Denise Fox will fall back into Fatboy Chubb's arms on EastEnders in the New Year.

Fans will remember that the pair had a short-lived fling in 2012, before Denise (Diane Parish) moved onto a more serious romance with Ian Beale.

It seems that Ian's relationship with Denise is stronger than ever next month when she agrees to marry him, but when Ian hurts her feelings at their engagement party, Fatboy checks on Denise to make sure that she's okay.

Soon one thing leads to another and Fatboy (Ricky Norwood) gets much more than he bargained for. How far will things go between them?

"Max isn't interested, but when he learns that Tanya has a new man, he changes his mind and falls back into Kirsty's arms."

"Lauren storms out and falls back into the arms of Jake."

"Fatboy follows [Denise] to make sure that she's okay and they soon find themselves in a passionate clinch…"

How do they keep thinking up these very different and highly original story lines?
