Danny is desperate to ensure Peri remains silent. Nancy is nervous about her first day in a new job and Leela gives Ste the push he needs to speak to John Paul.

Tuesday, March 25

Ste realises the impact of Peri's discovery. Has Tony been completely honest with Diane? Will Maxine be able to keep her community service secret from Patrick? Sinead is hopeful that from a distance she can still be a good mum. Darren feels second best, and Lindsey delivers some heart-wrenching news.

Wednesday, March 26

After life-shattering revelations Danny has an unexpected opportunity. Can Darren persuade Diane to finally forgive Tony? And how will Maxine react when she's confronted about Patrick's abuse?

Sinead is grateful for a chance to prove herself. Diane struggles to comprehend events, while Darren is reeling when Nancy gets a little too close to Patrick.

Meanwhile, new Hollyoaks pictures show the moment that Peri Lomax suffers a shock accident after discovering her father Danny's affair.

Peri (Ruby O'Donnell) learns of Danny's fling with John Paul McQueen next week after she spots the pair kissing via a hidden camera.

Danny (Stephen Billington) is relieved when he urges Peri not to tell Sam what she saw and she seems to agree, but it soon becomes clear that the schoolgirl has other ideas.

As Peri prepares to speak to Sam, Danny blocks her way and an argument follows. Events then take a horrifying turn as Peri suddenly collapses and tumbles down the concrete stairs which lead up to the Lomax family home.

Peri has to be rushed to the hospital and when she regains consciousness, she rejects Danny by telling him to stay away from her.

To make matters worse, the situation later becomes more complicated when Ste Hay finds out how much his sister knows. When Ste confronts Danny, the schoolteacher decides that it's time to finally tell Sam the truth.

However, just as Danny is bracing himself to be honest with Sam, Lindsey Butterfield shares bombshell news with the family as she reveals that Peri has a brain tumour…

Danny thinks he has persuaded Peri not to tell Sam about him and John Paul, but they soon end up in an argument in the village at the top of the city steps.

A desperate Danny blocks Peri's way, trying to stop her getting to Sam. As she turns to walk away, Peri passes out and tumbles down the concrete stairs. Having seen everything, Leela rushes to her sister's aid.

Meanwhile, Nancy can't stop thinking of John Paul as she takes over his job at Hollyoaks High. Her first day doesn't start well when her first class includes Robbie Roscoe, but she gets the upper hand over the mouthy teen.

Elsewhere, Leela gets roped into covering for Ste at The Hutch while he goes and tells John Paul his true feelings.

Tuesday

Danny feels guilty as Peri lies unconscious in hospital. She wakes up and tells Danny to stay away from her. After talking to Ste, Danny admits defeat and decides to tell Sam the truth. However, he is interrupted at the hospital by Lindsey, who tells the family that Peri has a brain tumour.

At the same time, as Ste realises the weight of Peri's discovery, will he reveal the truth to Sam?

Meanwhile, on a school field trip, Patrick is horrified to see Maxine washing graffiti off the walls in the folly. He tells her icily that he'll see her at home. Later, Maxine is terrified as Patrick comes through the front door. At the same time, Dennis goes to Maxine's flat to return Dexter after looking after the dog for the day. He is horrified when he hears Patrick lashing out at Maxine.

Elsewhere, has Tony been completely honest with Diane?

Also today, Blessing is determined to cheer Sinead up and takes her to Dennis's emporium to play dress-up, but Sinead despairs when she sees Diane walk past with Katy. Blessing buys a video camera from the emporium and Sinead films herself reading a bedtime story for Katy, but Diane and Tony won't accept it. As a result, Freddie has had enough and threatens to tell the whole village what Finn did to Nana McQueen, if Finn doesn't help Sinead see Katy.

Finally, Darren is downhearted when Nancy forgets about their lunch date and tells him that she has to supervise the field trip with Patrick.

Wednesday

Yesterday's life-shattering news about Peri gives Danny an unexpected opportunity.

Meanwhile, Diane goes to the pub. After a couple of drinks, she allows Darren to persuade her to give it another shot with Tony. Tony is delighted when Diane tells him that she still fancies him, so he asks Darren and Ste to arrange a surprise wedding for him and Diane. However, Ste panics when Tony takes a bottle of the drug-laced wine to celebrate with.

Thursday

Diane agrees to marry Tony today, but Tony now has a bigger issue on his hands after finding the drugs and hiding them in the flat. At the same time, Freddie corners Finn and orders him to think of a way to let Sinead see Katy today. Soon afterwards, Sinead and Freddie overhear Tony railing at Ste about the drugs. When Sinead hears there are still some at Tony's flat, she decides to report him.

Freddie talks Sinead down, but her anger erupts again when she finds out that Diane and Tony are getting married and she's not invited. Just as Diane and Finn are about to leave for the wedding, Sonny and two police officers knock on the door with a warrant to search the flat…

Meanwhile, Sienna forces conversation with Leela and swipes her purse when she's not looking. She returns it to the Lomaxes later and steals a baby picture of Peri.

Friday

Sinead is grateful for a chance to prove herself, but will it all go horribly wrong?

Meanwhile, Diane struggles to comprehend the day's events.
