The McQueens are stunned by Trevor's latest scheme. John Paul has a controversial proposition for Ste. Maxine wants to get back together with Darren but will his dealings with Trevor stand in their way? Lindsey confides in Joe; will he use her confession to stop her wedding to Freddie?

Tuesday, May 19

Phoebe feels pushed out by her family. Kim is on the war path, prompting a dangerous reaction from Grace. It's Freddie and Lindsey's wedding day, but Joe is determined it won't be their dream day.

Wednesday, May 20

It's a race against time for Ste to get to the hospital. Freddie and Lindsey are held at gunpoint, but who wants them dead? Will Patrick take Theresa's advice before going into battle with Maxine?

Thursday, May 21

Maxine and Patrick face each other in court. Sinead makes a move to show Ste how she feels about him.

Friday, May 22

Maxine and Patrick find out who has won full custody of Minnie. John Paul and Ste make a decision about their future together. Sinead is ready to welcome her baby girl into the world in dramatic style.

Mercedes agrees to go to the police, but when she returns to the hospital, her family doesn't want to see her. Angry, Mercedes argues with Phoebe.

Meanwhile, Trevor gives Grace an engagement ring. Kim finds out that Grace has been released from prison following Mercedes's return and deliberately lets it slip to Trevor that she slept with Grace. Trevor packs his bags to leave Grace, and Esther tells Grace that she is keeping the baby. Esther storms out and Grace pulls out a gun on Kim.

Elsewhere, Joe bursts into the church as Freddie and Lindsey are about to get married. Freddie is furious and the two brothers fight, but when Joe falls into Scott, he bumps into Sinead and her waters break.

Joe offers Freddie an olive branch, but the brothers are soon arguing again. In The Dog car park, Freddie runs into a gun-wielding Grace, who wants to shoot him for killing Fraser and destroying her chances of having a proper family. Kim, Lindsey, Trevor, Mercedes and Darren then arrive on the scene. Fortunately, Trevor manages to talk Grace down and she drops the gun. They embrace and Lindsey runs over to a relieved Freddie.

However, it soon becomes clear that the drama isn't over when Joe picks up the gun instead and points it at Freddie and Lindsey. Mercedes wrestles the gun from Joe's hand, but it goes off and Mercedes ends up on the floor - has she been shot? Joe then drops the gun and runs away...

Meanwhile, John Paul and Ste make up, missing Scott's calls about Sinead. Scott turns up at Diane's flat and Ste blames John Paul for the missed calls and races to the hospital.

Elsewhere, Patrick sees Darren and Maxine kiss. He trashes his office in fury as Theresa walks in. She persuades him to go for joint custody instead, but Maxine says no and pursues the case for full custody of their daughter.

It's the day of Maxine and Patrick's court hearing. Patrick tells Darren that he saw him hiding a gun and wants him to lie to the panel at the custody hearing to help him get Minnie.

Meanwhile, the baby is taking its time, so Sinead is sent home. High on emotion, she kisses Ste.

Patrick gives an impressive speech at the hearing, but is threatened when Maxine also makes an excellent case. Maxine's phone suddenly rings in her bag and she is confused when the caller ID says 'Patrick'. She then pulls a water bottle out of her bag, which Patrick has filled with alcohol and planted there.

Maxine is escorted out of the hearing, but has she lost custody of Minnie because of Patrick's foul play?

Meanwhile, Sinead goes into labour for real on The Hutch kitchen floor with Diane, Scott and Ste by her side. She misinterprets Ste's support for feelings of love for her.

Nancy comforts a numb Maxine when Patrick collects his daughter after winning full custody. Darren reassures Joe that no-one will find the gun, knowing Patrick could reveal the truth at any moment.

Later, Nancy returns from the shops and Maxine is missing. At the police station, Darren is alarmed when he overhears that a woman is about to jump from the church turret. Darren arrives to find Maxine poised at the top of the turret.

Meanwhile, Theresa is struggling to accept that Patrick deserves custody of Minnie.

Elsewhere, Ste and Sinead bring baby Hay back to the flat and Sinead is worried for Ste when she finds out that he has broken up with John Paul. Ste reassures her that he has got everything he needs and Sinead loves her new family unit.

Also today, Zack, Holly, Cleo and Harry decide to have a 'party in the park', but when Zack goes to Price Slice to get some supplies, he spots his mum surrounded by boxes and photos and knows exactly what she is up to. They argue and Simone slaps her son.
