Naomi decides to keep working for Paul despite her feelings.

Terese is determined to not let Ezra get to her;
Daniel finally lets loose his anger;
Karl is shocked when he learns the identity of one of Nick's patients.

Terese is pushed to her limit and quits;
Daniel vows not to dwell on Amber and Joshua's affair;
Georgia is gutted to learn her mum's cancer is back.

How is Nick still around? Unless Georgia's Mum was seeing him whilst Nick was around and Karl discovered her as his patient when he saw them all and referred them to someone else. Probably the latter.
