It's already been revealed that the real Gavin will be showing up on the cobbles in the near future and Digital Spy can confirm that actor Mark Holgate will be playing the role for a guest stint.

The arrival of Gavin will come in time for Gail and Michael's upcoming wedding, leaving fans to wonder whether this unexpected development and Gail's role in the lie could throw a major spanner in the works.

Who wouldn't prefer the lovely Andy as her son-in-law to the bad 'un the real Gavin's sounding more like by the day? :D

They've certainly cast an actor who looks quite sinister in the above photo! :eek:

Aaah and they make such a lovely couple - hope it will work out for them and that they still get married. Also hope Michael isn't going out - he really fits in. As for his 'real' son - I think he looks rather dishy and can see why he has managed to fool so many women.........

Have to say though I still prefer the fake Gavin - he's so sweet - he wants to do everything right - and make everything right - and really good for Corrie.
