It's Christmas Day in the village, but will there be smiles all round? Fraser is shocked to the core, Carmel and Theresa struggle to put their differences aside and Sinead tries to contain her jealousy, but has she made a monumental mistake? This is a first look at Hollyoaks' Christmas wedding as Sandy Roscoe ties the knot with Fraser Black, blissfully unaware that he is a dangerous gangster.

Sandy (Gillian Taylforth) and Fraser (Jesse Birdsall) will surprise their families by announcing their plans to marry at the last minute in this week's festive episodes.

While viewers know that Fraser is a criminal underworld boss who has masterminded much of the recent trouble in the village, Sandy has no idea of his true nature as she walks down the aisle.

Fans can expect some twists and turns surrounding the wedding as Hollyoaks' high drama continues over the show's Christmas episodes.

Charlie Clapham, who plays Sandy's son Freddie, told Digital Spy last week: "I think this wedding will have a lot of consequences, as weddings often do for families. Will certain families want to be together, will they see it as a good move? Does everyone know who they're joining onto? These are all things that are very interesting to play."

Alfie Browne-Sykes, who plays younger son Jason, added: "It's quite exciting to know that the stuff that's on air around Christmas is all about the Roscoes. I really did appreciate that and I'm happy that we've got such a big storyline airing at this time of year.

"There's a Roscoe wedding and we had a great laugh filming it. Whenever there's a Hollyoaks wedding, there's always something exciting going on!"

Fraser Black's gangland rival Ray McCormick pays a secret visit to his wedding in Hollyoaks' E4 first look screening this evening (December 24).

As Fraser prepares to tie the knot with Sandy Roscoe, he is blissfully unaware that his daughter Grace has been kidnapped by Ray, who wants revenge against the Black duo after a recent drug deal went wrong.

Having secured Grace as his prisoner, Ray (Cristian Solimeno) disguises himself as Father Christmas and makes his way to Fraser and Sandy's ceremony.

While there, Ray approaches bad boy Robbie Roscoe (Charlie Wernham) and hands him a 'present' for the groom… What does Ray have planned for Fraser and Grace? And how will Fraser react when he discovers the whereabouts of his missing daughter?
