Home and Away is lining up another dramatic car accident that could leave two Summer Bay favourites in serious danger.
Leah Patterson-Baker and teenager Evie MacGuire will be at the centre of the shocking incident, which will occur after Leah's car is tampered with.
The story will kick off after Leah discovers that her fiancé Zac has a teenage son, Hunter, that she knew nothing about.
Hunter, played by Scott Lee, is the son of Summer Bay High teacher Charlotte, but he will be left furious when he discovers paperwork for a paternity test and realises that someone is doubting his biological connection to Zac.
After Charlotte tells Hunter that Leah is behind the test idea, TV Week reports that the teenager will furiously confront Leah, before stopping to take a look at her car.
Later, when heading out on a shopping trip with Evie, Leah is puzzled to find her car door open. After deciding to proceed with the journey, panic sets in when Leah begins to drive, only to discover that her brakes aren't working.
Unable to control the car, Leah and Evie are left fearing for their lives when the car swerves off the road and towards a tree. Will they survive?
Home and Away will air these scenes next week on Seven and in the autumn on Channel 5.

Good grief. Maybe the hospital should reserve a room for Leah on a permanent basis. Leah has spent more time in hospital this year than she has at the diner.
:hmm:
