Over on EastEnders, Johnny Carter is livid when he realises that his mother Linda still hasn't accepted his sexuality.
Johnny (Sam Strike) was under the impression that Linda had come to terms with having a gay son, but it's clear that this isn't the case when she makes a fresh attempt to set him up with Whitney Dean (Shona McGarty).
Linda (Kellie Bright) is given hope of a future for Johnny and Whitney when Bianca Butcher fills her in over their 'pregnancy scare', not realising that the whole thing was fake.
Getting carried away with herself, Linda encourages Johnny to invite Whitney over for dinner. However, when Johnny discovers what Linda's intentions are, he is horrified and a huge argument follows…
EastEnders airs these scenes on Thursday, February 6 at 7.30pm on BBC One.
Monday
After stealing money from Tamwar's work, a drunken Masood is mugged and ends up hitting his head on the floor in the scuffle that follows. Dexter and Nancy find Masood after the attack and take him home, where Masood fails to tell Tamwar the full truth about what happened.
Later, Aleks arrives at the Masood house with news that the market office has been burgled. As Aleks blames Tamwar for what has happened, Masood still decides not to say anything. However, when father and son are alone again, Masood finally slips up and Tamwar discovers the truth. Tamwar is shocked and confronts his dad, but Masood loses his temper and lashes out…
Meanwhile, Carol is shocked after David's proposal over the karaoke microphone at The Vic. Will she accept it? Later, after overhearing a conversation, Liam promises Carol that he won't tell Tiffany and Morgan about her cancer, but after finding out that they have overhead, he begs them to keep quiet.
Elsewhere, Masood's mugging means that Dexter and Nancy are interrupted just as they're about to give into temptation. Afterwards, Dexter is frustrated when Nancy won't pick up from where they left off.
Also today, Shirley confides in Linda about a past cancer scare and then makes an important phone call, Nikki makes a move on Terry but he knocks her back, while Linda is delighted when Bianca tells her about Johnny and Whitney's supposed 'pregnancy scare'.
Tuesday
Nikki annoys Terry by keeping Rosie off school so they can spend the day together. Discovering her antics, Terry decides that it's time Nikki left. Later, Nikki continues to flirt with David. Will David give into her charms?
Meanwhile, Carol is upset when she realises that her grandchildren know about her illness. Later, Carol arrives at the hospital for tests to find out whether her cancer is genetic. She soon gets nervous and considers leaving, but then Liam suddenly arrives, having followed her there. Liam's presence gives Carol the courage to go through with the test.
Elsewhere, Tamwar has spent the night at The Vic following yesterday's row, but he covers up the real reason for his bruise. Tamwar then goes to meet Aleks about the stolen money, but will he lose his job? Later, when Fatboy fails to make amends with Tamwar, he tells him the truth about who really stole his university fund.
Also today, Johnny invites Whitney over for dinner following pestering from Linda.
Thursday
Terry feels guilty over his argument with Nikki, so he invites her to stay for dinner before her flight to Acapulco. However, Bianca isn't happy over Nikki's continued presence. Later, David is nominated to give Nikki a lift to the airport. Nikki decides to offer David a way out for good, but will he take it?
Meanwhile, Fatboy continues to worry about Masood and decides to call in Shabnam for help. Shabnam is shocked to hear what Masood has been getting up to. Later, Masood is drunk once again and turns up at Carol's place. He is upset when he discovers that she has cancer and breaks down over the situation, leaving Carol to comfort him.
Elsewhere, Linda is still deluding herself by thinking that Johnny and Whitney may be getting together. When Whitney arrives for dinner, Linda is forced to reveal her true motivations and Johnny is horrified when he realises that his mum still hasn't accepted his sexuality. Mick once again provides the voice of reason by warning Linda that she needs to accept Johnny or risk losing him, while Whitney advises Johnny to get a boyfriend so his family get used to it.
Friday
Kat announces to Terry and Bianca that Alfie is back. She heads off to meet him at a hotel, but is soon left shellshocked by a surprise encounter on the way.
Meanwhile, it's Carol's first chemotherapy appointment and she is clearly worried about what lies ahead, but she insists on going to the appointment alone.
Elsewhere, Shabnam tries to get Masood's life back on track. As she receives a secretive text, Masood tells her that he has got his job back. However, when Tamwar sees Masood heading to The Vic, he is disgusted.
Also today, Shabnam has a run-in with Kat about the money Alfie won from him at the poker night.
It's crunch time for Carol Jackson's relationship with David Wicks on EastEnders next week following a surprise proposal.
Carol (Lindsey Coulson) has to decide whether she wants to commit to David when he makes a public display of asking her to marry him at the Queen Vic.
While we can't give away the outcome of the proposal, it comes as part of a busy time on screen for both Carol and David (Michael French).
Next week's episodes see Carol's battle against breast cancer remain at the forefront of her mind as more people find out about her illness.
Liam, Tiffany, Morgan and Masood all learn what Carol is going through, while she also faces tests to find out whether her cancer is genetic.

While Carol's mind is understandably focused on medical matters, David is distracted by Nikki Spraggan's continued pursuit of him.
When David agrees to give Nikki a lift to the airport for her latest flight as an air hostess, she shocks him by offering him a way out for good - but will David return to his old ways by taking it? And does Nikki's offer follow a 'yes' or a 'no' from Carol to David's proposal?

Tension mounts in the Masood household once again on EastEnders next week as Tamwar realises that his father's behaviour is spiralling out of control.
Tamwar (Himesh Patel) is horrified when he sees that Masood (Nitin Ganatra) has been mugged out on the street, but his concern soon turns to shock when he learns that the incident took place just after Masood had secretly stolen money from the market office.
With new market inspector Aleks Shirov (Kristian Kiehling) blaming Tamwar's carelessness for the missing cash, Tam is provided with an extra reason to be livid with Masood.
However, when Tamwar confronts his dad, Masood stoops to a new low by lashing out…

The next day, Tamwar is sporting a nasty bruise and has spent the night at The Vic to get away from Masood.
Just when Tamwar thinks he couldn't be any more angry with his father, Fatboy (Ricky Norwood) adds more fuel to the flames by finally breaking the news that Masood stole his university fund.
Despite exposing the truth, Fatboy is still concerned for Masood and decides to call in Shabnam (Rakhee Thakrar) to get him back in line once and for all, but will his plan work out?

EastEnders mechanic Dexter Hartman tries to seduce newcomer Nancy Carter next week as the pair continue to grow close.
Dexter (Khali Best) decides to make a move on Nancy (Maddy Hill) as they continue to flirt with each other in the barrel store and is surprised when she responds.

However, the moment is interrupted when they hear Masood call out in pain following his mugging.
After rushing to Masood's aid and taking him home, Dexter is eager for him and Nancy to pick up from where they left off.
He is left frustrated when Nancy refuses, but she leaves him feeling hopeful...

So Mas hits Tamwar
EastEnders' Carol Jackson is supported by grandson Liam Butcher in tonight's episode (February 3) after he finds out about her breast cancer diagnosis.
Liam (James Forde) is devastated to learn of Carol's illness when he overhears a revealing conversation at home.
A caring Liam soon pledges his support to Carol (Lindsey Coulson) during a private chat in the living room. He also promises to respect Carol's wishes when she explains that she doesn't want Tiffany and Morgan to know just yet.
Soon afterwards, however, Liam discovers that his younger siblings have already overheard his conversation with Carol and are now worried that she could die like Pat. Can Liam find a way to reassure Tiffany and Morgan?
