Just a guess- but I expect Katie will want an
"instant" family as she is supposed not to
be able to have children after accident.
Also Andy maynt be happy about Pete

It looks from the spoilers Pete is going to
have problems -I just thought that that
together with his marriage to Katie might
encourage Andy to think he could challenge
Debbie for custody of the children?

Wonder what happened to Karl Davies, why he didn't reprise. I wish soap gods would get it in their heads that recasts don't go down well with long time viewers. The only recast I ever liked was Flynn Saunders in Home and Away and that was cause I wasn't convinced the original actor was the right actor for that part

Karl seems have done well after the show for himself, he was or is in Game of Thrones

Well as producer has made it sound that
Andy & Katies wedding is the highlight
of Christmas- presumably Andy doesn't
do enough to get arrested or caught-
but could be bailed- I suppose.
But he still doesnt seem to be able to
control his temper! lets hope he sticks
to legal.route.

Aaron is NOT going to have sex with an old geezer like Lawrence. I doubt Aaron would allow himself to be lusted over by some old gay guy! The writers better NOT put Aaron with Lawrence he is too old for him. I am wondering though if Robert is BISEXUAL and he fancies Aaron? Or Robert might just be a jerk who goes after gay men? Once Robert finds out Aaron is gay maybe he will use this against him?
Meanwhile, Emmerdale's Pete Barton receives a shock when he is arrested and charged with manslaughter.
The worrying development comes a few days after Pete (Anthony Quinlan) has been interviewed by the police over a girl who died after taking ecstasy.
As Pete had a brief period dealing drugs to help his cash-strapped family earlier this year, it seems that his past crimes have come back to haunt him.
Pete is left to sweat following his first quiz from the police, but as news spreads of his arrest, Andy Sugden threatens to fight Debbie for custody of Sarah and Jack, as he doesn't want them around her seemingly-troublesome boyfriend.
Although Moira desperately tries to reassure Pete over his worries, things go from bad to worse when DI Bails arrives at the farm and takes him away to be formally charged.
Moira and Cain are devastated as Pete is taken away by the police, but how will Debbie react?

Belle Dingle will shock her family next week when she arrives home with mysterious injuries.
When Belle (Eden Taylor-Draper) is found in a pitiful state by Ashley Thomas and Harriet Finch, they bring her home to be cared for by her family.
Belle is upset, full of scratches and appears to have been attacked, but she refuses to go to the police or offer up any information about who was responsible.
Steve Halliwell, who plays Belle's father Zak, commented: "The Dingles are very stressed about her welfare and they're trying to get to the bottom of who is bullying and tormenting her.
"Belle is not very forthcoming with letting them know anyone in particular."
He continued: "There have already been people putting graffiti on the Dingles' wall about Belle being a murderer. The Dingles suspect the new boy Lachlan, because he seems odd and very full of himself.
"The family are certainly worried about Lachlan and his influence on Belle, but there is also evidence that it couldn't have been him, as Lachlan has certain alibis. That means the Dingles get more and more confused about who is doing this."
Even Lachlan's mother Chrissie will suspect his possible involvement in Belle's attack when she spots a cut on her son's head. However, in reality, he has the cut because Belle has recently lashed out at him in a separate and unprovoked incident.
Belle has also recently threatened Gabby Thomas, but her anger towards Lachlan is yet another clear sign that she isn't her usual self following her time in youth custody.
Asked what the future holds for Belle, Halliwell replied: "The writers don't always tell us what their plans are, but I think there'll be a good more trouble before she can pull herself round again!"

Monday
Chrissie puts on a brave face after the robbery, but Robert feels guilty over her mum's stolen ring. Aaron is relieved to learn that Ross hasn't yet sold the jewellery, but gets angry when Ross is adamant that Chrissie is not getting it back.
Later, Aaron takes matters in his own hands and Ross is incredulous when he learns what he has done, suggesting that perhaps he fancies Robert to go to such lengths.
Meanwhile, Laurel is fed up over Marlon's concern for April and things reach a head when she breaks down in tears at work. Later, Marlon is speechless when a ruthless Nicola confronts him, slyly pocketing his phone as she goes. Is Nicola going to meddle further?
Elsewhere, Victoria sympathises with Andy as he looks at the cost of solicitor fees, annoyed that he's not going to see Robert. Andy relents, telling Robert about wanting to go for custody. How will Robert react when Andy asks for some leeway with the rent?
Also today, Nicola decides to take the PA job.
Finally, Katie is incredulous that Leyla is charging more for wedding services due to the extra rent, while Chas is gobsmacked over Andy's fight for custody and Pete's drug charge.
Tuesday
Chrissie is rattled when Cain warns her about letting Lachlan go near Belle. Chrissie later finds Lachlan skipping school and tells him about Cain's warning, worrying that he's doing the same as he did before. Chrissie is unconvinced as Lachlan reassures her.
Later at the playground, Lachlan joins Belle as she sits alone. Things seem okay until out of the blue Belle lashes out, hitting him before rushing off…
Meanwhile, Marlon and Laurel are excited but nervous ahead of their date. They enter the B&B and Finn offers to show them to their bedroom. Unfortunately, when a large group arrives, their plans are soon derailed.
Elsewhere, Andy feels betrayed when Moira tells him there's no work for him at the farm, given how things are between him, Debbie and Pete. Later, Moira tries to reassure Pete as he worries about how this could impact on Debbie's custody case. Moira and Cain worry when DI Bails arrives to arrest Pete for manslaughter.
Also today, Lawrence admits to Robert that he was wrong about him. Robert also tells Lawrence about how Andy wants Wylie's farm rent-free.
Finally, Nicola grovels to Robert for her job, Harriet blackmails Katie into helping for the craft fair, while Eric is annoyed when Aaron gives Chrissie special treatment.
Wednesday
Ashley and Harriet bring Belle home. She is scratched and upset and it appears she has been attacked. Belle's family try to get her to explain what happened, but she becomes distressed and refuses to go to the police.
Later, Chrissie hears of Belle's attack and races home with Lawrence. Her suspicions seem to be confirmed when she sees Lachlan has a cut on his head.

Meanwhile, Andy is thrown when Robert wants a formal rent agreement. Andy tells him about Lawrence's plan to set him up with Katie, but Robert is undeterred. Will Robert show any mercy?
Elsewhere, Pete tells Debbie that he's up in court tomorrow for manslaughter. He fears this changes everything and he's lost her.
Also today, Robert learns that Aaron fixed Chrissie's car for free and later accuses him of fancying her, only to discover that Aaron is gay.
Finally, Laurel and Marlon's relationship grows wider, while Katie tries to make Andy see that he should be fighting Robert not Debbie.
Thursday
Belle is living in fear, while Zak and Lisa are worried about who could be doing this to her.
Later, Belle's problems exacerbate when Cain gets the wrong end of the stick regarding Lachlan. When Lachlan is found with cans of spray paint, the evidence against him seems to be apparent…
Meanwhile, Pete is dreading his day in court, but he hears the date has been postponed and is intrigued when out of the blue DI Bails suggests they strike a deal. Later, Debbie is pleased when Andy softens over the custody battle. Andy also surprises Katie when he tells Robert that they're going for the farm. Debbie is shocked when Pete tells her about DI Bails' blackmail and what he wants from him in return.
Elsewhere, Laurel breaks down about her marriage.
Also today, Charity learns that Ross nicked a car from the garage and warns him about hurting Debbie. Moira clocks the tension and Charity then tells Moira how Noah is coming to live with them.
Thursday (2)
Hour-long episode
Charity tries to explain herself
Cain and Moira are both furious when the police arrive at Butler's, wanting to investigate stolen cars. They soon discover that Charity and Ross have been using the farm for their illegal business. Cain storms over to Charity and Ross, warning them to shift the cars.
The situation is one step too far for Debbie, who is fed up with defending her mum. Moira is furious at having to cover for Charity. Later in The Woolpack, tensions are high as the truth comes out about the dodgy business. Moira wants Charity out of the house and Cain feels caught in the middle.
Meanwhile, Debbie and Pete are frustrated by the situation they've been put in by DI Bails. Pete can't see a way out of it, knowing if he doesn't give the detective what he wants, he's looking at a prison sentence. Later, James is worried when Pete is upset, not knowing how to tell him what has happened with the police. Pete is shocked by James's reaction to his dilemma and when Debbie tells Pete how disgusted she is at her mother, could it give Pete the impetus to do what DI Bails wants?
Elsewhere, Vanessa notices the gap in her and Kirin's lives. Kirin is not happy living by his father's house rules and when Rakesh gives him an ultimatum, Vanessa is soon surprised by Kirin's next decision. She is also soon worried that she can't keep up with his lifestyle.
Also, now Jimmy is supposedly back to normal after his reversal, Nicola is keen to crack on and make a baby. After some interference from Georgia, their intimate moment starts to take shape - but afterwards Jimmy is privately very concerned. Nicola is frustrated until Jimmy makes an admission.
Finally, Brenda thinks Marlon should tell April about Donna's headstone, while Laurel worries about at the distance between her and Marlon.
Friday
Debbie is adamant that Pete is not going to prison, suggesting to him this is perhaps Charity's comeuppance.
Later, DI Bails tells Pete that he's got until tomorrow to get Charity to confess to arson - and Debbie has a plan...
Meanwhile, Jimmy has some concerns down below and asks Bob about his vasectomy reversal, wanting him to take a look. Brenda ends up catching an eyeful too, but both agree he definitely should see a doctor. Later, Jimmy covers his pain when Nicola arrives, but how is Jimmy going to delay her amorous intentions?
Elsewhere, Vanessa admits to Paddy and Rhona that Kirin has moved in but she wants him out sharpish. Unfortunately, Kirin seems to have got the wrong end of the stick - is he set to get hurt?
Also today, Ashley is impressed with Harriet's outfit for a retirement do. On seeing DI Bails in the village, Harriet tells Ashley what a nasty piece of work he is.
Finally, Ali shows Ruby the advert Sean has put up about missing Rachel. Later, Harriet agrees to marry Ali and Ruby.

That would hilarious and shocking! I just am not sure about this Lawrence character he is an elderly gay man. Perhaps the writers will pair Lawrence with Finn I don't think he would mind being with an older man? The writers made Lawrence gay for a reason. I think in some way Aaron and Finn will be connected to the Lawrence storyline? OR, maybe Robert is gay or bisexual? It just seems odd the show has TWO good looking gay male characters yet they got no storyline!

The Dingle family are left shaken in Emmerdale tonight (November 26) when they see Belle's mysterious injuries.
Ashley Thomas and Harriet Finch bring Belle (Eden Taylor-Draper) straight home after finding her in a state following an apparent attack.
As Lisa and Zak urge Belle to reveal the name of the culprit, she fails to give anything away and insists that she cannot remember what happened.
Belle's lack of cooperation stuns her parents, who are left deeply concerned over her silence and reluctance to involve the police. With Lachlan sporting a cut after Belle lashed out at him, will he get the blame?
