Jonny has recovered well from his stabbing. Jac is relieved that he is on the mend, but it means that she has less justification for keeping him out of prison. Even worse, Guy has been jealously eyeing their affectionate interaction and is driven to see Jonny gone. When Jac refuses to discharge Jonny, Guy asks her to take his place on a CCG meeting and appoints Elliot as Jonny's doctor with the strict instruction to get him discharged - they're at the last hurdle to secure Holby's super centre status and he doesn't need this sideshow.

Despite this, Elliot and Mo soon make one last desperate attempt to clear Jonny's name...

Jonny in hospital

Meanwhile, after Harry's successful surgery, he is recovering well but is blindsided when Mary-Claire receives a call from Colette and Michael in Chicago with a job offer to come and work for them. It's a brilliant opportunity, but she shuts it down almost immediately as they want her to start now and she won't leave Harry. Harry encourages Mary-Claire to go, but his exuberance over the results of his surgery tips dangerously towards obsession as he tries to get better in a hurry to join her in America.

Elsewhere, Arthur rededicates himself to impressing Serena to win a place on AAU, but can he let go of his suspicions that his patient is withholding the truth from him?

You are very welcome.

I agree. Casualty is boring at the minute in comparison
