Bride-to-be Sharon Rickman will find herself in a passionate embrace with Phil Mitchell just moments before her hen night.

Sharon, played by Letitia Dean, is currently planning to marry Jack Branning (Scott Maslen), but is struggling to ignore her growing feelings for old flame Phil (Steve McFadden).

As Sharon is about to head out for her last night of freedom next month, Phil turns up unexpectedly and makes another attempt to win her heart by trying to kiss her, All About Soap reports.

Sharon initially pulls away from Phil but is ultimately unable to resist him, which results in the pair giving into their feelings. However, when Sharon's friend Tanya Cross (Jo Joyner) walks in, they are forced to pull apart and make an excuse for why Phil is there.

As Sharon finally leaves for her hen celebrations, the night's dramas aren't over as Phil ends up locked in the R&R office with Jack.

Joey Branning (David Witts) has arranged for Jack to be visited by a stripper in the office as part of his stag night, so he locks the door when he hears that someone has joined Jack inside - completely unaware that it was actually Phil.

Alone with Jack, Phil is soon shocked to discover that the charmer is hiding a secret of his own.

Stealing Jack's phone when he spots that Ronnie Mitchell is calling him, Phil learns that Jack met up with his ex-wife in secret earlier that day.

When the love rivals are finally let out of the office, viewers will be left to wonder whether Phil will cause even more trouble by telling Sharon about Jack's secret meeting with Ronnie.

EastEnders kicks off Jack and Sharon's wedding week on Monday, April 8 on BBC One.

Kirsty Branning feels let down by husband Max all over again on EastEnders next week as he admits that he doesn't want their unborn child.

The Queen Vic barmaid isn't sure how Max will react when she tells him that she's expecting his baby in this Friday's episode (April 5). However, to her frustration, Max's initial reaction is to bottle up his emotions and avoid discussing the situation.

Realising that the real issue is whether Max genuinely wants to be with her in the long-run, Kirsty (Kierston Wareing) continues to push him for answers on what they should do.

Backed into a corner, Max (Jake Wood) finally admits that he didn't intend to start a family with Kirsty so soon. However, he seems to be kidding himself as he adds that he's happy about the pregnancy.

Later in the week, however, Max's true feelings come out when his daughter Lauren (Jacqueline Jossa) finds out about the baby.

Lauren cottons on to her father's latest secret when she spots him taking a glass of champagne out of Kirsty's hands at Sharon and Jack's wedding.

As a shocked Lauren gets progressively drunk at the gathering, Kirsty urges Max to tell his ex-partner Tanya the truth before his wayward daughter blurts it out.

Kirsty assumes that Max will take her advice, but later at the B&B, he admits that he still hasn't told anyone and wants her to have an abortion. How will Kirsty react?

EastEnders airs these scenes on Friday, April 12 at 8pm on BBC One.

Monday

t's the day of Jack and Sharon's hen and stag parties. Sharon reckons she'll be spending the evening with a bottle of wine at Tanya's place, but Tanya has actually invited all the girls over to surprise her. Just as Sharon is about to leave the flat and head over to Tanya's, Phil turns up to see her and soon makes it clear why he's there when he kisses her. Sharon initially pulls away, but it's not long before they're in a passionate embrace. However, the pair are interrupted by the arrival of Tanya, who has come over to find out why Sharon is running late. Sharon makes an excuse about why Phil is there, but Tanya's suspicion is piqued.

At the same time, Jack is also behaving strangely as his mind is clearly on Ronnie. Unbeknownst to everyone, Jack met up with Ronnie earlier in the day. Jack just wants a quiet stag party, but the guys on the Square have other ideas. With Alfie's help, they get Jack to R&R, where he thinks he is getting away from the other stags to have a few quiet drinks. However, as Jack sits in the office of R&R, he is unaware that Joey has booked a stripper. Joey has secretly instructed the staff that when the stripper goes into the office, they should lock the door and don't let Jack out. When someone joins Jack in the office, the door is locked as planned. However, what they don't realise is that it was actually Phil who went into the office - now he and Jack are locked in together…

Carol tries to explain things.
Meanwhile, Carol tells Bianca and Kat that she doesn't fancy attending Sharon's surprise hen party, as she just wants to go to bed instead. However, the real reason is that she is secretly seeing Steve tonight. While at the party, Bianca spots Steve going into her house and she immediately panics, thinking he has arrived to check up on her. With Kat in tow, Bianca rushes home and is shocked to find Carol and Steve in an embrace.

Elsewhere, Max is reluctant to talk to Kirsty about her pregnancy. At the end of her tether, Kirsty tells Max that she knows it isn't a question of whether or not he wants a baby, it's about whether he wants her.

Tuesday

Locked in the R&R office together, Phil and Jack start winding each other up. However, their bickering is interrupted when Jack's phone rings and it's Ronnie's name on the screen. Jack ignores the call, but Phil questions why Ronnie would be calling and questions whether Jack really has moved on from his ex-wife. Ronnie then leaves a voicemail, so Phil grabs Jack's phone and listens to what she has to say. In doing so, Phil discovers that Jack secretly met up with Ronnie earlier that day. Jack insists that there's nothing going on between him and Ronnie, but what will Phil do with this information?

Soon afterwards, the hens arrive at R&R, wanting to give Sharon a proper send-off. When the stags find out that Sharon is at the club, they panic in case Jack is found in a compromising position with the stripper. It's not long before Jay and Dexter spot the stripper sitting outside the office, and they immediately realise something isn't right. As the reality of the situation begins to dawn on everyone, Sharon is filled with horror as she realises that Jack is locked inside the office with Phil. They kick the door down, but when they open it, Phil and Jack claim that everything is fine…

Kirsty pushes Max for answers.
Meanwhile, Kirsty pushes Max for answers on how he feels about her pregnancy. Max admits that he wanted to have some time alone with Kirsty as a couple before they started a family, but he adds that he is happy about the baby. However, when Max suggests that he should tell Tanya and the girls the truth, Kirsty is put out.

Elsewhere, Bianca is furious over Carol's secret relationship with Steve. She is disappointed to have lost the one probation officer she trusted, and also fears that Steve could report her if he ever spots her doing something wrong. Will Carol give up Steve for Bianca's sake?

Thursday

It's the day of Sharon and Jack's wedding. Still fearful that Phil could tell Jack about their kiss, Sharon warns him that she'll never forgive him if he does anything to ruin the day. Jack also has a run-in with Phil, warning him not to tell Sharon about Ronnie. Poppy witnesses the altercation and soon puts her foot in it by mentioning the row in front of Sharon. Concerned, Sharon heads towards the playground while leaving a message for Jack to urgently meet her there. Jack fears it's all about to hit the fan when he receives the message, but he's relieved when Sharon just wants his reassurance that he loves her. Both Jack and Sharon seem determined that they're doing the right thing by tying the knot.

Sharon and Tanya walk through the Square.
Later, a nervous Sharon heads towards the club to get married. Her smile fades when she sees Phil waiting for her, but he simply offers his congratulations. As Tanya and Sharon stand in the office, Tanya gives her friend one last chance to think about if she is doing the right thing. Sharon assures Tanya that she loves Jack and can't wait to marry him. Emerging in front of the wedding guests, Sharon walks towards Jack and the registrar. Sharon appears delighted about what's to come, but she's soon left devastated when Jack suddenly declares that he can't marry her…

Meanwhile, Ian takes charge of the wedding catering at The Vic and gives Jean menial tasks to do. When Jean asks Shirley to help, Ian loses patience and sends them both away. However, when Ian makes a rookie error with the food, he's forced to beg Jean for help.

Elsewhere, Carol can't cope with Bianca's anger any more and promises that she'll end her relationship with Steve. However, it's clear that Carol is gutted about having to sacrifice her own happiness.

Also today, Lauren realises that Kirsty is pregnant when Max takes a glass of champagne out of her hands. Kirsty begs Lauren to keep it a secret, but will she co-operate?

Friday

After jilting Sharon, Jack speaks to her privately in the office, explaining that Ronnie is about to be released from prison. Jack explains that while he doesn't want to be with his ex-wife, he will never love Sharon the way he loved Ronnie. Sharon reckons they should get married anyway because they make each other happy and they're not getting any younger, but Jack is adamant that the wedding is not happening. Composing herself, Sharon heads back outside and tells the guests that she and Jack have come to a mutual decision not to marry. Sharon urges the guests stay for the party and enjoy the food provided by Ian and Jean.

Phil answers the front door to Sharon.
Later, Dot fears that Sharon is making a fool of herself as she keeps encouraging the guests to dance and enjoy themselves. Sharon is still keeping up her game face later as she says goodbye to everyone. A concerned Dot offers to look after Denny for the night and Sharon is left alone in the club. Towards the end of the night, Phil answers the front door to a devastated Sharon. Her mask finally slips as she breaks down, but will Phil comfort her?

Meanwhile, Alfie is furious when Michael tells him that Jack and Sharon's split is all about Ronnie's release from prison. Alfie had no idea that Ronnie was being released, so he confronts Kat about keeping this from him. Kat reassures Alfie that Ronnie won't be coming anywhere near them, but he reminds her that he can't trust a word she says. Later, Alfie has it out with Roxy at The Vic, knowing that she will have also been aware of Ronnie's release. Alfie emotionally relives the fateful night to Roxy and how he hates the fact he is not Tommy's real dad.

Elsewhere, as Lauren gets progressively drunk at the party, Kirsty fears she'll tell Tanya the truth. Kirsty warns Max to tell Tanya about the baby now before Lauren does. However, back at the B&B, Kirsty is distraught when Max admits that he didn't tell Tanya and wants her to have an abortion.
