Just seen the news topic by the wonderful Nickie anyways do you think these ASBO'S are effective?
Mine must be lost in the post or something, I've not had one yet. I expected to be one of the few priviledged to have one but alas I'm obviously not high risk enough maybe I'll go and abuse a few more neighbours and terrify the neighbourhood by standing naked at me window :D :D :D
