ITV has confirmed scheduling details for a huge soap week on the way for Coronation Street and Emmerdale fans.
Wednesday, October 16 will see an hour-long episode of Emmerdale at 7pm to coincide with its 41st birthday. An hour-long Coronation Street follows at 8pm as both shows have major storylines running that week.
On Emmerdale, the long-promised explosive October plot involving serial killer Cameron will be airing across the week, with high drama and a stunt planned.
Over on Coronation Street, the week sees the ongoing Platt family saga come to a head as secrets and lies are finally revealed. On top of that, Liz returns to the cobbles and the Croppers head to Blackpool.
There are a few other one-off soap schedule changes ahead on ITV from next Tuesday (October 8), so full details are provided below.
