Round-up:
Michael admits to Gail that his heart attack was brought on by an intimate moment with Eileen. A violent confrontation ensues disparaging remarks about himself. Gail tries to apologise, but it seems that their relationship could be past the point of no return, and when he goes to stay with Andy and Steph, Gail begs him to forgive her like he has forgiven Andy. Julie finally realises that Dev has lost interest in her and is pursuing Talisa. But when Brian finds out that Julie and Dev are finished and hopes to jump in and win her back, Dev has a change of heart and decides to fight for her after all. Roy grows concerned over Cathy’s strange behaviour, and when she loses her handbag, he misses his driving test to rush to her aid. Roy and Carla are also shocked to discover the state of Cathy’s home after bailiffs threaten to take her belongings. Jason, Kirk and Gary have their poker game crashed by an insistent Dan. Carla ends up joining the lads and wins, much to Dan’s visible disgust. Unaware of his emerging dark side, Liz grows closer to Dan. Steve returns home and his anger prompts Liz to take action against Tony for conning him out of half the pub. Liz and Michelle concoct a plan to expose the dodgy dealings at Barlow’s Buys. When Liz introduces Dan to Leanne, it is clear that they have a history. Nick tries to win Erica round. David and Kylie receive news of their next family court hearing.

Coronation Street's Gail Rodwell will let her anger get the better of her after she learns the truth about her estranged husband Michael's kiss with Eileen Grimshaw.
As the couple take steps to mend their troubled marriage, Michael will decide to be honest with Gail (Helen Worth) about the brief moment of passion he shared with Eileen prior to his collapse.
Gail doesn't take the news well and when Eileen (Sue Cleaver) attempts to defend herself by claiming that Michael isn't her type, it only serves to fuel Gail's anger more.
A furious Gail pursues Eileen out of the salon and a huge fight soon breaks out between the two women in the street as the Platts all watch on in horror.
In her rage, Gail makes some disparaging remarks about Michael but her anger quickly turns to regret as she realises that he has heard every word. Has she blown her chances of a reconciliation with him?

I dont know who does research about
what viewers like - but its not representative

They are scraping the barrel with repeats of
stories. Im sure theyve had a few fights over
the years!

With some encouragement from Eileen, Michael sets off to clear the air with Gail in the hope they can salvage their marriage. As they have a heart-to-heart, Michael explains to Gail how much she hurt him with her web of lies. Gail begs him to give her another chance and assures him there will be no more secrets.
Agreeing that honesty is the best policy, Michael admits that his recent heart scare was brought on by a moment of intimacy with Eileen. How will Gail react to the news that Michael got frisky with her nemesis?

Meanwhile, clearly in love, Dev puts pressure on Talisa to be honest with her husband and tell him it's over for good. At the same time, Tracy reminds Brian about his lunch date with Julie Carp. Brian is bemused when a stranger approaches him in the Bistro, explaining that she'd love to travel the world with him.
Unimpressed, Brian is about to leave when he clocks Dev and Talisa deep in conversation. As Dev takes Talisa's hand, Brian grows suspicious. Finding Julie, Brian warns her that Dev's intentions towards Talisa might not be platonic. Suspecting Brian is right, Julie goes in search of Dev, but will she overhear more than she bargained for?
Elsewhere, as Cathy's strange behaviour continues, Roy wonders what's behind it.
Also, Jason, Kirk and Gary arrange a poker night in The Rovers. When Dan calls in The Rovers, he invites himself to join the lads for the game.

Eileen does her best to defend herself, assuring Gail that they only kissed and Michael isn't really her type, but this only serves to fuel Gail's anger. Meanwhile, clearly embarrassed, Dev apologises to Talisa for misreading the signals. Julie explains to Mary how she overheard Dev declaring his love for Talisa. Over dinner, Julie confronts Dev and Talisa. Dev is mortified and begs Julie to give him another chance, but will she agree? Later, when Talisa delivers a few home truths to Dev, it looks like Julie could be having the last laugh!
Elsewhere, Carla inveigles her way into the lads' poker night. Finding herself on a winning streak, she wipes the floor with the men, much to Dan's disgust. Oblivious to the contemptuous way he behaved towards Carla, Liz gets cosy with her new man.
Also, Nick tells Carla that Erica has moved back to her mum's and is refusing to take his calls. Carla is sympathetic.

Having spent the night with Dan, Liz is happy as Steve arrives back from Spain. Steve is pleased to see how Liz is moving on after Tony's affair, but he's furious to learn that Tony owns half the pub, having conned him out of his share.
As he rants and raves about Tony's betrayal, Steve swears that Tony must not get away with it. Worried about the effect Tony's involvement in the pub is having on Steve, Liz resolves to play dirty in order to get revenge.

Meanwhile, unable to eat or sleep, Gail is deeply upset over Michael. Michael is also downbeat, pointing out it that was only a kiss. Not wanting to provoke Gail further, he moves out of the Grimshaws'. When Andy and Steph offer Michael a roof over his head, Michael reluctantly accepts. Gail approaches Michael and points out that he appears to have forgiven Andy, so she wonders if he could find it in his heart to forgive her too. Will the couple reconcile?
Elsewhere, Brian is delighted when he finds out from Eileen that Julie and Dev's relationship is over. Brian and Dev confront each other, each convinced the other isn't worthy of Julie. Overhearing their exchange, what will Julie have to say?
Also today, when David opens an official-looking letter giving him the next hearing date, Kylie is upbeat and assures him they're a step closer to having Max back.
Finally, as Roy prepares for his driving test, he gets a phone call from Cathy who is distraught after leaving her handbag on the bus. Roy rides to her rescue but Cathy is mortified to discover that he missed his test for her. As he drops her home in a taxi, will Cathy invite Roy inside?

Liz has plans for Tony. Calling in Barlow's Buys, she suggests to Tracy that together they can knock Tony off his pedestal by reporting him to the police for handling stolen goods. Tracy refuses to listen and Liz realises she's as guilty as Tony.
However, when Liz and Michelle discover that a batch of stolen goods is due to be delivered today, Liz is more determined than ever to get her own back. As Tracy unloads Tony's stolen goods, the police arrive and Liz's revenge ends in Tracy's arrest.

Meanwhile, Brian tries again to persuade Julie to join him on his round-the world-trip but she studiously ignores him, leaving Brian crushed. At the same time, Mary tells Dev to stop wallowing in self-pity and fight to save his relationship with Julie. Can Dev win Julie round?
Elsewhere, when Roy gets a call from a distressed Cathy telling him the bailiffs have arrived at her house, Carla offers to drive Roy there immediately. Roy and Carla arrive to find the bailiffs in the garden. From an upstairs window, Cathy shouts at them to leave her alone.
Also, Erica calls to see Nick and thanks him for standing by her and behaving like a true gentleman. With emotions running high, can they find a way forward for their relationship?

After stitching up Tony, Liz is hoping the police crawling all over his business will make him show his face. However, when Tracy arrives in the pub having been released by the police, Liz and Michelle are shocked. Has she been charged?
Under Tracy's steely gaze, Liz admits that she was the one who shopped them and accuses Tracy of covering Tony's back. Having had enough, Tracy tells Todd that she's leaving to visit a friend in London and when she comes back she intends to make some changes. Has Tony become dispensable?
Back at the pub, Liz introduces Leanne to Dan. Leanne and Dan clearly have history and they hide their shock at seeing each other...
Meanwhile, Dev begs Julie for a second chance, but Julie's adamant that she won't settle for second best and it's over. Julie then calls on Brian and drops a bombshell. Has she had second thoughts about his offer to travel the world, or will she head off alone?
Elsewhere, Roy offers to pay off the bailiffs but Cathy won't hear of it and finally lets them into her house, telling them to help themselves. Shocked at the state of the house, the bailiffs leave empty-handed, promising Cathy the courts will be in touch. When Cathy reveals the inside of her house, Roy and Carla are stunned. What has Cathy been hiding?
Also, Nick follows Erica to her car. Telling her that he still has feelings for her, he begs her to give their relationship another chance. Will Erica agree?

What he's doing to Erica is very unkind but I must admit to liking Nick and Carla together. I just hope he has the decency to end his relationship before they have a full-on affair (not likely I know).

Even after what Peter did to her with Tina and her losing her baby, she still goes to Nick
Liz McDonald's revenge plan will come to fruition on Coronation Street tonight as Tracy Barlow is arrested.
Having vowed revenge on scheming Tony Stewart, Liz (Beverley Callard) will try and put her scheme in place by attempting to get Tracy on side.
Liz suggests to Tracy that they can knock Tony off his pedestal if they work together and report him to the police for handling stolen goods.
