Emmerdale bosses have unveiled a brand new trailer which previews the drama in store for the village's residents in the build-up to Christmas Day.
The festive season looks set to be far from quiet for the locals as tensions run high ahead of Andy Sugden and Katie Addyman's wedding, which is due to take place on December 25.

Emmerdale's trailer shows that Andy will come to blows with his brother Robert in the days leading up to the wedding, providing him with a possible reason to cause trouble at the ceremony.
Belle Dingle is shown spiralling further out of control as she chooses Edna Birch as her next target, but an explanation for her bad behaviour looks to be on its way.
Jai Sharma is seen making a difficult confession to Megan Macey over Archie's return, while more footage is also included of Robert's upcoming affair with Aaron Livesy.

So did I, she was meant to be i think. They've released the casting,,Emma's played by Gillian Kearney and she'll appear on screen from January, a scene still has also been released

Bernice finds comfort in an unlikely source - Who I wonder?
Emmerdale's Katie Addyman will issue a threat to a village resident following drama during her and Andy Sugden's wedding day.
Katie and Andy's Christmas Day wedding will run far from smoothly as one character deliberately causes problems on their big day.
Andy will come to blows with his brother Robert in the days leading up to the wedding, providing him with a possible reason to cause trouble at the ceremony.

However, Robert isn't the only one with a grudge against the pair as Bernice will also find herself with a reason to wreak havoc on the special day.
An emotional and drunk Bernice will shock Kerry on Christmas Eve when she admits that she is still in love with Andy, believing a relationship with him is her last chance at happiness.
As the day of the wedding arrives, both Robert and Bernice find themselves in a bad way as they refuse to join in on the happy occasion.
When Diane finds Robert at Jack's grave, she is left deeply troubled as she worries what he will do next. Meanwhile, a drunk Bernice is feeling low after the night before and heads with purpose to Andy's house.

At the church, the congregation awaits Katie's arrival, but will a dramatic entrance by a heartbroken drunk Bernice threaten to halt proceedings? Or will Robert's actions sabotage Andy and Katie's chance of happiness?
The day ends when a furious Katie gives a very serious warning to someone, threatening that they will soon be very sorry for what they have done. However, viewers will have to tune in to discover whether it was Robert or Bernice who received the warning after causing all the trouble.

Monday
Jimmy is incredulous as Charity plans to hold their haulage firm Christmas party at Butler's farm. Moira eventually agrees, though she stipulates some strict ground rules.
Unfortunately, Moira quickly regrets her decision when she returns home to an unruly bash. This is the final straw - she wants Charity out!

Meanwhile, Nicola is unwittingly forced to reveal that she is pregnant to her employers Chrissie and Lawrence. Later, Nicola suggests to Chrissie that Bernice could move into Dale View, thinking it will solve both of their problems given that Andy is moving to his new farm. As the day continues, Nicola fumes at Jimmy for not having spoken to Bernice about moving out. How will an emotional Bernice react when she does hear?
Elsewhere, Rakesh and Priya fake a frosty atmosphere to put Kirin off the idea of settling down. When Rakesh asks Kirin to look after Amba for a few hours, Kirin senses something is going on.
Also today, Harriet is buoyed with a new vigour over finding Emma Barton.
Tuesday
When Charity spills something over Moira, a fight between the pair breaks out and Moira tells Charity to leave. Cain arrives home from France in the middle of their fight but seems disinterested over the angry scene. Moira is also thrown by Cain's attitude when he admits that his car went missing in Dover.
Cain is exhausted at having to deal with Moira and Charity's incessant arguing, but he is adamant that he won't kick Charity out before Christmas. Later, Cain is livid as Moira has phoned the police about his missing car.

Meanwhile, Ross tells Aaron that he has dealt with Lawrence but they cannot trust Robert. Later, Robert observes Adam and Aaron as they chat in The Woolpack and overhears their business plan ideas. Robert offers some advice, only to be rejected by Aaron. Will Robert find a way to get closer to Aaron once more?
Elsewhere, Rakesh tries to convince an uninterested Kirin not to waste his life by settling down, but when Rakesh brings Kirin's mother into the conversation, Kirin is furious. Kirin later firmly puts Rakesh and Priya straight, but how will Vanessa feel?
Also today, Debbie is perturbed when Aaron arrives back without Cain.
Finally, Edna questions Ashley on whether Harriet will attend his carol service, while Bernice is feeling lonely and single.
Wednesday
Kerry finds a sobbing Bernice, who admits that she can't do Katie's hair and make-up for the wedding as she still loves Andy. Bernice's day gets worse when she is forced to cover the bar during Andy's stag do.
As the stags gather in fancy dress in The Woolpack, Robert arrives and Andy reluctantly agrees that he can stay - but the brothers don't remain amicable for long and they end up having a fight over Jack and Sarah's graves. Will Robert do as Andy says and stay away from the wedding?

Meanwhile, Katie's hen do is a low-key affair, but Leyla and Kerry have plans to address that.
Elsewhere, Moira insists that Charity moves out today. Charity pleads with Cain but is thrown when he agrees with Moira. Later, Charity is intrigued to overhear Cain's conversation with PC Swirling, who arrives to speak with him concerning his missing car. Charity is confused about Cain's story and wonders what is rattling him.
Also today, Lachlan offers Belle a legal high as a birthday present, promising that it will help her relax and forget about Gemma. Belle is nervous and questions if it is safe, but will she be tempted?
Finally, Aaron is thrown when Adam reveals Robert as the potential investor, while Vanessa and Moira make up and Vanessa reveals her concerns over Kirin.
Thursday
Hour-long episode
It's Christmas Day and the morning of the wedding. Diane finds Robert at Jack's grave and is left deeply troubled as she worries what he will do next following the recent argument with Andy. Victoria is also stressed, so she leaves Robert a voicemail message warning him to stay away from the ceremony. Aaron's heart breaks for her as he sees the upset Robert has caused and decides to confront him about his behaviour.
At the same time, a drunken and heartbroken Bernice is at a low and heads with purpose to Andy's house. Later, the congregation awaits Katie's arrival at the church, but will a dramatic entrance by Bernice threaten to halt proceedings? Or will Robert's actions sabotage Andy and Katie's chance of happiness? Whatever happens, the day ends with a very steely Katie giving a serious warning to someone that they will soon be very sorry for what they have done...
Meanwhile, Marlon and Laurel are pleased that April seems happier, until she finds the present Donna left for her. Later, when Ross arrives with a gift for April, her mood perks up and she invites him to stay for Christmas dinner! How will Laurel get through the day with Ross there?
Elsewhere, Belle is stunned as she has received a tablet computer from Zak and Lisa, but she is soon left feeling guilty as Dom has also sent her a gift. She is soon driven to damage her tablet and Lisa and Zak are understandably shocked. Later, Belle seeks out Lachlan at Home Farm and urgently asks if they can take the legal high together, but suddenly Chrissie gets home…
Also today, Cain arrives at the Dingles', explaining that his head is pounding from the non-stop arguing between Charity and Moira and just wants five minutes alone. However, he fails to make it to the wedding - leaving Moira unhappy about being alone at the ceremony. Is something troubling Cain?
Finally, Ali gets upset when Jai tells her that Rachel has sent Archie a Christmas present. Later, Jai shocks Megan by proposing to her.
Friday
Megan has concerns that Jai only wants to marry her for Archie's sake.
Later, Jai and Megan are out and are both alarmed when he suddenly sees Josh, the man who sold him Archie. Knowing it is Jai's only possible link to Rachel's whereabouts, Megan wants to do something - but will Jai let her?

Over on Emmerdale, Andy Sugdenn's stag night turns to disaster when he has a fight with his brother Robert.
The stags gather in fancy dress in The Woolpack on the eve of Andy's wedding to Katie Addyman, but the mood changes when Robert (Ryan Hawley) turns up.
Although Andy (Kelvin Fletcher) gives their sister Victoria hope when he reluctantly agrees that Robert can stay, the brothers do not stay amicable for long.
After a disagreement breaks out, the situation escalates when Robert and Andy brawl and have to be pulled apart.
A furious Andy then warns Robert to stay away from the wedding, but will Robert listen?

As Andy (Kelvin Fletcher) awaits the arrival of his bride, he is startled when vicar Ashley Thomas approaches him and suggests that he may need to step outside for a moment…

I was most impressed with the Robert and Aaron scenes. I had no idea the power Aaron seems to have over Robert. It seemed today that Robert was trying to prove to Aaron that he isn't a bad person. Robert seems to really starting to fall for Aaron. I like that Aaron and Robert are moving beyond just the sex. It seems to me Aaron is helping Robert to maybe become a better person? I know Robert isn't considered a good guy on the show but it seems like today he had good character development.

This could be a really good story with Cains illness if they dont do the Cain/Charity angle. Be good to see Moira take the reins with this story, have all her thoughts on Cain instead of everyone else.
