Even if Declan discovers the truth about Charity's lies about the abortion he cant do anything as Charity could tell Megan than Declan started the fire unless Declan calls her bluff and tells the cops and the Dingles the truth
As much as I would like for the truth about the fire to become known, it would mean that Declan and Charity would have to leave Emmerdale .... I would miss them both

I hope James and Chas make a good of it as a couple and I want him to tell her he is Adam's dad too
I want James to bog off.
I find him really annoying!!
I agree, did not like him when he first arrived, still not liking him now

or beat her like he did to megan

Yes I to am another hater of James, I really tried to like him but I just can't. Chas needs a good man, but the way he went about the DNA, I would laugh if the sock belonged to Ross. HA

Can't take to James either, didn't like the actor in Corrie either.
Over on Emmerdale, Donna Windsor continues to go rogue as she teams up with bad boy Ross Barton.
Terminally-ill Donna (Verity Rushworth) makes a surprising alliance with Ross as she is desperate to earn some quick cash, wanting to provide for the future of her daughter April.
Donna's first plot with Ross (Michael Parr) sees her provide him with some stolen goods to sell so they can split the profits. However, she is soon left disappointed with the amount of cash she receives, so she starts to think bigger.
When Donna later gets a tip-off about a well-known criminal called Gary North, she comes up with a dangerous Plan B - burgling him before the police have time to raid his house.
Donna shares her plan with Ross and they head to the house together, finding a stash of valuable items inside. Back outside, Donna and Ross panic as they spot Gary approaching, so they kiss to cover their tracks.

Donna kisses Ross
Later, as they celebrate the perfect robbery, Donna and Ross kiss again - this time for real…
Emmerdale airs these scenes on Thursday, May 29 at 7pm on ITV.
Monday
Megan is still determined to leave, but Jai raises doubts and gives her the courage to test Charity's true intentions. Jai explains that by walking away, Megan has just played right into Charity's hands. Soon afterwards, Megan confronts Charity, bluffing that she is now reconsidering her options and may well decide to stay. Charity is appalled and it quickly proves that Jai's suspicions were well founded.
Later, with a renewed confidence, Megan braves it out by coming clean to Declan that she caused the miscarriage. Charity comes into the room just as Megan is telling him and is aghast to realise what Declan is being told. How will Declan react to Megan's shock confession?
Meanwhile, Ross doubts that Donna's hot car list is for real until Cain checks it out for him. Realising Donna is not as squeaky clean as he thought, Ross agrees to help her out with a job. His change of heart puts Donna in a spin as the rubbish collection lorry is only around the corner and the stolen jewellery is stashed in one of the village bins. Will Donna get to the loot before the binmen do? And does this mean Donna's chance to make money could be back on track?
Elsewhere, Finn plucks up the courage to tell Simon the truth about his identity, but panics when he sees Simon in the pub with Victoria. Victoria is confused to discover that Finn has been pretending to be Declan. As Finn braces himself to come clean, James walks in and everything changes.
Also today, Sean is left reeling on receiving a letter telling him to testify against Belle at the upcoming trial, but will he be able to betray the girl he loves?
Finally, Chas feels ignored by James, so decides to catch his attention. Will her methods work on this preoccupied farmer?
Tuesday
After recent events, Charity becomes unnerved by Declan's growing distance. At the same time, Megan is determined to keep an eye on her brother, using Robbie as a spy and waiting for Charity to slip up.
Later, Charity enlists the help of Nicola to help out at Home Farm, as she is planning to whisk Declan and Noah off on a late honeymoon. However, Charity is left shocked when Declan makes his own suggestion - he wants them to try for another baby. How will Charity get herself out of this one?
Meanwhile, wanting to get the ball rolling, Donna arranges to meet Ross with the stolen goods, but the situation leaves her feeling on edge and she snaps at April. Later, having not heard from Ross, Donna goes to see him. She is left disappointed with the amount of cash he has received, as it's not what she expected. Left with an ultimatum, will Donna decide to quit or will she start thinking bigger?
Elsewhere, when Declan discovers a credit card bill charged to the casino, Robbie covers for a guilty Finn and takes the blame. Surprisingly, Declan doesn't fire his nephew but kicks him out.
Also today, James makes amends with Chas.
Finally, Moira arrives home to find James and Adam still bickering, but is relieved when James reassures her that their secret is still safe.
Wednesday
Donna gets a tip off about a well-known criminal, Gary North. She hatches a plan to burgle him before the police have time to raid his house.
Donna tells Ross of her plan, but Marlon spots the two of them together and warns her off Ross. Covering, Donna tells him that she is gaining Ross's trust so she can nick him, unaware that Pete is in earshot..
Meanwhile, tensions are still high between Adam and James, particularly when James takes time off to wine and dine Chas at the B&B. James and Chas tease each other with a game of truth or dare, and James admits Chas is his first serious relationship since Emma. Chas spots a lady at the bar and heads over to include her in the game, but it doesn't quite go to plan for Chas.
Elsewhere, Robbie overhears Rishi and Jai talking about him staying, knowing he is in the way. Robbie covers, pretending he has sorted a place to stay. He asks Adam if he can crash with him, but is left disappointed when Adam isn't keen. Robbie then finds himself lying to Megan and sleeping in a truck.
Also today, wanting to make it up to Kerry, Dan agrees to let her practice some beauty treatments on him. Dan is soon left looking a fool, just in time for their wedding competition interview with Lucy. Will it go to plan?
Finally, Debbie grows curious about Pete's childhood when he helps Sarah after she tells him she is being bullied, while Declan is still set on trying for another baby but is gutted as Charity convinces him she isn't ready yet.
Thursday
Ross storms into Debbie's, demanding the day off and keys to the garage as he prepares for what he is about to do. Later, Ross Donna prepare to carry out their plan outside Gary North's house, but Ross refuses to go inside - convinced she's setting him up. Donna then panics and breaks in herself.
Finding the stash, the pair make a run for it but when they see Gary approaching, Donna kisses Ross to cover their tracks. After pulling off the perfect robbery, the pair revel in their success and find themselves kissing again, but this time for real…
Meanwhile, hungover and feeling guilty for not telling James the truth about her son Aaron, Chas finally confesses that Adam is the real arsonist and Aaron covered for him. A shocked James then is asked if he has any secrets by Chas. James denies having any skeletons in his closet - but in a small village, secrets don't stay hidden for long.
Elsewhere, with the Tour de France soon visiting Yorkshire, Kerry helps Amelia with her school project, roping in the help of Harriet to bless her bike ride. While Kerry films the process, she accidentally steps into the path of a passing cyclist Laurent, who is sent flying. He is furious and shouts at them in French as they help him up. Worried Laurent may sue, Kerry offers him a place to stay at their house, much to Dan's disapproval.
Also today, with what happened with Ross playing on her mind, Cain confronts Debbie about her feelings. Knowing she needs to tell Pete the truth, she arranges for him to come round but backtracks as soon as he arrives, leaving him suspicious about what's going on.
Finally, homeless Robbie is nearly rumbled by Charity when she finds him in the back of the lorry.
Friday
With Chas's confession playing on his mind, James warns Moira that he is going to tell Chas that Adam is his son. Moira begs him to reconsider, but he is adamant that Chas needs to know if they are to have any chance of a normal relationship.
Later, James confesses all and explains the history between him and Moira, but Chas's reaction isn't what he expected. Chas tells James that she can't lie to her brother Cain and will have to tell him the truth. Has James started something that will tear apart the family?
Meanwhile, Donna finds herself drawn to bad boy Ross, visiting the garage to organise him shifting the stolen goods. The pair find themselves kissing once more, only to be nearly caught by Cain. Later, Ross walks into the pub and Donna warns him not to do anything with the gear as the police are now looking for it. Not one to follow the rules, Ross arranges to meet with a buyer, but could his cockiness land him in trouble?
Elsewhere, Val is ecstatic as she works her way through all the fan mail, but her face drops when she opens the Decree Nisi. Pollard doesn't seem bothered by it and she is convinced that he is trawling internet dating sites. Val confesses her concerns to Diane, who finds out what Pollard is really up to. He is going to surprise Val as he is setting up The Valerie Pollard foundation and is currently looking for fundraising ideas.
Also, jealous Dan is suspicious that Laurent is milking his injuries. On finding him and Kerry looking cosy, Kerry assures him that Laurent is gay, but Dan is less than convinced.
Finally, Diane prepares for her holiday to Spain with Debbie. Cain gives her 500 euros for her and the kids to have a good time.
Emmerdale's Kerry Wyatt causes more chaos in the village tonight (May 29) as she steps into the path of a passing cyclist.

When Dan Spencer expresses his disapproval over Kerry's decision, she soon realises that she can use his jealousy to her advantage…
