Neighbours teens Natasha Williams and Andrew Robinson could be about to fall for each other again.

The pair share an unexpected kiss in an episode soon to air in Australia, although they immediately go into denial about their feelings as they are unsure about getting back together.

Tash has grown closer to Andrew (Jordan Smith) in recent weeks as she has been supporting him following his epilepsy diagnosis.

Valentina Novakovic, who plays Tash, told TV Week of the kiss: "It just comes out of nowhere. A bar critic comes into Charlie's and hits on Tash. To her surprise, Andrew sticks up for her. At that moment, they realise they really do help each other.

"They see that they have a really nice friendship which, perhaps, could lead to more - and that's when the kiss happens."


She continued: "It's so awkward afterwards. I think they're both thinking about Summer, who is Tash's very good friend and with whom Andrew has had a long history. They also don't want to admit their feelings to each other. They're both so stubborn, but it's very funny to watch."

Novakovic said that viewers will have to wait and see whether the former couple can be more honest about their feelings.

She explained: "The kiss definitely means something to both of them, but it's a matter of whether they're both willing to acknowledge that."

Australian viewers have already seen Rani become suspicious after spotting her mother in an embrace with Paul, leaving Priya scrambling to come up with an innocent explanation for what she saw.

Rani (Coco-Jacinta Cherian) continues to fear that she cannot trust Priya (Menik Gooneratne) when one of her earrings is mysteriously found in a Lassiters hotel room in an upcoming episode.

Deciding that she can no longer accept her mum's denials on face value, Rani later snatches Paul's phone to search for evidence - and her world is rocked when she discovers incriminating text messages sent between him and Priya, who have since called off their fling.

TV Week reports that an upset Rani later heads off to a party across town with boyfriend Harley Canning, but whether she will reveal Priya's affair upon her return remains to be seen.
