Petra Letang will be portraying Adele Effanga, the mischievous younger sister of established character Mo. Letang will be familiar to soap fans for her role as Sonya Fowler's lover Naomi Julien in EastEnders between 2005 and 2007.
Adele joins the hospital as Holby's first regular healthcare assistant.
