes out at Tyrone and suggests that he wouldn't be so calm if it were Ruby who was ill. Tyrone is hurt.
As Fiz later apologises for her harsh words, will Tyrone be able to offer the reassurance she so desperately needs?
Meanwhile, Tim leads Kevin into Number 4. Kevin is thrilled to find they've organised a surprise party for him, but Tim is offended when he overhears Kevin telling Sean that he doesn't like his bracelet. Will the party leave a bitter aftertaste?
Elsewhere, in The Rovers, Carla pulls out Nick's credit card and sets up a new gambling account in his name. How will Nick react when he finds Carla gambling online with his money?
Also today, Simon is rude to Robert at the Bistro and warns him to stay away from Leanne as all her men either end up dead or run away. Embarrassed, Leanne tells Simon that he can forget having a new phone. How will Simon take this?
Finally, Cathy makes out to Roy that she's not ready to return home when he's clearly upset over Hope's cancer, while Andrea is gutted to find out that Lloyd spent the night with Liz again.

Leanne finds out that Simon has been in a fight at school and marches him home. Simon blames Leanne, telling her that the lads were picking on him because she won't buy him a decent phone. Leanne runs a bath and orders Simon to wash the dishes, but he refuses. Giving her an almighty shove, he does a runner from the flat.
Leanne stumbles and passes out on the floor after catching her head on a table. As water starts to seep through the kebab shop ceiling, Dev and Mary head upstairs and let themselves into Leanne's flat. They're horrified to find her unconscious on the floor and the bath overflowing.

Meanwhile, Fiz breaks the news to Chesney, Sinead, Beth and Kirk that Hope has cancer. Unaware of the conversation, Sally arrives at work and announces that she has set a wedding date. Beth is dismissive and Sally is offended. However, when Aidan confronts Fiz in the street and demands to know why she has been absent from work, Sally is horrified to hear that Hope is seriously ill.
Elsewhere, Carla promises that she'll pay Nick back for the gambling debts she has run up on his card. Nick insists the money is unimportant but she has to seek professional help. Will Carla listen? Later, having spoken to Nick, Michelle forces her way into Carla's flat. Handing her the contact details for Steve's therapist, Michelle insists she gets some help or their friendship is over.
Also, having agreed to set a date, Sally winds Tim up and makes out that she wants a big posh wedding which will cost a fortune. But her joke backfires when Tim suggests they postpone the wedding for a couple of years so he can save up!

Seeing Leanne being lifted into an ambulance, Zeedan is shocked and insists that he'll go with her to the hospital. Simon watches on in terror, realising that he's the cause of her injuries. In the hospital, the nurse examines Leanne's head injury and notices the bruises on her arms. Leanne plays it down, but the nurse is suspicious and hands Leanne some leaflets on domestic abuse.
Deeply upset, Leanne confides in Zeedan that Simon is the cause of all her injuries. Zeedan is shocked but Leanne makes him promise not to breathe a word, blaming Simon's behaviour on his troubled upbringing. What will Simon's next move be?
Meanwhile, Aidan apologises to Fiz and assures her that her job is safe. Fiz and Tyrone tentatively explain to Hope that she has got a lump in her tummy which needs to be treated.
Elsewhere, Michelle implores Carla to get her life back on track and start by making an appointment with the therapist. Seeing Michelle out, Carla assures her that she's going to pull herself together. But has Carla really taken heed of Michelle's advice?
Also, Kevin takes on another big contract at the garage.

Simon agrees to behave himself in return for a new phone, but Leanne tells him he can forget it when he makes nasty comments about her to Robert. After getting into a fight at school and again disobeying Leanne’s orders, Simon shoves her and runs from the flat, unaware that he has knocked her out. After being taken to hospital, Leanne confides in Zeedan that Simon is the cause of all her injuries. Cathy puts off returning home to comfort Roy.
