John is at a loss without Gina, and doesnt know how hes going to raise Jett alone. Tamara is worried that Casey is putting others needs ahead of his study. Sasha is concerned about a friend of Mullens, and his interest in Rosie.

Chris makes it clear hes interested in Indi. John decides to stop trying to be like Gina, and Jett is relieved. John receives a letter about Jett's adoption which will change their lives. Meanwhile, Ricky secretly transfers a large sum of money into Connie's account.

Monday episode 5731 - 29/04/13
Maddy and Spencer try to dispel the weirdness between them after their awkward attempt at their first time on Spencer’s birthday. Maddy wants to talk about the reasons it didn’t work – they both feel things have changed in their relationship. Spencer’s adamant that they can get through it, but Maddy’s not so sure. Spencer is angry at Harvey for his advice about sex, feeling like the advice ruined his and Maddy’s relationship. In contrast, Maddy and Roo have an honest and open conversation, where Maddy reveals that she and Spencer feel too familiar. Roo advises some space will help them work it out. Harvey is unhappy that Spencer’s angry at him, but Roo comforts him that his advice was good. Spencer comes on too strong with Maddy. Maddy’s hurt by Spencer’s competitive attitude towards sex. She decides they need to break up – she loves him, but they can’t be together.
Sid is proud of Dex for coming forward about Steph’s misconduct at work, but secretly Dex is dreading the truth being revealed: he and Steph had sex at the hospital. Steph’s made a complaint about his conduct at work and he has a meeting with the Head of Department – he avoids talking about the issue with Sid, who clearly thinks Dex is innocent of all wrong doing. Sid decides to get involved to help Dex and speak to the head of department, so Dex reveals that he slept with Steph at work. Sid’s bitterly disappointed in his son, and under the pressure of his father’s disapproval and the upcoming meeting with the head of department, Dex suffers a seizure.
Heath and Bianca enjoy a weekend away in Sydney. Bianca’s avoiding making a decision about taking on the role of Principal at Summer Bay High. She channels their conversations toward the wedding, rather than her job. Bianca reveals every time she thinks about the job, she thinks about Gina – Heath promises the answer will come to her. Drunk on love, Bianca decides they should get married while they’re in Sydney. Just the two of them.
Tuesday episode 5732 - 30/04/13
Sid blames himself for Dex’s seizure. He asks Dex if he remembered to take his meds, and Dex concedes with all the stress at the moment he may have forgotten. A worried Sasha asks if she should tell April, but Dex requests that she doesn’t. Zac starts a self-defence class, and Sasha, Rosie and April sign up. Rosie feels a little hopeless at self-defence, but makes a friend in Bella, who feels similarly hopeless. In the face of the information she gets at the class, Rosie can’t help but be haunted by her rape. Off the back of his meeting with the Head of Department, Dex’s case has been referred to the board. After seeing Rosie’s distress, Bella approaches Sasha and Rosie and tells them that she is also a rape victim of Mullens. Sasha tells Bella to go to the police and report it. Sid is shocked to hear Dex has decided to withdraw from uni and resign – he deems himself a risk to the patients after his seizure. Meanwhile, Zac and Natalie caution the girls that their combined testimony might not be enough to put Mullens away.
Both Maddy and Spencer are devastated by their break up. Dejected, Spencer apologises to Harvey for blaming him. Harvey misconstrues Maddy’s sadness for regret for breaking things off, and tells Spencer there’s still a chance for the pair. Roo is concerned when Harvey reveals he may have given Spencer false hope. Sasha, on seeing an upset Maddy, invites her to join them in the self-defence class. Spencer sees Maddy playing around with Sasha and is hurt to see her seemingly so happy in the aftermath of their breakup. Maddy seeks out Spencer to make it clear how much this is hurting her. Spencer tells Maddy that if she’s saying it’s over, he needs to stay away from her.
Bianca has gone from relaxed mode into wedding mode. Heath suspects their impromptu wedding is a way for her to distract herself from making a decision about the Principals job. Bianca suspects that Heath is not so keen on the whole ‘eloping’ idea. The pair try and convince themselves they want to do this, but both eventually realise they want their family around them when they marry.
Wednesday episode 5733 - 01/05/13
John struggles to be a sole parent to Jett. Bianca comes over to ask for John and Jett’s blessing to take Gina’s old job. Bianca’s a little disconcerted to hear that Jett is going back to school. John gives her his blessing, but Jett holds back. On Bianca’s advice, Marilyn pays a visit to John. She’s concerned by how overwhelmed John is. It’s clear the school community is struggling with the loss of Gina, so in a bid to alleviate their grief, Zac takes his class outside near the flat beach to play soccer. Casey gets Jett to play ball with his classmates, but Bianca comes down to the beach and orders Zac and his class back into school. Casey overhears Alf and John talking about their loss, and John expressing his worries for Jett. Casey tells John that Jett’s going OK, and offers his help. After chatting to her about obeying school rules, Zac advises Bianca to make the office her own. Jett walks in on Bianca packing up Gina’s stuff and orders her to get out of the office. To him, this is Gina’s place. John comes to get Jett, and his grief allows John to step up and comfort his son.
When Tamara refers to Bianca as ‘practically her sister in law’ Casey is perturbed. Tamara cautions Casey to stay on top of study. She thinks it’s great he’s so keen to help people, but she feels like Casey’s stopped thinking about their future together.
Nat warns that without any concrete evidence, Mullens might not get charged. Just because Bella is going forward now, doesn’t mean that Mullens can’t cite collusion. Sid still urges Bella to make a statement, as it may be important later. Rosie faces more bullying from Mullens mates, and Bianca intervenes. Sasha notices one boy in particular is paying attention to Rosie. Bella made a statement to the police, and she’s feeling more empowered. But after a call from the police, Bella informs the girl that there are no charges being laid against Mullens. Disheartened, Sasha snaps at Mullens’ friend from earlier.
Thursday episode 5734 - episode 5735 02/05/13
Chris questions Indi about her relationship with Romeo. He asks her when Romeo is away, is he faithful to her. Indi is thrown, and when Casey arrives Indi snaps at him. Chris is amused, but Casey warns Chris off Indi – he reveals to Chris that Romeo isn’t just away on a trip, he’s actually sick, and took off so Indi didn’t have to watch him die. Indi’s moods are increasingly erratic, the community mourning Gina has only put her loss in stark contrast. Chris apologises to Indi about being so forward and explains that Casey told him about Romeo. Indi completely loses it at Casey for revealing her personal information to a client, and Casey stands up for himself. Worked up and looking for someone to blame for her pain, Indi sacks Casey. Casey continues studying regardless and on further reflection Indi decides that she was wrong to fire him and she apologises – she wants him to come back, and she’ll hire a casual to work around his study, which pleases Tamara. All is well between them again.
Ricky teases Brax about his brothers being competition for her affection. Kyle wants Brax’s approval on the new menu for Angelo’s, but Brax brushes him off in favour of more time with Ricky. When Kyle tracks Brax down again, he asks him to look at the accounts. Ricky clocks Brax’s disinterest in the business and Kyle explains that it started when Adam died. Ricky tells Kyle to leave his laptop and she’ll get Brax to look at the accounts later. Kyle leaves it with her and Ricky secretly transfers $100 K into Connie’s account.
John is trying hard to do things the way Gina did before she died. Jett loses it – by trying to do things like Gina did it’s only making Jett miss her more. John can’t help but feel like he’s failing. Harvey comes around to look after John, who is at first hesitant to talk. Harvey can sympathise with his loss, after losing his own son, and assures John he’s doing well, and he shouldn’t be afraid to fall apart. The more he keeps it together the more Jett feels like he should too. John decides they should both take it a bit easy. Jett is relieved when John shares this with Jett. They embrace their own blokiness. But when John reads a letter from the adoption court that their application is void now Gina has passed away.
Episode 5735
John needs to resubmit an application to adopt Jett. He’s scared he’ll lose him. He’s informed by Molly that the two of them will be spoken to by counsellors – he doesn’t want himself or Jett to do the wrong thing. Marilyn cautions him not to tell Jett yet, but John’s made a promise to Jett to tell the truth. John comes to school to speak to Jett, but after seeing how happy he is in class John decides to leave it till lunch. John tries very hard to tell Jett the truth, but in the face of his hurt son who is only starting to recover from his loss, John decides to withhold it just a little longer.
Brax confirms that he’s not really interested in the business, and Ricky tells him that Kyle wants his attention. Ricky tells Kyle that Brax is in debt, and a concerned Kyle wants to know how to help. He investigates the accounts and sees the $100 K that has been transferred out. Kyle wants to talk about it with Brax, but Ricky warns him to stay out of it – Brax is in trouble and he might even need to sell the business. Brax notices how worried Kyle is and wants to know what’s going on. Kyle deflects and comes to Ricky who offers him an illegal job that could be dangerous that could make him money fast.
Indi apologises to Chris for snapping at him, and he offers for them to hang out as friends. Indi conceded she likes his attention. In an attempt to move forward Indi decides to catch up with people, starting with April. April is shocked to hear that Steph and Dex have broken up, and that he has had a seizure. Regardless, April is moving forward, so Indi asks her to come help her with paperwork. At the gym, April is flattered when Chris comes on to her, so Indi decides to play match maker. Chris is keen to step up to the challenge and starts a serious flirting session with April, but she gets bored quickly. She tells Indi she’s not interested in finding someone else. Dex is her soul mate, and if she can’t be with him, she can’t be with anyone.
if maddy and spencer are not a couple then they can f*ck off back to there own homes out of the bay, two annoying twats
