Amy desperately tries to put her 'mistake' with Harry behind her, but her day takes an unexpected turn when she discovers that she has finally got what she always wanted. However, she is forced to question at what cost when it's clear that Harry is going to be in her life for a very long time...

Meanwhile, Serena's world is torn apart when her mother arrives at Holby and causes a near fatal accident with her warden, forcing Serena to accept some painful truths about her mother's future.

Elsewhere, desperate to escape 'Dr Mo', Adele finds her way on to Darwin. She finds herself immediately on the wrong side of Jac, but with Jonny's help she manages to prove her worth and show her true potential.
