She needs to be a regular and the amount of times she keeps coming back its obvious the actress wants to.

Not necessarily. The spoiler says, "Di Keeble arrives in Albert Square, but why has she come back?"
The question "Why has she come back" would only be asked if she had, in fact, already arrested the murderer and there is no need for her to come back.

That would be too much to ask, lizann. Someone will be arrested and given life imprisonment but will be out again within a year "on a technicality".

Carol learns that Sharon's mother is dying from cancer. She pays a visit to Sharon and advises her to say goodbye to her mum.
Sharon takes Carol's words on board and asks Linda to go with her as she visits her mum. When Sharon arrives, she is greeted by her half-brother, who doesn't recognise her.
Meanwhile, Mick is planning a surprise for Linda and enlists help from the kids. Elaine arrives to distract Linda with a trip to see Miss Saignon, but Nancy intercepts the two of them at the Tube station and warns Linda that Elaine might be in on Mick's lies about Dean.
Linda immediately storms back to The Vic and ruins the surprise, leaving Mick angry with Nancy's behaviour.

Sharon is joined by Linda at the doorstep of her mum's home. When Sharon is unable to tell her half-brother who she really is, Linda has to cover for her and they decide to leave as quickly as possible.
Later, back on the Square, Sharon tells Linda that she thinks she would have been happier if her mum hadn't given her up, as she still feels like an outsider in the Mitchell family. However, as Sharon and Linda discuss their roles as mothers and how they hold their families together, they return to the Square feeling galvanised.
When Linda returns to The Vic, she asks for a word with Mick and Nancy. Sharon also returns home and decides to take charge of her own problems.
New EastEnders pictures show Nancy Carter demand answers from her father Mick following Dean's disappearance.
Dean was left lifeless in the Queen Vic's barrel store following another violent row with Mick (Danny Dyer) this week, but there was no sign of him at the pub by the end of Friday night's live episode.
As the only other person aware of what happened, Mick's daughter Nancy (Maddy Hill) is convinced that he killed Dean and disposed of his body.
When Nancy finds Dean's lighter, it fuels her suspicions and she has some tough questions to ask Mick - but she is left unconvinced by his explanations over what happened.

EastEnders airs these scenes on Monday, February 23 at 8pm on BBC One.
Charlie Cotton finds himself in hot water on EastEnders next week as the police take action over Nick's death.
The BBC soap's dramatic 30th anniversary week saw Nick's long-suffering mother Dot (June Brown) hand herself into the police following his demise, admitting that she let him die.
As next week's episodes begin, Nick's body is finally taken away from Number 23 while a traumatised Dot remains in prison.

With Charlie (Declan Bennett) and Carol (Lindsey Coulson) both frustrated over how things have turned out, they head off to the police station to give truthful statements.
Unfortunately for Charlie, there is a nasty surprise waiting for him at the station when Keeble (Alison Newman) decides to arrest him.

This isn't the only setback for Dot's loved ones, as they are later stunned to learn that she has already been to the magistrates court and refused bail.
Now that two of the Cottons are facing serious legal trouble, it's clear that life for the family won't be getting back to normal anytime soon...
