Seems like you're right, Tammy. Spoilers on digitalspy forum says "Adam does something to the brakes of the tractor thinking James willuse it later. James get held up so Moira asks Andy to do the top field instead. And BAM, BIG stunt, and Andy's life is ruined."

Ok I think (according to the actors Jeff and Natalie) Cain and Moira are in it for the long-haul (but lets not forget this is TV land and anything can happen). You always seem to have negative things to say about Moira and you fail to see that Moira has helped Cain grow up. I mean to say, weren't you bored of always seeing Cain on the outside with a dark evil side? At least with Cain being the "married family man" his character has more substance and more interesting storylines. But thats all just my opinion. :hmm:

Coming up on Emmerdale, there is a buzz around the village with the Grand Depart of Tour de France being held nearby.

As previously reported, show chiefs are paying tribute to the event as this year's race kicks off in Yorkshire on July 5 and Home Farm has been decked out with stalls and stands in preparation.

When Megan (Gaynor Faye) and Leyla (Rokhsaneh Ghawam-Shahidi) arrive at the Home Farm launch with their display, Megan is left hurt with Declan's harsh attitude towards her. As Charity prepares to take to the stage to give a speech, Megan berates her, congratulating her on using her miscarriage to get her way and later warns Charity to watch her back.

However, the arrival of Olympic medalist Victoria Pendleton soon lifts everyone's spirits, with Jimmy King particularly excited about her arrival.

Determined to make an impression on the celebrity guest, Jimmy dresses up in skimpy cycling gear especially for her and offers to take Victoria on a tour around Home Farm, leaving Nicola seething with jealousy...

Tuesday

The atmosphere is still awkward at the farm following the recent revelations. Debbie and Chas are also anxious about Cain's whereabouts since he walked out, worried that he could have gone off the rails. Chas guiltily admits that she had known the truth about Adam for some time.

Later, Moira is pleased when she sees Adam arrive at the farm, but it soon becomes clear that he will not make things easy, and their relationship appears to be truly severed. As the day continues, Debbie and Chas prepare to set off in search of Cain, but when Moira asks to go with them, Debbie makes it clear that she is not welcome.

Meanwhile, Jai tries to apologise to Megan for choosing Leyla to invest instead of her, suggesting that he did not want to mix business with pleasure. However, Jai soon begins to doubt his decision when Leyla swans about, lording it up at the factory. Leyla is incredulous when Jai tells her that she is still going to be working on the factory floor, offering her a contract to sign. Leyla is furious and promptly rips up the contract, telling him he can say goodbye to her investment.


Elsewhere, Diane is shocked to discover that Bernice's new boyfriend is Andy when she walks in on them kissing.

Also today, Priya is keen for Rishi to set up meetings with potential husbands, but Rishi wants the whole family to be on board.

Finally, Lisa and Zak are hopeful when they're given permission to appeal for Belle, but they worry about Sam who has been distant recently - suspecting he might be up to something.

Wednesday

At the pub, Adam is bitter as Ross comments that they both have parents they hate. Katie and Donna are awkward as Adam is determined to drink away his problems, while Ross directs snide comments at Donna.

Later, Adam shows interest when Ross suggests they steal vodka from the cellar, seemingly up for a bit of devilment. But will they get caught red-handed?

Meanwhile, with Sam acting oddly and money missing from the Dingle pot, Lisa confronts Sam who is immediately defensive. Sam is cagey as he covers for why he was late home the previous night, and he appears equally shifty when he tells Zak and Lisa that he won't be back for tea either. The pair worry that Sam is up to something dodgy, but what?

Elsewhere, Alicia tells Leyla about Megan's offer to re-start the wedding business, giving Leyla a new idea for a business investment. At a family lunch, Priya announces her plans for an arranged marriage, but Georgia thinks she is making a huge mistake. Later, Jai is relieved when Rishi offers him the cash for the business.

Also today, Diane tries to get used to the idea of Bernice and Andy, though it seems it will take a while for Gabby to accept it.

Finally, Finn remains troubled as he considers his childhood and the recent revelations.


Thursday

James warns Adam about getting involved with Ross. Katie also worries about Adam's attitude and behaviour, so she asks Andy to have a word with him. Andy offers Adam someone to talk to, but Adam turns angry, opting to have another beer instead.

Later, an unsteady Adam appears up at the farm and James instructs him to go home as he is drunk, but Adam refuses to listen and climbs into the tractor. As Adam sets the vehicle going, he fails to see that Andy is behind rethreading the baler. Moments later, Andy lets out a howl due to the intense pain. What has Adam done?

Meanwhile, as Chas and Debbie wonder what to do next in their quest to find Cain, Debbie takes a call to say that he has been locked up in Hull. Later, Debbie offers a miserable Cain coffee to sober him up. He is annoyed about Chas's involvement and tries to leave, despite Debbie pleading with him. Cain hesitates and it's unclear whether he will stay or go. Will Chas and Debbie convince Cain that he is better off with Moira than without?

Elsewhere, Priya has a meeting set up with a potential suitor. When the family arrive, Dhilan makes Priya feel at ease and she quickly warms to him. At the same time, Rishi and Jai take the family to the factory and everyone seems to be getting on. However, Jai and Rishi are unconvinced when Georgia reveals Priya's anorexia in the interest of being honest and open. But is her openness genuine, or is she sabotaging this match?

Also, Leyla offers Megan a business proposal and is encouraged when Megan says she will think about it.

Finally, the Dingles are shocked when Sam admits that he's been spending time with a girl, while Charity and Declan return from their honeymoon and hear that the launch has been brought forward and there will be a celebrity guest in attendance.


Thursday (2)

Andy is badly injured and losing consciousness as the paramedics and fire brigade arrive. When Moira, Debbie and Cain turn up, James covers for Adam by taking the blame for the accident.

Later at the hospital, the doctor explains that they need to operate ASAP as a tearful Bernice vows not to leave Andy's side. Cain threatens James, but a worked-up Adam admits that it was him who switched the baler on and tells them he was drunk. Moira is upset as she tells Cain that she didn't want to screw Adam up, but will she get the sympathy she desperately needs, or will Cain remain cold towards her?

Meanwhile, Priya and Dhilan agree they'd like to see each other again as the family head off, but Priya is upset to learn that Georgia told the family about her anorexia. Georgia suggests that she should meet a man the normal way, so Priya decides to take this advice and heads out in a short dress and heels. Jai finds Priya in the café but she gets upset, saying she doesn't know why he and Georgia won't support her. Will Jai put his concerns to one side to support his sister?

Elsewhere, Leyla tells Bernice about her and Megan's partnership and when Nicola enters the salon, Leyla has a light bulb moment. Can she persuade Nicola to let her have a stand at the Home Farm launch, and will Megan agree to Leyla's business offer?

Also, Jimmy finds out who the celebrity guest is, and is pleased because she is on his "laminated list".

Finally, Charity is thrown when Declan wants to talk about trying for a baby again. Charity also agrees to give Sam a pay rise. Sam decides to put most into the Dingles' pot, although he retrieves it back later when talking to a new female friend.


Friday

Adam arrives home and is clearly distressed after last night's events. Andy wakes up in hospital after an operation and is shocked to hear how long he will have to stay in due to the severity of his hand injury.

Later, a guilty Adam apologises to Andy, telling him that he'll help with anything he needs. Andy tells him he's fine and to sort things with Moira and James instead.

At the same time, Chas assures Moira that Cain is back because he loves her, but Moira is unsure.

Meanwhile, Megan and Leyla arrive at the Home Farm launch with their display, but Megan is left hurt by Declan's harsh attitude towards her. Megan berates Charity, congratulating her on using her miscarriage to get her way. As Charity takes to the stage to give a speech, Megan interrupts, warning her to watch her back. Later, Declan urges Charity to try for another baby. Wanting to keep him on side, Charity throws out her pills - but is this just another lie in her cold-hearted scheme?

Elsewhere, Jimmy is thrilled Victoria Pendleton is the celebrity guest and dresses up in skimpy cycling gear especially for her. He can't wait to show Victoria on a tour around Home Farm and Nicola seethes with jealousy to see they are getting on well.

Also today, Donna is alarmed when PC Stone tells her they're going to the garage as they have a lead on the jewellery robbery. Donna takes Ross to one side and tries to explain a cover story, and he is impressed when Donna makes fake phone calls telling her colleague that Ross's story adds up. Later, Donna is unsettled as Ross teases her about having feelings for him - is he right?

Finally, Priya is upset when Jai takes a call about Dhillon turning her down, but is determined to stay positive about finding a husband.
