Queen Vic for sale?

The official EastEnders website has released a teaser clip suggesting the Queen Vic pub will be put up for sale as part of a future storyline.

The sign suggests that Phil Mitchell could be selling the pub, which is currently run by Alfie Moon and Roxy Mitchell.

Executive producer Dominic Treadwell-Collins also posted the video on his Twitter page.

EastEnders continues tonight (September 30) at 8pm on BBC One.

I suppose this will mean Alfie will be leaving at least. Last time he was kicked out the Vic, he got boring and left.

I don't see Shane leaving to be honest. It always seems that the second time around, actors are more hesitant to leave as they have realised that there isn't a mountain of other work out there.

I'm thinking that Alfie will end up dumping Roxy over this Ronnie business eventually and Phil will sell the Vic from under him to get revenge on him. I'll be glad to see an end to Alfie and Roxy but I don't know what else they'll do that viewers will like as Kat as a character has been ruined and I don't think Alfie works on his own.
