Monday 17th September - 6491
Confident he's rehabilitated his injured hand, Rhys is rattled when he faces a minor setback. Meanwhile, tensions resurface when Sonya chooses the same baby name as Vanessa.

Tuesday 18th September - 6492
Determined not to put lives in danger, Rhys tries to avoid assisting Jessica during a surgery. Meanwhile, Jade helps Toadie and Sonya get on the same page.

Wednesday 19th September - 6493
Suspicious about Rhys's recovery, Vanessa tests his injured hand and is dismayed when he fails. Susan finds a naughty new hobby but keeps it a secret

Thursday 20th September - 6494
Toadie advises Chris he needs to get witness statements from all the passengers in the crash. Meanwhile, Chris dreads asking Andrew, knowing he hasnt treated him well lately.

Friday 21st September - 6495
Kyle plans a romantic evening for Jade, unaware Sonya's organising a surprise celebration. Meanwhile, Kate tries to mend things with Jade before she leaves.

[Perdita]

Neighbours airs one of its biggest episodes of the year on UK screens later this month as the teens are at the centre of a terrifying car crash.

The drama plays out on Andrew Robinson's (Jordan Smith) birthday, when he is on the way to a concert with Chris Pappas, Tash Williams, Summer Hoyland and Ed Lee.

At first it seems that there is a great night ahead for the gang, but the evening's first surprise comes when they discover that Sophie Ramsay (Kaiya Jones) has snuck into the boot of Chris's car.

Sophie has decided to play stowaway after Paul banned her from attending the gig, and when her hiding place is uncovered, Andrew bullies Chris (James Mason) into overloading the car so they don't have to turn around and take her home.

As the journey continues, there is another twist as Summer (Jordy Lucas) unexpectedly comes across the cheques from Andrew's secret app sale.

A huge argument immediately breaks out between Andrew and Tash (Valentina Novakovic) over the deal. When Chris tries to mediate between the pair, things take a dramatic turn for the worse as he gets distracted, loses control of the vehicle and crashes.

Rhys Lawson (Ben Barber) later stumbles across the wrecked car and tries to help, but he has a tough challenge ahead as the teens' lives hang in the balance…

Show bosses have promised that the crash will have huge repercussions, affecting the characters involved for the rest of the year.
