Over on Emmerdale, Kerry Wyatt could be heading for fresh heartbreak as Dan Spencer grows closer to his former wife Ali.

With their teenage son Sean preparing to leave the village, both Dan (Liam Fox) and Ali (Kelli Hollis) are struggling with their emotions.

As Dan gives an emotional speech at Sean's leaving party, he is furious when Kerry arrives and finds himself arguing with her, prompting her to leave.

Eventually Ruby (Alicya Eyo) takes charge of the situation and decides to call it a night, leaving an emotional Ali and Dan alone together.

Over at The Woolpack, a sad Kerry surprises everyone when she turns down a drink from a man at the bar, admitting how much she misses Dan.

Zak gives Kerry new hope when he tells her that Dan couldn't take his eyes off her earlier, causing her to head back to Dan's house to persuade him to giver her another chance.

With emotions running high for Ali and Dan as they bond over their feelings about Sean's imminent departure, they seek comfort in each other and share a hug.

Feeling nostalgic and under the influence of alcohol, they soon find themselves taking things further. With Kerry on her way round, is she about to walk in on them?

about his dalliance with Debbie? As Andy and Katie grow closer, Diane warns him not to hurt
Bernice further. As Sarah talks to Gabby and Andy shows Victoria the ring that he has bought, it is
clear that Bernice is in for more heartbreak. Then Andy receives a
text from Robert – but will he share this blast from the past with
Katie? Under pressure from Ashley, Lorraine finally opens up and
admits that she is worried about walking down the aisle with a man
who is so clearly still grieving for his ex wife. Emotions are running
high among the Spencers as they face the fact that Sean is going
into the army. Kerry feels left out but Ali and Dan grow closer.

What an excellent outcome. I like that better than the way I thought they`d do it. For some reason I imagined Robbie would get Fin to hack into Charitys medical records somehow.

Monday

Debbie is grateful that Pete takes it well when she refuses for them to live together.

Debbie also explains to Pete how Ross loved Donna and is really hurting over her death. Pete reaches out to his brother, but his gesture backfires as Ross is livid and his fury begins to overtake his grief. Will Ross tell Pete about his dalliances with Debbie?

Meanwhile, Andy is surprised by Katie's reaction when Sarah prematurely tells Gabby that Katie and her dad are getting married. Andy is pleased when Katie talks about them growing old together, giving him an idea. Later, Diane warns Andy to be careful not to cause further hurt for Bernice. However, when Andy reveals a diamond ring to Victoria, it's clear Bernice is heading for more heartache.

Elsewhere, Ashley is concerned for Laurel who initially maintains everything is fine. However, when Ashley presses her further she opens up, admitting that she is worried about walking down the aisle with a man who is still grieving for his ex-wife.

Also today, Kerry's secret community service is outed.

Finally, Dan shows Ali the watch he has bought for Sean from them both. She is touched by the engraving.


Tuesday

Hour-long episode

Gabby interferes with Katie's treatment
Vanessa and Leyla give a birthday voucher to Katie for a "Rejuvenation Treatment" from the salon, but Katie is dubious. At the same time, Victoria warns Andy that he's making a mistake by proposing to Katie, but he sticks to his plan and even ropes Victoria in by asking her to bake a birthday cake for Katie with an extra special diamond ingredient.

Later at the salon, Bernice is giving Gabby an insight into the beauty industry as Katie arrives for her treatment, but things don't go to plan when a mischievous Gabby offers to help…

Soon afterwards at the pub, Victoria warns a drunken Bernice to keep her hands off Katie's cake, but a hungry Bernice has other ideas. Victoria returns to find the cake in ruins.

When birthday girl Katie arrives at the pub following her disastrous treatment, her face is red as she'd had a bad reaction. Andy sees the funny side of it all, but can and will his proposal still go ahead?

Meanwhile, with Ali struggling at the thought of Sean going into the army, she snaps at Ruby. Dan also remains low and Sean decides to try one last time to bring his dad and Kerry back together, inviting her to his leaving do. At the party, Dan is not happy when Kerry arrives. A drunk Dan gives an emotional speech, but soon he is having a go at Kerry and she decides to leave. Ruby takes charge and calls it a night, leaving Ali alone with Dan.

Later at The Woolpack, everyone is surprised when Kerry refuses a drink from a bloke at the bar, admitting how much she misses Dan. Zak tells her that Dan couldn't take his eyes off her earlier, so Kerry heads back for one last try.

As Kerry makes her way there, things have got emotional for Dan and Ali and they share a hug. Under the influence and with their emotions running high they find themselves taking things further. Will Kerry walk in on them?

Elsewhere, Megan is left feeling foolish when she learns the details of Charity and Declan's pre-nup. Declan has had enough of Megan's meddling and wants rid of her. Leyla feels guilty as she receives texts from Jai whilst Megan talks about missing him. Despite her guilt, Leyla still deliberately puts a kibosh on Megan's plans to go and join Jai.

Also today, Debbie tries to talk to Pete, but he refuses to hear her out. Will she get through to him?

Finally, Katie learns Vanessa has a man on the scene when Vanessa all but kicks her out! Afterwards, Vanessa and Kirin get passionate.

Thursday

When Charity lends Robbie her sat nav after he is late with a delivery, it's the catalyst that could bring about her big secret finally coming out. Robbie scrolls through the previously stored addresses on Charity's device and spots an incriminating address.

Later, Declan warns Bernice that she is breaching her contract by subletting her premises to Megan and Leyla and gives her four weeks to kick them out. Bernice delivers them the bad news and a defeated Megan decides to give in, saying Charity has finally won. Matters improve for Megan when Robbie shows what he has uncovered. It's an address for an abortion clinic - is this the evidence Megan needs?

Meanwhile, Andy appears unsettled after receiving a text message from Robert. Will he tell Katie about this blast from the past?

Elsewhere, family and friends gather to say an emotional goodbye to Sean. Dan and Ali struggle with their guilt, but Ali shoots him down when he suggests they come clean to Kerry and Ruby.

Also today, Vanessa continues to see Kirin but is flustered when Leyla latches on to them. Vanessa tries to end it, but will Kirin find a way to dissuade her?

Finally, Bernice returns Andy's ring to him.


Thursday (2)

Megan shows Declan the evidence, insisting that Charity aborted his baby. Charity quickly denies it and orders Megan to leave. At the same time, Robbie asks Chas about Charity's abortion. She tries to deny any knowledge, but Robbie has caught her off guard. Does her hesitation give him the confirmation he needs?

Later, back at Home Farm, Megan and Charity continue to argue - but who will Declan believe?

Meanwhile, Vanessa and Kirin are half dressed and snogging on the sofa when they hear keys in the door. Vanessa hurriedly sends Kirin upstairs as Leyla and Priya arrive to pick wedding music. Things are complicated when Priya decides to call Kirin to see what flowers Rakesh would like. With Kirin and his phone a hair's breadth away, is this this the end for Vanessa and Kirin?

Elsewhere, Katie tells Andy that she knows about Robert's text, asking why it bothers him so much. Andy explains that Robert spoils things but Katie reassures him.

Also, Priya informs Leyla that she's not sleeping with Rakesh until after the wedding.

Finally, Dan and Ali struggle with guilt but agree that what happened will forever stay a secret for the sake of their relationships, while it seems Sam may not have the cash he needs as he continues to wine and dine Tracy.


Friday

Charity hopes to get away with it as she continues to talk to Declan about Megan.

At the same time, Robbie and Megan are determined to find further proof against Charity, so Robbie enlists the help of Tracy. Will it prove a risky move? Where do Tracy's loyalties lie?

Meanwhile, Sam thinks he's been underpaid but later the true extent of his money concerns are obvious. Will Sam be tempted by an advert for a payday loan company?

Elsewhere, Vanessa struggles with her feelings for Kirin, her head telling her one thing but her heart telling another. Leyla suggests a night out will help her move on, but how will Vanessa feel when she sees Kirin with someone else?

Also today, Nicola likes how Rakesh takes pride in his appearance and wishes Jimmy did too. She tells Jimmy that whilst she loves him, she doesn't actually fancy him. Will Jimmy change for his wife?

Emmerdale vet Vanessa Woodfield has to decide whether to stick with her new lover Kirin Kotecha next week.

Vanessa (Michelle Hardwick) remains torn between her head and heart after she fails to keep her surprising fling with Rakesh's teenage son under wraps.

Next week's episodes see the truth exposed to Rakesh's fiancée Priya Sharma (Fiona Wade) in a very awkward moment.

When Vanessa and Kirin (Adam Fielding) give into temptation on the sofa together at her place, their passionate encounter is interrupted as Leyla and Priya suddenly arrive to pick music for the upcoming wedding.

Kirin rushes upstairs to avoid being seen, but when Priya coincidentally decides to call him to see what flowers Rakesh would like, the inevitable happens as his ringing phone reveals his presence!
