It's Esther's baby shower, but mischievous Kim is out to cause trouble. Ziggy seethes with jealousy when he's pushed onto the side-lines. Cindy makes a discovery which sparks inspiration for her novel, while Holly gets a mysterious pen-pal.

Meanwhile, Hollyoaks tough guy Trevor Royle will betray Grace Black when his old flame Valerie Jenkins pays another visit to the village.

Val (Tanya Robb), who is the mother of Trevor's son Dylan, reappears and throws a spanner in the works just when it seemed that things were back on track between Trevor and Grace.

With Val still harbouring feelings for Trevor (Greg Wood), it doesn't take long before she makes a move on him - which is all caught on Kim Butterfield's secret spycam at the flat.

Kim (Daisy Wood-Davis) is delighted when she sees Trevor's infidelity and doesn't waste much time before using it to her advantage, printing off pictures of the kiss and putting them in an envelope marked 'Grace'.

Trevor finds the mysterious delivery before Grace (Tamara Wall) does and intercepts the evidence, wrongly assuming that Val is to blame.

When Esther Bloom's baby shower later takes place at The Dog, Kim is unhappy to realise that Grace hasn't seen the damning pictures.

Resorting to Plan B, Kim shows Grace the pictures on her phone - leaving her crushed. What does this mean for Grace and Trevor's family plans?

Kim wont give up on Grace, she is relentless

Hollyoaks mechanic Joe Roscoe will make a big decision next week when he decides to hand himself into the police.

Viewers know that Joe (Ayden Callaghan) was responsible for shooting Phoebe McQueen and leaving her in a critical condition in hospital, and upcoming episodes will see him finally decide to face the consequences of his actions.

Next week it appears Joe could be heading for more trouble when his brother Robbie tells him and Freddie that he wants their help in getting revenge on Grace, who he wrongly believes shot Phoebe.

When Grace goes to get in her car, a vengeful Robbie is waiting on the back seat for her and a struggle soon ensues.

As the situation gets out of hand, Grace punches Robbie, before locking her in the garage. However, she manages to secretly call Freddie, who immediately rushes to the garage with Joe.

Following the drama at the garage, Joe decides to go to the police and tell them it was him who shot Phoebe.

Later, Mercedes urges Robbie to stop Joe going to the police, before eventually telling Joe herself that she has a very good reason why he can't go to prison. Will Joe listen?

Hollyoaks airs these scenes next week on Channel 4.

The McQueens try desperately to get into Phoebe's room, but Robbie is determined to stop them. Mercedes calls Joe and Freddie for back-up.

Meanwhile, Tegan is put out by the return of loved-up Leela and Ziggy. She feels particularly uncomfortable as they start talking about having babies.

Later, Tegan and Kim are in The Dog playing 'guess who' with post-its on their foreheads. In high spirits, Tegan goes over to a group of lads and kisses one of them. Watching on, Celine is mortified when it turns out to be Josh, who bought Mariam's painting. Celine is left terrified that he'll find out she's a fraud.

Robbie tells Joe and Freddie that he wants their help getting revenge on Grace, thinking she shot Phoebe.

Later, Grace gets in her car but Robbie is waiting in the back seat. There's a struggle and Grace punches Robbie, before he locks her in the garage. She secretly dials Freddie, who rushes to the garage with Joe.

Meanwhile, Tegan is excited about her date with Josh at the coffee shop, but Celine swoops in and lies to Josh that Tegan is unstable. Later at the hospital, Tegan spies Josh giving Celine flowers as a thank you and is furious. She hits Josh with the bouquet and tells Celine they're no longer friends.

Meanwhile, it's a welcome relief when Val arrives and distracts Trevor from building a cot for his baby. They're both unaware that Kim's hidden camera is watching them.

At the garage, Mercedes urges Robbie to stop Joe going to the police. Outside The Dog, Jason asks Ziggy to help him get their family back together.

Later, Mercedes tells Joe that he can't go to prison and she has a good reason why not…

Meanwhile, as Grace drowns her sorrows, Val moves in on Trevor and kisses him, which is all caught on Kim's camera.

Kim puts the photos of Trevor and Val kissing in an envelope marked 'Grace'. Trevor finds the envelope before Grace does, thinking Val is to blame. However, when he questions Val in the village she denies it.

Later, Esther's baby shower is taking place at The Dog and Kim realises that Grace hasn't seen the photos of Val and Trevor. Resorting to Plan B, she shows them to Grace on her phone.

Meanwhile, Mercedes tells John Paul her secret.

Elsewhere, Tegan is upset with Ziggy, but neither is prepared to give an inch. Later, Tony hears that Rose is ill with German measles. He goes round to see her and surprisingly, Tegan lets him. Ziggy returns to find the pair embroiled in a game of Twister and is seething with jealousy.

Also today, Cindy finds a Dictaphone and uses it to make notes for her novel. At the same time, a Swiss girl called Zoe messages Holly. Holly assumes it's about a school reunion at her old boarding school because Zoe is asking for emails of all the schoolgirls. Cindy attempts to get herself a book deal to raise money so that Holly can go to her school reunion.
