Hello,
Can you help me please?
I am in Canada and our episodes are quite a bit behind the UK.
We are currently enjoying 2013's and Jack punching Phil and then Sharon slapping Jack (Clips are on 'You Tube'). Lola is still trying to get Lexi back.
Throughout these episodes Sharon has been wearing a black and white, very long scarf which sparkles with silver threads.
Does anyone know the origin of this scarf? Which high street shop sold it? It is stunning and I love it!
Perhaps someone bought it at the time and could satisfy my curiosity? If you know where it came from please post a reply?
Thank you.
Best wishes to all on this forum,
Shirley.
Hi Shirley :)
I can't be of any help in your quest, but I just wanted to say welcome. It's nice to see a forum member from Canada.

Welcome to SoapBoards, Shirley :) The wardrobe department buys clothing and accessories in all major High Street shops or make them or have them made. Unless somebody recognises the scarf as having seen it in a particular shop or they got the same one, it is unlikely you will find out where it is from ... I wish you good luck in tracing it :D

Do u think there would be any point in
Shirley writing to.Wardrobe Dept of
Eastenders c/o BBC, Perdita? They must
.keep some records of purchases.
Ive seen.some replies to Readers letters
in Tv mags about things theyve seen actresses
wearing in TV progs.
A "friend" of mine wrote to Corrie wardrobe
Dept when Bet Lynch left because she wanted
to buy one of her leopard skin outfits!!!!
Didnt get the outfit but did get a reply.
Just a thought.

http://www.soapstyle.co.uk/about-us/ That site claims that they will help to find and buy selected clothing for soap characters. And as maidmarian suggests, it is probably worth writing to the Wardrobe Department for EastEnders via the BBC website :)
