An old friend arrives to help the Braxtons find Kyle. Sid and Lisa keep their relationship from Dex. Dex reveals to Sid that Lisa is married. Meanwhile, Sasha comes to terms with the state of affairs between herself and Casey.

Wednesday 17/10/12

Sid and Lisa work on their baggage. Romeo decides not to compete in the carnival. Jett and VJ steal Johns fireworks. Meanwhile, Gina and John unite to foil the boys plans.

Thursday 18/10/12

The Spring Carnival goes ahead. Heath and Bianca are conflicted about their involvement in the carnival. Casey and Sasha decide their relationship is toxic. Meanwhile, Gina and John present a united front when punishing Jett.

Leah kisses an attractive man and Natalie wont go back to Brax with all the mayhem in his life.

Home and Away stars Dan Ewing and Lisa Gormley have revealed that there is a heartbreaking storyline twist on the way involving Heath Braxton and Bianca Scott's baby boy Rocco.

The Summer Bay couple could be set to lose their young son as a spoiler on the soap's official website confirms that "Bianca can't wake up an unconscious Rocco" in a big episode airing on Australian screens later this week.

While Ewing and Gormley have not disclosed Rocco's fate, they told TV Week that the upcoming scenes were their toughest ever to film.

Ewing commented: "Through drama school you get put through some weird scenarios, but this was horrible. It's huge. I would never want to film it again.

"I'm glad I did it, but it was really heart-wrenching. I remember being depressed for a month and cuddling up on my doona [duvet] on the couch."

Gormley continued: "Just the possibility of losing Rocco is very scary. You're meant to lose grandparents, not children. Anything to do with children and sick children - there's just a primal fear there."

Rocco was born prematurely earlier this year and subsequently faced a number of health complications.

While the outcome of the latest storyline has not been officially revealed, show bosses have said that it will have huge repercussions and test Heath and Bianca's future as a couple.

Praising the serial for taking on the plot, Ewing added: "Home and Away is walking that line between a one-hour drama and a soap, and with that comes some higher-impact storylines. It's going to be quite confronting, but for all the fun and bikinis and Summer Bay stuff, I'm glad the show deals with these issues - it makes it a better show.

"It will be harder to deal with, but I prefer the stuff that actually affects you - and this will affect the audience. It was horrendous, but I know a lot of mothers will be touched. It's not going to be easy for people to watch."

Home and Away airs weekdays at 7pm on Network Seven in Australia, and weekdays at 1.15pm and 6pm on Channel 5 in the UK.

Home and Away's UK fans see Casey Braxton resign himself to a long spell behind bars later this month as he faces a murder charge.

Casey (Lincoln Younes) finds himself at the centre of an explosive situation in an upcoming episode as his father Danny forces him to take part in an armed robbery at a pub.

When the pair capture a hostage, Danny orders Casey to shoot the man as he is a witness to their crime. Facing a terrible decision, Casey ends up shooting his dad instead - not willing to kill an innocent man.

The shocking incident ultimately leads to Danny passing away in hospital, while Casey finds himself in deep trouble.

In complete turmoil over what he's done, Casey convinces himself that he deserves to go to prison - even refusing to defend himself in his official police statement.

Casey is later released on bail but immediately wants to be locked away again, so he deliberately breaches his bail conditions by picking a fight with his brother Heath in full view of the police.

When Brax later pays a visit to Casey, he is disturbed to see that the troubled teenager is still refusing to accept help from anyone. With a defiant Casey determined to be punished for his actions, will Brax be able to get through to him before it's too late?

Home and Away's Bianca Scott will head down a self-destructive path following the tragic death of her baby boy Rocco.

The latest episodes airing on Network Seven in Australia have seen Bianca lose her son to Sudden Infant Death Syndrome (SIDS). The devastating storyline was first rumoured a week ago.

Reports have now revealed that Bianca struggles to cope in the aftermath of her loss, initially turning to alcohol in an attempt to numb the pain she is feeling.

However, Bianca later leaves partner Heath (Dan Ewing) stunned by taking things a step further - begging him to give her drugs.

Lisa Gormley, who plays Bianca, told TV Week: "She doesn't want to get high - she just wants the pain to stop and to be completely numb. [Heath is] shocked because it's not like her - but Bianca doesn't want to be herself any more."

Although Heath may be reluctant to agree to Bianca's request, one character will supply her with drugs in the episodes in question.

Meanwhile, Gormley confirmed that it is a testing time for Bianca's relationship with Heath, as she struggles to be around him following the tragedy.

The actress said: "She just pushes away any reminder of that past life and doesn't want to have to deal with it. She goes into a form of denial, because the truth is just too hard to handle."

Home and Away airs these scenes next week on Network Seven in Australia, and in December on Channel 5 in the UK.

Monday episode 5626 - 15/10/12

Heath and Bianca struggle to be around each other in the wake of Rocco’s death. When they meet for coffee, Darcy says she misses Rocco, but tells them that Rocco is happy because they are still a family. An upset Bianca counters that they are not a family. Heath arrives at Irene’s to confront Bianca about her earlier behaviour with Darcy. Irene and April worry that the situation is worsening. Bianca wants to dispose of all of Rocco’s stuff. Bianca apologises to Darcy, but tells Heath she can’t have him in her life anymore.

Casey is shocked when he realises they need to find Kyle to clear his name. Brax blames himself for letting Kyle go and doesn’t believe Casey that Tamara exists. They struggle to find anyone who can prove Kyle’s existence. Alf calls Brax, telling him to get down to Angelo’s. Brax and Casey arrive to find their stuff being repossessed because of the default loan they used for Casey’s court case.

Alf struggles with the surf carnival. Roo offers to help, much to Alf and Harvey’s relief, but the community is reluctant to invest because of the lack of interest. Marilyn suggests they turn the carnival into a fundraiser for SIDS. Everyone agrees it’s a great idea.

Tuesday episode 5627 - 16/10/12

Brax struggles to think of a way to save the restaurant. Adam, an old friend of Brax’s dad shows up to help him search for Kyle. He reveals there were rumours about Danny’s hidden family when they were kids. He offers guidance to Casey, who views him as a father figure. Adam squares up the debt that Brax owes, but Brax is wary. Adam assures him it’s all fine.

Dex is suspicious that Sid and Lisa are hiding something from him. Lisa encourages him to try putting on clothing that he finds difficult to do up, things with zips, buttons and laces. Sid and Lisa discuss their date the previous night. Dex mistakes their lowered voices to be a conversation about him. Dex then realises that his father’s been seeing Lisa. He confronts Sid about seeing Lisa, and reveals that Lisa is married.

Alf and Roo are still organising the ‘Spring Carnival’, now that the surf carnival has been turned into a fundraiser for SIDS. Sasha tells Casey she wants to be friends. Natalie grills Sasha about the state of their relationship, and is concerned Sasha is compromising her needs. After their chat, Sasha tells Casey she can’t be his friend. She’s devastated by ending their friendship, and Natalie finds parallels in her relationship with Brax. Natalie goes to the Braxton household only to find Brax once again putting his brother’s needs first, organising to go out of town in search of Kyle.

Wednesday episode 5628 - 17/10/12

Sid confronts Lisa about her marriage. She explains that she and her husband are separated and there’s nothing between them. Lisa is disappointed when Sid tells her he still can’t see her. Dex is unsure about continuing working with Lisa, but is appeased when Lisa tells Dex the full story about her marital situation. Lisa and Sid go on a date and discuss where they’d like their relationship to be, reconnecting after she reveals she’s told her husband they need separate lives.

Roo and Alf convince Romeo to appear at the carnival as last year’s iron man. Indi catches Romeo training and convinces him to check with Lisa and Sid to see if he can compete. Lisa says he can, as long as he sticks within his limits. Indi’s relieved Romeo decides not to compete. She and Romeo share an intimate moment, which is interrupted by fireworks.

Jett confides in VJ about his troubles with Gina and John. VJ tells him that when parents are separated, you can get away with more. Inspired, Jett plays Gina and John off against each other to get money and steal the carnival’s fireworks. VJ distracts John so that Jett can steal the fireworks. John discovers the missing fireworks and, on a hunch, talks to Gina where they realise they’ve both been duped. Jett and VJ are elated when they set off the fireworks, but they’re caught by John and Gina.

Thursday episode 5629 - 18/10/12

Leah comes down hard on VJ after the fireworks prank but Gina decides not to punish Jett as she feels guilty about her and John’s breakup and its effect on him. Jett teases VJ, revealing that he played the ‘broken home’ card and got off scot free. A concerned Marilyn overhears and tells Gina. After the race John and Gina punish Jett. They realise that their punishment worked because they put on a united front.

Marilyn reveals to Bianca the carnival is now a SIDS fundraiser, and Bianca is angry that nobody told her. She doesn’t want her grief to be on show. Harvey asks Heath if he and Bianca could do an official presentation. Heath can only speak for himself, but he’ll do it. Bianca feels alienated, and is conflicted when Heath talks about Rocco in the presentation. She stays in Angelo’s and asks Liam for another drink.

Indi tries to convince Sasha to come to the surf carnival, correctly guessing that she’s avoiding Casey. Indi encourages Sasha to talk to Casey. She’s devastated to see him with a beautiful girl as she looks through the window. Sasha yells at Casey but later finds out the girl Casey was with was a volunteer picking up a surfboard he was donating. She goes to apologise, and Casey accepts, but he agrees with her – their relationship is toxic, and they decide to stay away from each other.

Friday episode 5630 - 19/10/12

Bianca pushes everyone around her away, and begins a self-destructive spiral. Heath tries to get through to her. She tries to seduce him, but when he rejects her advances she breaks down. Heath asks Irene to check on Bianca, but she’s missing. Suddenly Bianca appears, dressed up and seemingly calm and ready to have fun. Bianca flirts with Liam, while Heath watches, concerned. She asks Heath for drugs to stop her pain, but he refuses. He offers her drugs, and she accepts.

Brax is disheartened they haven’t found out more about Kyle. He and Adam head down to the fundraiser, where he awkwardly runs into Natalie. Natalie tries to forget about him, and has a few drinks with the girls. Adam warns him not to waste his life. Its clear Heath isn’t happy about Adam’s appearance in Summer Bay and his brothers’ lives. Brax wants to get back together with Natalie, but she protests that there’s no room for her in his life.

Natalie, Marilyn and Leah are on the hunt for men at the fundraiser, when they spot an attractive guy at the bar. Marilyn gets on stage where she espouses the virtues of Summer Bay, and publicly asks the attractive guy to ask out Leah. Liam, thankfully, intervenes and plays some music. The attractive guy approaches Leah; they hit it off, and go home together.
