Hollyoaks' Cindy Cunningham is distraught next month as she goes into labour just 24 weeks into her pregnancy.
Cindy is already facing a stressful time when her waters break suddenly and she has to be rushed to hospital.
As previously reported, Cindy has a tough few weeks ahead as she is plagued by reminders of Doctor Browning's murder and the role that she played in his demise.
The pressure of the secret eventually becomes too much for Cindy to bear, but she soon has more urgent matters to worry about when she goes into labour three months early.
Stephanie Waring, who plays Cindy, told All About Soap: "It all comes to a head - the stress of everything. And her waters break when she's only six months along. It's complete shock and panic.
"Cindy's terrified because it's very rare that babies survive being born at 24 weeks, so it's really a scary time for her."
Show bosses are currently keeping tight-lipped over the outcome of the story, though Waring added: "I have no idea how this is going to affect Cindy, but I don't think it's going to be happy camping anytime soon."
Hollyoaks airs these scenes in the week commencing Monday, February 10 on Channel 4.
