HBO has released a first trailer for Chris O'Dowd's new comedy Family Tree.
The IT Crowd actor has teamed with This Is Spinal Tap's Christopher Guest for the eight-part first season.
Filmed in both the UK and LA, Family Tree stars O'Dowd as Tom Chadwick, a 30-year-old who embarks on a journey of self-discovery and meets a number of eccentric characters from his family's past.
Fred Willard (Anchorman) and Tom Bennett (PhoneShop) will also appear in the improvised sitcom, which will air on BBC Two in the UK.
Christopher Guest's last project was an unaired US remake of BBC comedy The Thick of It in 2007, while his most recent film was 2006's For Your Consideration.
Family Tree will premiere in the US in May.
