Over on Coronation Street, Nick Tilsley faces the day from hell as his problems continue to mount up.
Nick (Ben Price) is currently at war with his estranged wife Leanne and is adamant that she won't get the better of him when it comes to their divorce.
Unfortunately for Nick, he will soon receive some bad news when his solicitor explains that Leanne (Jane Danson) is entitled to a substantial payout and mediation will be his best option.
Nick reluctantly goes ahead with this, but the mediation session goes badly as he ends up trading insults with Leanne when they can't agree on anything. Does this mean Nick and Leanne are heading to court?

Later, things get even worse for Nick as he leaves the building to find his car being towed away - much to Leanne's amusement. Who will Nick take his anger out on this time?

Monday
Nick and Leanne meet with the mediator, but they're soon trading insults and it's clear they can't agree on anything. Are they heading for court?
At the same time, Gail spends the day with Michael, helping him clean up an old ice cream van. However, Nick is far from impressed with Gail's hard work. As he tears a strip off his mum, Nick and Michael square up to each other…
Meanwhile, Rita agrees to give Dennis another chance but makes him promise there'll be no more lies. However, when Julie lets slip to Norris that Dennis insisted she made him homeless in the hope Rita would take him back, are his days numbered?
Elsewhere, Anna is worried about a withdrawn Faye. When she then overhears her snapping at Craig, Anna wonders what's going on.
Also, Gary is drawn to Alya. :rolleyes:
Monday (2)
Steph manages to drag Nick back to the Bistro before a fight breaks out, but he turns on her when she reminds him that it's her night off. Nick threatens to sack her if she doesn't cancel her plans and Steph is shocked - Nick is clearly a man on the edge.
Later, Gail and Michael share a bottle of wine in the garden at Number 8, and their attraction is evident. When Nick arrives and spots them kissing, he's incensed and sees red…
Meanwhile, Rita is onto Dennis. Confronting him in The Rovers, Rita reveals she knows all about his little scam. Will Dennis be able to talk her round or has his chance of forgiveness gone?
Elsewhere, Anna snatches Faye's mobile and is shocked to read nasty online gossip suggesting that Faye has slept with lots of boys. At first she blames Craig, but it soon becomes clear he's not the perpetrator.
Also, Roy is tearful when he finds a reminder of Hayley in an old library book.
Wednesday
Gail confronts Nick about vandalising Michael's van. Will he admit to seeing red after spotting them kissing?
Later, Audrey summons Nick to a family meeting to iron out their recent differences. Will Nick accept Michael, or will Gail be made to choose between her family and the new man in her life?
Meanwhile, Julie begs Rita to give Dennis one more chance. It looks like she's wavering until she witnesses a nasty altercation between Dennis and Norris. Has Dennis sealed his fate?
Elsewhere, Yasmeen, Roy, Emily, Mary and Craig arrive at the library to stage their protest at its closure. But who will stay after hours and get locked in for the night?
Also today, Maddie and Simon get on well as she and Sophie look after him.
Friday
Kylie and David arrive home with Lily and a hyper Max, who runs amok on the street with a water pistol, angering residents.
David admits to Gail that Max was a nightmare on holiday and he is worried there may be something wrong with him. When David then receives a fine for taking Max out of school without permission, his stress levels rise…
Meanwhile, Roy and Yasmeen spend the night protesting in the library, Kal visits with supplies but realises they have fallen out over Yasmeen's insensitive comments about Roy's single status. Can Kal help them to sort out their differences?
Elsewhere, Maddie entertains Simon at the Websters', but when Amy comes to play in the paddling pool too, she upsets Simon by making digs about his dad being in prison. How will Maddie deal with Amy?
Also, at Rob's insistence, Tracy arranges a meeting with the medal collector who bought Uncle Albert's medal in the hope of buying it back.
Friday (2)
David is at his wits' end as he struggles with Max's behaviour.
When David tries to voice his concerns with Kylie, she is immediately defensive. Will she accept that Max could have a problem?
Meanwhile, Kal gives Yasmeen and Roy the good news that they've won the right to appeal over the library closure. But when a fire breaks out destroying the library, what will their next plan of action be?
Elsewhere, Maddie is fed up with Amy's attitude, so when she whines that she is bored, Maddie tells her to find something else to do. Arriving at the shop Amy lies, telling Tracy that she ran away because Maddie threatened to slap her. Furious, Tracy confronts Maddie.
Also, when the medal collector demands £500 for Uncle Albert's medal, Tracy tells her to shove it. But will Rob let her get away with losing the family heirloom?
Coronation Street's Rita Tanner feels betrayed by her husband Dennis all over again next week, as she discovers that he has tricked her.
Cunning Dennis (Philip Lowrie) recently asked Julie Carp to kick him out of her home in a staged row, knowing that his estranged wife would take pity on him and offer him a place to stay.
Next week, Dennis enjoys further success as Rita (Barbara Knox) goes a step further and agrees to give him another chance.
Rita's only condition is that there should be no more lies in their marriage, but trouble soon looms when Julie accidentally reveals the truth about Dennis's scheming to Norris Cole.
When word gets back to Rita that Dennis and Julie's row was fake, she angrily confronts Dennis over his plotting and their relationship hits the rocks all over again.

Feeling guilty for causing trouble, Julie later begs Rita to give Dennis another chance. However, just when it looks like Rita is considering it, she witnesses another nasty row between Dennis and Norris - will this be the final straw?

Coronation Street star Helen Worth has said that her character Gail McIntyre will be left feeling miserable next week as she sacrifices her own happiness to appease her family.
Upcoming episodes see Gail's friendship with Michael Rodwell (Les Dennis) develop into romance as they share a kiss, but continued disapproval from Gail's son Nick Tilsley soon ruins things for them.
Furious when he spots Gail kissing her new love interest, Nick (Ben Price) sees red and vengefully vandalises an old ice cream van that Michael has been working to restore in order to start a new business.
Speaking of the dramatic scenes, Worth explained: "Nick comes back to the house and spies Gail and Michael in the garden, enjoying a bottle of wine and kissing. It completely pushes him over the edge and as he leaves, he spots Michael's ice cream van and vandalises it.
"Gail is absolutely devastated and completely humiliated - she knows full well who is behind it. Gail confronts Nick about it and he admits to it and tells her it's because he saw them kissing in the garden."

Gail's mother Audrey Roberts (Sue Nicholls) later gathers the whole family together in the hope that they can resolve their differences, but when the peace talks fail, Gail loses all hope of a happy future with Michael.
Worth added: "I think by this point she realises that it's going to be impossible for her to be with Michael if her family are going to be so against it. She has to bring herself to tell Michael that they can't be together, which is a really sad moment for Gail.
"In the past she's had so many failed relationships, but this time she sees no reason why it shouldn't work with Michael - if only her family weren't so opposed to the idea.
"After the initial sadness of ending the relationship, she becomes absolutely furious and has it out with Nick in the Bistro. She tells Nick that now she's finished things with Michael, she can be just as unhappy as he is."

Coronation Street's Maddie Heath finds herself in Tracy Barlow's bad books next week after Amy makes an untrue allegation against her.
Maddie (Amy Kelly) ends up in hot water with ruthless Tracy (Kate Ford) after putting her foot down while babysitting Amy.
As Maddie and her girlfriend Sophie entertain both Simon and Amy with a paddling pool, the atmosphere turns sour as Amy taunts Simon about his father Peter being in prison.
Having bonded with Simon, Maddie jumps to the schoolboy's defence and later loses patience with Amy's bad attitude.

With Amy also complaining about feeling bored, no-nonsense Maddie orders her to find something else to do in that case.
Unfortunately, Amy isn't happy at being told off and goes straight to Tracy, falsely claiming that Maddie threatened to slap her.
Naturally, Tracy storms straight over to confront Maddie for supposedly scaring her daughter - but will the truth come out?

Coronation Street's Anna Windass is confronted with more family worries next week as she discovers that her adopted daughter Faye has been targeted by bullies.
Anna (Debbie Rush) can sense that something is wrong with Faye as she appears far more withdrawn than usual, but she finds it difficult to get to the bottom of the situation.
After spotting Faye (Ellie Leach) snapping at Craig Tinker at the café for no apparent reason, Anna decides that some detective work is in order and snatches her phone.
