Coming up on Emmerdale, Charity (Emma Atkins) is worried about Debbie (Charley Webb) and begs Cain Dingle (Jeff Hordley) to reach out to their daughter.

However, while Moira supports Charity in her plea, Cain is reluctant to get involved.

Meanwhile, Cameron Murray (Dominic Power) sneaks a visit to Debbie and tells her he belongs with her.

As Cameron and Debbie hold one another in an embrace, Cain and Charity arrive. The two spring apart quickly, but how will they explain themselves to Debbie's parents?

Monday

The Dingles attempt to come together at this time of need, while Cameron can do little but watch anxiously from the wings.

Desperate to control the situation, and aware that Debbie is in a world of turmoil, will Cameron be able to persuade her to stick to their story? And where does this leave them?

Meanwhile, Nicola is pleased to have Jimmy home, but despite her best efforts of avoidance, she finds herself trapped by Steve yet again.

Tuesday

With Charity worried for Debbie, she begs Cain to reach out to their daughter. When Moira supports Charity in her plea, Cain relents.

Later, Cameron sneaks a visit to see Debbie and tells her that he belongs with her. As Cameron and Debbie hold one another in an embrace, Cain and Charity arrive. Cameron and Debbie spring apart, but how will they explain this?

Meanwhile, Nicola is desperate to get out of dinner with Bernice and Steve, lying that she and Bernice have fallen out. However, when Jimmy insists they are going, she is left with little choice.

Elsewhere, Rhona hurls insults at Vanessa, still fuming after her recent "betrayal" after confiding in Moira. Vanessa reassures Rhona that she used the ruse of a "male friend". Later, Rhona apologises to Vanessa and suggests that maybe they find her a real male friend. Vanessa is thrown.

Wednesday

Debbie is riddled with guilt and wants to tell Nikhil what happened. Desperate and scared, Cameron manages to talk her out of it, but he agrees to speak to Chas and tell her that he's with Debbie now.

Meanwhile, Alicia decides to move in with Dom, but is this really what she wants?

Elsewhere, Steve's behaviour continues to unsettle Nicola.

Also today, Rhona agrees to go for a drink with a chuffed Vanessa, but secretly goes behind her back - desperate for an extra dose.


Thursday

Debbie presses Cameron and is adamant that it's time to come clean to Chas about their relationship, but the reality of the situation sends Cameron into panic.

Debbie seems undeterred when Chas arrives, but Cameron bolts for the door. Debbie explains to Chas that the truth is what matters, however painful that might be. Chas is freaked, but can Debbie really go through with it?

Meanwhile, Rhona sets up a meeting with her dealer, but is distressed when he arrives empty-handed, having struggled to get hold of her pills. Anxiously she asks how long it will be - saying anything will do, whatever he has got...

Elsewhere, as Nicola tells Steve to stop pestering her, Steve appears to enjoy the chase. Later, when Nicola threatens to tell Jimmy what Steve is up to Steve is dismissive. However, his smug smile flickers with frustration when she heads off.

In light of the new witness coming forward, the police press Debbie, wanting to know whether she remembers anything else. Chas pleads with Debbie to think.

Later, Cain registers a moment between Debbie and Cameron, and is suspicious - wondering what is going on between them and why Cameron is lurking around.

Meanwhile, Nicola is floored when Bernice tells her that she thinks Steve may be having an affair and asks her to get Jimmy to spy on him. Nicola suggests that she will keep an eye on him instead, but what is she going to do?

Elsewhere, there's a momentary panic when the nursery calls to say no-one has arrived to pick Leo up. Marlon and Paddy do not seem convinced when Rhona later explains why she wasn't there, with Paddy bluntly asking if she forgot.

Also, Vanessa admits to Moira that she may have feelings for her addicted "male" friend.


Friday

Cain is still full of suspicion about Debbie and Cameron, airing his theory to Charity. Charity insists that no matter what, Debbie would not go back there again.

Unable to let it go, Cain gently and tactfully asks Sarah about Cameron, wanting to know if he has been around. Sarah appears to confirm Cain's deepest concerns.

Meanwhile, Rhona is in a foul mood, struggling with withdrawal and physically shivering. However, Paddy seems to buy it when she tells him that she is not feeling well. Paddy offers to get her something from the chemist, which Rhona guiltily accepts, suggesting that they shouldn't tell Vanessa and Pearl as they'll worry about sick days at the surgery.

Later, when Paddy accidentally lets the cat out of the bag, Vanessa is left fuming. Vanessa confronts Rhona, reminding her that self-medicating is dangerous. However, as Vanessa rails into Rhona for her behaviour, will she also let something slip - a revelation that would surely mess with Rhona's already fragile physical and mental state?

Elsewhere, Laurel's anxieties grow following the carjacking, appearing somewhat overprotective towards the children.

Also today, Nicola is incredulous as Steve tells her that he is wiping the debt, before embracing Bernice in full view of her. Is this a show, and for whose benefit?
