David tries one last time to strike a deal with Callum to avoid court, but he refuses. David tries to remain calm as Callum’s lawyer rakes up his past during the hearing. David accuses Sarah of selling him out, but it later turns out that Bethany is to blame. A drunk and maudlin David threatens to blow Andy’s cover during a family meal. Sally is forced to agree when Faye insists on staying with her and Tim, who invites Anna over for tea in an attempt to build bridges. After a lot of bickering, the family pull together to organise Miley’s christening. In a bid to get his plan moving, Tony makes sure that Steve is made aware of Liz’s plan to move back to Spain. With Steve’s blessing, Liz decides to sell her share of the pub, on the condition that Steve and Michelle still run it. Steve’s stag do proves too stressful and he backs out, leaving the rest of the group languishing in Liverpool. Lloyd ends up stranded on a fishing trawler, leaving Andrea wondering if he will make it back for the wedding. Meanwhile, during Michelle’s hen do Carla offers to buy Liz’s share of the Rovers. Tony, dreading Tracy’s wrath, reels as he tries to find a way of securing his deal before Carla takes over. Zeedan seeks revenge on Tony. Erica subtly tries to distract Nick away from Carla. Sophie and Maddie make plans to move in together. Roy invites Cathy to do some shifts at the café. Alya, Izzy and Sinead move forward with their lingerie sideline business.

David is nervous as he prepares for Max's custody hearing. In the waiting room, David suggests to Callum that they should sort out access to Max between them, but Callum is not interested and insists that he'll see him in court.
Later, David's lawyer paints him as the doting dad, but David's good mood is short-lived when Callum's lawyer launches a character assassination, dragging up David's criminal past. As Callum's lawyer lists David's past misdemeanours, will David be able to keep his cool?

Meanwhile, Faye begs Anna to let her stay another night at Number 4. Tim assures Anna that it's fine and Sally is forced to agree. However, Sally is put out when Tim invites Anna to join them for dinner and the two women are soon bickering. How will they react when Tim likens them to Faye and Jackson bickering over naming the baby? Will they all realise they've got bigger fish to fry?
Elsewhere, Tony purposely lets slip to Steve that he and Liz would like to move to Spain, but Liz feels she can't as she has to look after Steve. Will Liz agree that Steve no longer needs babysitting, or will she be annoyed by Tony's interference?
Also, when Tony winds Zeedan up, pointing out that Leanne has to fight his battles for him, Zeedan is furious and resolves to get revenge.
Finally, as Carla and Nick try out canapés for Michelle's wedding reception, Erica clocks their intimacy and invites Nick to join her at her ante natal class. Will Nick agree, and where does that leave him and Carla?

Calming himself, David returns to court and apologises to the judge. The judge orders a full Cafcass report, but what decision will be made about Max's living arrangements in the interim? Will Callum be granted access to Max?
Back at the Platts', David is raging following his character assassination, accusing Sarah of furnishing Callum with details of his past and risking his chances in court. Sarah denies all knowledge, so where did Callum get the information?
Meanwhile, Liz confides in Michelle that with Steve now on the mend, she feels the time is right to take the plunge and start a new life in Spain with Tony. Liz announces that she plans to move to Spain and is going to approach Travis Ltd and see if they'd like to buy her half of the pub too, whilst letting Steve and Michelle continue to run it. Is Tony's plan coming together?
Elsewhere, over dinner, Anna, Tim, Sally and Faye discuss christening ideas for Miley. Tim is pleased to see Anna and Sally making an effort to get on.
Also, when Leanne catches Zeedan approaching Barlow's Buys with a crowbar, will she be able to talk him out of doing something stupid?

Excited at the prospect of a new life in Spain, Liz assures Michelle that her job will be safe when Travis Ltd take over the pub. Despite this, Michelle is still worried for her future and confides in Carla, while Tony feels a stab of guilt. Will he waiver from his plan, or is he too far under Tracy's spell?
Later, Steve has a panic attack and admits that he can't face his stag do and the thought of going on a minibus so soon after the crash. Gary, Jason, Lloyd, Sean and Tyrone decide to go on without him, but the night Lloyd had planned in Liverpool falls flat. When Lloyd overhears the others complaining about the evening, he takes offence and storms off. Tyrone goes after him and the pair find themselves aboard a fishing trawler, but as they hit the bottle, is the night about to end in drama after all?
Back at The Rovers, the women attend Michelle's hen night. How will Michelle react when Carla offers to buy Liz's half of the pub, thereby ensuring her job is safe?

Expect the fur to fly in next week’s Coronation Street when Anna Windass and Sally Webster lock horns.
Anna is put out when Faye begs her to stay a few nights with Tim and Sally at No. 4 instead of at home with her.Tim assures Anna it’s fine and Sally is forced to agree, and determined to smooth things over Tim invites Anna to join them for dinner.
But it’s not long before the two women are start bickering and exchanging catty comments in front of Faye.
How will they react when Tim likens them to Faye and Jackson bickering over naming the baby?
They soon realise they have bigger problems to deal with and over dinner, Anna, Tim, Sally and Faye discuss christening ideas for Miley.

A crucial hearing starts off well for David (Jack P Shepherd) when his lawyer explains how he has helped to turn Max's life around in recent years, but Callum's legal representative soon paints a very different picture.
David is stunned when Callum's lawyer delves right into his dark past, revealing all about the hell he has put his family through over the years.
When David becomes overly defensive in response and defies court protocol, his lawyer is ordered to escort him out of the room immediately. Has he made things even worse for himself?
