Meanwhile, Emmerdale's Amy Wyatt tries to make Andy Sugden jealous following their recent kiss.

Amy (Chelsea Halfpenny) recently shared an intimate moment with Andy, only to be left stung when he later insisted that it meant nothing.

With Amy still confused over her feelings, she gets a welcome distraction when Victoria tells her that a football team will be staying at the B&B.

When Amy later gets to know the lads at the pub, she seems determined to pull and focuses her attentions on one player in particular, Gavin.

Amy ends up kissing Gavin just for Andy's benefit, but when she spots how startled Andy seems, she immediately becomes sheepish. Is Andy jealous?

Monday

Still in the factory, Charity is trying to take it all in. When Priya suddenly arrives, Charity spots that she is also shocked to hear the news.

At the same time, Rachel is agitated. She wants to get Archie back, knowing that she saw Charity heading towards the factory. When Rachel heads over there, she is upset when she sees Charity coming out holding Archie, full of dread over what is to come with the fallout…

Meanwhile, Declan gets a call to say that he has been outbid on the land. A victorious Steve then arrives and admits it was him. Steve can't help but reveal what he paid for the land, and Declan is furious that Steve has got one over on him. Nicola is embarrassed at being Steve's inside tip off, but Bernice assures her that she won't drop her in it.

Elsewhere, Andy is awkward when Victoria asks him to set Amy up with a guy, while Dom is chuffed when Alicia suggests meeting later.

Tuesday

The gossip and fallout over the recent Sharma news spreads through the village like wildfire. Those close, like Priya, are distraught.

When Nikhil hears the news, he takes it particularly badly, unsure why he seems to be the last to know. Can things ever return to normality for this family?

Meanwhile, Cameron covers his panic when he discovers that Steve has bought some land at Sparrow Woods, as it's where Alex's body is buried. At the same time, Declan seethes as Steve torments him over the purchase. Katie is firm as she tells Declan that he has to offer Steve the racehorse for the land.

Elsewhere, Victoria tells Amy they've struck gold, as a footie team will be staying at the B&B. When Gavin and the football lads arrive, Amy seems determined to pull. Amy kisses Gavin just for Andy's benefit, but is sheepish when she realises that Andy has clocked it.

Also today, Megan is disappointed when Robbie refuses to move out of Home Farm and into Brook Cottage with her, while Edna is horrified when Sandy agrees that Meg the dog can live at Woodbine.

Wednesday

Georgia still doesn't know the baby news, and with most of the village now in on the gossip, Nikhil wants his mother told directly. However, an accidental slip up means things do not go to plan.

At the same time, Rachel is chuffed when Sam agrees to move back in with her so they can begin a fresh start.

Meanwhile, Kerry is looking after Sarah again. When she runs out of wine, she nips out to buy more, telling Sarah that she's going to get ketchup. The shop is shut so Kerry goes to the B&B, where she gets swept up in the mood and accepts Steve's offer of a drink while she waits.

Later, Amy is in disbelief when she arrives at the house and finds that Sarah has been left home alone with baby Jack asleep upstairs. When Kerry returns, Amy plays her by pretending that Sarah has gone missing. Kerry is panicked, but is then shocked to realise that Amy is lying. Amy confronts her mum over her behaviour with the kids, but Kerry bundles her out the house, slams the door and bursts into tears. When Andy arrives home, will Kerry tell him the truth?

Elsewhere, Megan hopes Robbie will change his mind about moving into Brook Cottage but he refuses, Declan tries to swap the racehorse for the land he is determined to get from Steve, while Jimmy is frustrated when he discovers that Nicola's latest game is pretending to be religious to get Angel into the school.

Thursday

Hour-long episode

Cameron panics about Sparrow Wood plans
Cameron is worried as he questions Declan over his plans for the land. He starts to panic as Declan tells him that he will soon have it dug over. Cameron makes his excuses to Chas, telling her that he has to go and help a mate move some gear. Chas wants him to wait, but in full panic, Cameron hurries away.

Soon afterwards, Cameron buys digging tools and rejects a call from Chas as he gets what he needs. He drives home to wait for dark and Chas is annoyed when he arrives back.

Later, Cameron is ready to leave to take care of the body when Chas suggests they have an early night. Cameron despairs that everything is beginning to fall apart.

Amy snaps against Andy and Kerry's suggestions
Meanwhile, Amy is riled when Kerry suggests that she could be jealous of her and Andy. It is too much for Amy, who snaps and blurts out the truth. Andy does his best to play the matter down, while Kerry continues to suspect that Amy is just jealous of them. Amy leaves and Andy finds himself going along with it when Kerry blames Amy for having tried it on with him.

Later, Kerry insists to Amy that as she and Andy are solid, Amy must have tried it on with him. Amy later tells Victoria about the kiss and that he has lied to save bother with Kerry. Victoria confronts her brother, who is scared that Kerry might overhear. But does Andy feel guilty now Victoria has challenged him over it?

Elsewhere, Paddy wants Megan to organise a party at Home Farm for them to celebrate their new vets practice. He also tells Megan that he will persuade Vanessa to move into Brook. Later, Paddy argues with Vanessa over food as Marlon is doing the catering, while Vanessa is unimpressed that Paddy has interfered about Brook Cottage.

Also today, Rhona is stressed as she can't get another painkiller prescription, while Jude confides to Jimmy that he's wary of why Nicola is so enthusiastic to help out at church - telling him that he can't ignore fraud.

Friday

Cameron listens as the foreman tells Declan that he can start work on the site quickly. Soon afterwards, Chas wonders what Cameron is up to when he books a spa break for her and Gennie. Driving to the spa, Chas spots Cameron in his van and Gennie suggests they should follow him or she will just end up fretting anyway. When Cameron sees Chas in his rear view mirror, he puts his foot down and speeds off.

Not long afterwards, Chas and Gennie watch Cameron get out at a burger van. Chas braces herself for more upset, thinking that Cameron is seeing another woman. On the country road, Cameron can see Chas's car loitering at a distance, so he phones her. As Chas pretends to be at work, Cameron tells her that he was meant to meet a mate at a roadside café but he hasn't shown up. Chas is relieved and ashamed as she tells Gennie that she wants to go home.

Later, Cameron sits in his van near the burial site. Unbeknownst to him, Declan is at home on the phone to the workers, who say they can start right away. Cameron gets the spade out of his van and walks into the woods…

Meanwhile, Amy is unimpressed as Andy apologises to her. When Kerry arrives, she warns Amy to stay away. Andy is guilty for lying and creating trouble between her and Amy. Later, Kerry and Andy arrive at The Woolpack as Victoria and Amy are having a drink together. Kerry and Amy bicker, but Amy plays a trump card when she drops her mother in it.

Elsewhere, Paddy is looking forward to the party, but is furious and hurt with the business cards Vanessa has done as they read "Woodfield, Goskirk and Kirk". He and Rhona tell her to get them changed, while Vanessa is annoyed that Paddy has arranged for her to see Brook cottage at lunch.

After viewing the house, Vanessa is crushed to see that Rhona wants her out too, as she tells her that she should go for it. Vanessa reluctantly signs the tenancy papers, while Paddy pours a drink to celebrate.

Also today, Nicola has primed Jimmy with a smart suit and a Christian key ring for the school appeal. Will her ploy work?

How long exactly did Vanessa expect to live with Rhona and Paddy? It's their house? She has her own money and can rent her own place, there's no need for her to be there anymore! Talk about a gooseberry!

I really wish she'd just buggar off, she gets right on my wick! And she can take Princess Priya with her!

Emmerdale's Bhasker Patel has called the dramatic twist involving Rishi Sharma claiming to be the father of son Jai's love child "a brilliant find".

Last night, viewers saw Rishi step in to help Jai after Charity (Emma Atkins) discovered the paternity of Rachel's (Gemma Oaten) baby Archie.

Patel, who plays the father of Jai (Chris Bisson) and Nikhil (Rik Makarem) in the Yorkshire-based soap, told PA that he was thrilled when reading the script.

He said: "When I read it I went 'OMG!'. When you read a script and do that, it's a brilliant find.

"I just wanted to read on and on and on - that's a good sign for anyone. It's the reaction you want to have as an actor."

Speaking of Rishi's fake admission, Patel said: "On the spur of the moment he thought, 'I'm going to step in'. It's one of those things that when you've said it you've said it and you can't retract it."

Despite being excited about the dramatic storyline, which was kept under wraps in the preceding weeks, Patel admitted that he was nervous about filming the scenes.

He explained: "We did the scene leading up to it, so it was building up and it was quite nerve-racking.

"After reading the script I was looking forward to filming it, but I think when it came to it, it felt a little bit like you were in the dock. I think it's good for an actor to have that and feel those nerves. And when I was admitting that I was the father it was quite weird actually.

"I am looking forward to how the viewers will react. I hope it was a real dark horse, strange moment for them."

Viewers can see whether or not Charity believes Rishi's claims in the next episode of Emmerdale on Monday, April 29 at 7pm on ITV.

Emmerdale killer Cameron Murray is left facing his worst nightmare this evening (May 2) as he realises that the body of his second murder victim is in danger of being unearthed.

Cameron (Dominic Power) is doing a shift at The Woolpack when he witnesses Steve Harland and Declan Macey reaching a deal over the ownership of Sparrow Wood, where Alex Moss is buried.

As Cameron asks some 'innocent' questions about the deal, he hears that Declan (Jason Merrells) wants to use the land as a camping site for the next Home Farm musical festival.

Declan adds that the land will have to be dug up and work will begin as soon as possible. Is Cameron doomed?

Emmerdale airs an hour-long episode tonight from 6.45pm on ITV.
