A new Casualty trailer has been released promoting a dramatic car crash next month.
In an emotional episode titled 'Born Lucky', several characters will be involved in a major accident after Connie takes Ash, Ethan, Lily and Tess on a trip to visit a failing hospital.
The car crash will leave some of the characters badly hurt, while the hospital also suffers due to a lack of staff.
The new promo shows Charlie informing other staff members of the Emergency Department that there has been an accident, while an explosion later breaks out amongst the wreckage...
