EastEnders: Back to Ours was commissioned as part of the build-up to the 30th anniversary. While re-watching their alter egos' highlights, the soap stars will share their memories and behind-the-scenes stories.
Clips featured will span through EastEnders' entire history, including some from when the show first launched in 1985.
Windsor, who will be returning as Peggy Mitchell for one episode during the anniversary week, said: "I had such great fun filming this with Pam. At times we completely forgot we were being filmed and we got terribly carried away, in fact we got quite outrageous!
"It was such a lovely afternoon, we giggled for hours [and] in fact we didn't want it to finish."

Pat Butcher actress St Clement left the soap in 2012 and went on to say: "What fun - not only catching up and chatting with Babs but being surrounded by friends and crew from the EastEnders production team - it was like coming home!"
