Harry is full of swagger, having been invited to an exclusive black-tie event. However, his mood is dented when he learns that Raf has been invited as the keynote speaker and that Raf's wife Amy is now permanent Consultant Pharmacist on the ward.

As Harry gets to work with Amy, he is intrigued to learn that there appears to be trouble in paradise - Raf and Amy's marriage might not be quite as perfect as it first appears.

Holby City's Jac Naylor will be left devastated next week as Jonny Maconie continues to blame her for the tragic death of his fiancée Bonnie Wallis.

Earlier this week, viewers saw Bonnie lose her life in a shock storyline twist as she was hit by a truck on the day of her wedding.

As Jac's attempts to disrupt the couple's big day led to Bonnie being in the wrong place at the wrong time, Jonny feels that Jac is responsible for what happened.

Next week's episode sees Jac make every effort to fix things with Jonny when he returns to the hospital, which includes asking him to work on a difficult case with her.

Although the former lovers once again work well together, Jac's optimism is short-lived when it becomes clear that Jonny is nowhere near close to forgiving her.


Taking things a step further, grief-stricken Jonny even declares that he doesn't want their baby daughter Emma to be raised by someone as hard as Jac.

A Holby City source said: "Jonny threatens to fight Jac for custody of Emma. Jac could have a battle on her hands, but it's the last thing she wants."

Holby City continues on Tuesday (April 8) at 8pm on BBC One.
