Monday

Pollard is troubled when Joanie explains that she has taken out a restraining order on Amy. A depressed Amy is let out of the cell with a caution, but is warned that the consequences will be serious if it happens again. She and Kerry are driven back to the village.

After finding out that Joanie has been at the pub, Amy rushes to find her but gets there too late. Diane tells Amy about the restraining order and with all hope seemingly gone, a forlorn Amy comes to a decision. She opens a guest's bag at the B&B and finds a wad of cash and an expensive necklace. Amy soon realises that she has to choose between Andy and Kyle when Andy is clearly not game to disappear with her and Kyle. Amy sends Andy out and rifles through the drawer for Jack's passport, determined that her new plan is going to work…

Meanwhile, despite being heartbroken over the situation, Alicia encourages David to find Priya before it's too late. Priya is grateful for Charity and Jai's support as they prepare to leave for her termination. Priya doesn't want to face David as he pleads with her to wait. After declaring his want for her to keep the baby, Priya says that she is still going through with the termination, leaving David devastated. But soon Priya finds herself torn when Jai questions whether she is making the right decision.

Later, Alicia worries that she won't be enough for David when he returns after his unsuccessful visit to Priya. Yet could Jai's words force Priya to question her decision?

Elsewhere, when macho Jimmy stands up to Charity over Nicola's working hours, Nicola swoons and soon after she and Jimmy rekindle their passion.

Also today, whilst seeing the financial benefits to Rodney's line of work, Georgia encourages him to continue pursuing his escort career.

Tuesday

Val and Pollard are relieved that Amy is seemingly back on the right track. However, unknown to them, an optimistic Amy tries to sell the stolen necklace to an intrigued Rodney. Val hears that Amy is having drinks with Andy and is delighted to assume that she is being distracted by Andy rather than Kyle now. Amy suggests they all have drinks as she owes them all after her recent troubles.

At the same time, Kerry witnesses Rodney give Amy a wad of cash for the necklace and questions what she's up to. Kerry is shocked when she sees Amy's determination to pursue a life with Kyle and desperately tries to talk her out of running away. Kerry is left reeling when Amy threatens that she's dead if she tells anyone.

Val and Pollard are suspicious of the reason behind Amy's family get-together and everyone is stunned as a guilty Amy tells them that she loves them. She hides her tears, aware that it's the last time they'll spend as a family, but is uncomfortable under Kerry's scrutiny. A guilty Amy's heart breaks when Andy asks her to move in with him. Will Amy go ahead with her plan?

Meanwhile, Alicia is concerned for an emotional David as he wishes he'd done more to stop Priya having the termination. At the same time, a tormented and conflicted Priya realises that she needs to make a decision as Georgia is coming to stay during her time of need. David is deeply hurt and can't believe that Priya has seemingly gone through with the termination. Heartbroken, Priya pushes him out and tells him to leave her alone. Later, Alicia is unnerved by a conversation with Charity regarding her inability to give David a baby.

Elsewhere, Amelia needs money and Sean flippantly tells her to ask Jesus for it. Edna later finds herself shepherding a passionate Amelia home from church, telling her that she can't ask Jesus for money. A thoughtful Amelia catches sight of a poster advertising a 'Little Miss Yorkshire' competition with the first prize being £1,000.

Also today, Ruby's excitement is dampened when she learns that she's not pregnant.

Finally, Marlon and Laurel begin planning their wedding and take their first steps to getting back to normal by inviting Rhona and Paddy for lunch. Later, Rhona and Paddy struggle with their intimacy with one another.

Wednesday

Amy's heart breaks as Andy excitedly discusses her moving in and she is left feeling guilty as they declare their love for one another. Val and Pollard are also thrilled to be able to refocus their attentions on each other rather than Amy, as they believe her to be back on the straight and narrow. Later, a nervous Amy is grateful when Kerry pulls up in Dan's van Hettie, willing to take her wherever she wants to go with Kyle. Amy wells up as she takes one last look at the village.

Later, the owner of the stolen necklace confronts Georgia when she sees her wearing it, and Rodney realises that he has been had by Amy. At the same time, Val and Pollard realise that Amy has stolen the entire contents of the safe. Amy goes to get Kyle at the community centre. She creates a distraction, but will it work for her to take Kyle unnoticed?

Meanwhile, Paddy and Rhona are round at Tall Trees. Marlon receives a letter from the court for Laurel, but decides not to show her yet in a bid to keep the occasion joyous for a little longer. Paddy warns Rhona against approaching the topic of Leo coming home too soon in order to keep the peace. Later, Marlon's plan backfires when Laurel finds her court letter hidden. Laurel puts on a brave face as she tells everyone that she has been charged with assault.

Elsewhere, a driven Ashley excitedly tells Edna and Sandy about an application to the parish that he's preparing for. Meanwhile, Chas agrees to let Ashley work at the pub.

Also today, Amelia is seriously miffed when Ali and Ruby tell her that she can't enter the 'Little Miss Yorkshire' competition, while Ruby tries to hide her disappointment over not becoming pregnant.

Thursday (1)

Heading for the docks, Kerry speeds along in the campervan with Amy and Kyle in the back of the vehicle. At the same time, a desperate Val has hounded Dan to call Kerry. Kerry denies that they're up to anything, but Val is mortified to have her suspicions confirmed by hearing Kyle's voice in the background. She desperately tries to persuade Amy to come back, but before she can have her mind changed, Amy flings the phone out of the window.

At the dock, Amy and Kerry sit together nervously waiting for the ferry to board before sharing a teary goodbye, desperately sad that they've finally become so close as Amy has to leave. Amy steels herself and heads towards check in. Kerry creates a scene to distract the police officers who are on their way to find Amy, as Amy and Kyle join the queue to board the ferry…

Meanwhile, Andy rallies together with Val, Pollard and Victoria to try to track Amy down. Pollard reveals that Amy is heading to the docks to board a ferry to Ireland. He and Val rush out, desperate to get to Amy before the police do and Cain wonders what he's getting himself into as he begrudgingly agrees to take Andy and Dan to the docks too. However, it soon becomes clear that Cain is just as worried as everyone else. Joanie fears the worst when Diane hints that Amy is thinking of leaving the country.

Elsewhere, Laurel dreads what's to come as she reveals to Marlon that the solicitor thinks it's likely she'll get a custodial sentence. Marlon is frustrated when Paddy and Rhona unwittingly make things worse for Laurel, and Rhona is left mortified when Marlon implies that she was to blame for Laurel's carjacking. Laurel is upset to learn the carjacking won't be taken into account and she's looking at a sentence of anything up to three years.

Also, Ruby and Ali tell Amelia they will pay for half of her pageant fees, knowing she will not be able to afford the rest, while Declan is furious to see Katie's furniture delivery in progress.


Thursday (2)

Cain reluctantly follows Dan and Andy as they race off to find Amy. A furious Val smacks Kerry upon her arrival to the docks. Kerry lies, telling everyone that Amy has already gone, but Val clocks her glance over to the ferry that is still in the dock.

Kerry pleads with them to let Amy go as the police and Joanie arrive. Will Amy get away with leaving with Kyle?

Meanwhile, Marlon is confused as to why Laurel doesn't jump at the solicitor's suggestion to bend the truth and argue that there were some inaccuracies in her statement in order to get off lighter. Moira feels awful for Laurel as she explains that she couldn't persuade Ross to drop the charges and has no idea of his whereabouts. Laurel is torn as Marlon desperately tries to convince her that she shouldn't risk taking her case to court.

Elsewhere, Amelia finds a £50 that Declan has dropped. Thinking it's a gift from Jesus, she jubilantly hurries off. Ali and Ruby are sceptical over the origin of the money that Amelia has acquired. They didn't expect their plan to backfire quite so spectacularly when she tells them to keep their end of the bargain and match it.

Also, a bitter Declan throws his belongings at Katie, wondering what she wants from him next, while Rhona tells Paddy that she is not ready to get intimate yet.


Friday

The police know Amy kidnapped Kyle and give Kerry a fine for wasting police time. At the same time, Victoria gives Val and Andy letters from Amy. An anguished Val lashes out at everyone and Pollard questions if they still have a marriage.

Meanwhile, Paddy admits to Vanessa that he wants Leo back to try to help mend his marriage. Marlon reluctantly agrees to let them have Leo back.

Elsewhere, Cain won't open up to Moira over his feelings for Kyle.

Also today, Laurel has decided to tell the truth in court.

Finally, Sandy is saddened to see Ashley struggling to update his résumé for the vicar's job. He tells Edna that he has a surprise lined up for him later. Later, Sandy rolls up in a convertible car for him.

Emmerdale's Kerry Wyatt makes a controversial decision in tonight's episode (November 13) as she helps her daughter Amy with her shocking abduction plan.

Amy (Chelsea Halfpenny) is trying to pretend that everything is back to normal after her recent troubles, but Kerry is aware that she is secretly planning to snatch her young son Kyle and flee the village.

At first Amy fears that she's on her own this time, but just as she is preparing to carry out her plot alone, Kerry (Laura Norton) turns up in Dan's campervan and promises to take her wherever she wants to go.

Soon afterwards, Amy sneaks into Kyle's playgroup and scoops him up in her arms. How will Kyle's adoptive grandmother Joanie react when she discovers that he is missing?
