Also ahead on Ramsay Street, Sonya Rebecchi (Eve Morey) remains concerned about Josie's determination to change herself in order to impress Callum.
Josie (Madison Daniel) brushes off her concerns once again, but when Callum barely notices her at the Erinsborough Hospital's fun run, Josie is visibly upset and runs off without hydrating properly.
Josie then proceeds to push herself far too hard in the race and eventually collapses from dehydration.
As Sonya and Karl rush to her aid, it is clear Josie is unwell and she is immediately rushed to hospital.
