April doesn’t know how to help Dex. Roo admits she hasn’t quit her job with Tim. Meanwhile, Casey and Heath resolve their issues.

John worries that he can’t make Gina happy. Irene has had enough of living with Heath. Harvey thinks Roo has been lying to her. Meanwhile, Romeo decides to let go of the anger he holds for Liam and Indi.

Friday, 07-Sep-2012
Harvey misreads Roo and Tim’s farewell and leaves town and Liam questions whether him and Indi should be together.

I'm so glad that they didn't kill Dex off and that Casey will start to fight for himself. Maybe they will find the guy that was helping Danny and get him to admit it was all a set up. I'm glad Danny is gone, what kind of man would try and ruin the life of his own son?

As Home and Away returns to UK screens on Channel 5 next month, Bianca Scott and Heath Braxton have a big decision to make about their future.

Bianca (Lisa Gormley) has often seemed sceptical over Heath's suitability as a long-term partner, but upcoming episodes see her reconsider her position due to how supportive he has been since the arrival of their baby son Rocco.

As the pair catch up at the hospital, Bianca thanks Heath (Dan Ewing) for his unfailing loyalty, and sparks soon fly between them as they share a passionate kiss.

Soon afterwards, though, they are interrupted when a shocked April and Dex walk in on them...

As April (Rhiannon Fish) demands an explanation for what's going on, it's clear that she's not happy to see things taking a romantic turn between her sister and Heath.

Leaving them to it, April soon finds herself at odds with Dex (Charles Cottier), who is convinced that Heath has proven his worth as a family man. With both staying stubborn over their views, could this issue come between the young couple?

Bianca, meanwhile, isn't too fazed by April's disapproval - but she knows that she and Heath need to decide what they are to each other. Are they better off as friends, or is there a happy romantic future for them?

Home and Away airs these scenes on Wednesday, September 5 and Thursday, September 6 at 1.15pm and 6pm on Channel 5.

Monday episode 5596 - 03/09/12

When Casey learns that Brax and Natalie have decided to stop seeing each other for his sake, he becomes furious that his problems are affecting everyone he cares about. In an attempt to tie up loose ends, Casey tells Natalie and Brax that they need to focus on their futures and not his. And when he tells Gina that he doesn’t intend to finish his HSC, Gina voices her concern that maybe Casey is planning on hurting himself. Brax confronts him about this, and Casey promises that isn’t what he is planning. After repeated attempts by Sasha to cheer up Casey, he tells her that he knows he is going to gaol for the rest of his life, and he needs to start preparing for that.

Leah is feeling a little jealous of Natalie and Brax’s relationship, but realises that this could be a chance for Brax to be happy again. She tells Natalie not to let his family get in the way of something potentially special.

Still trying to cheer up an disheartened Gina, John decides to surprise her with a special lunch and gift. But when she doesn’t show up, John is furious that she keeps shutting him down. In the meantime, Jett and Richard show up and ask if Gina would be happy letting Jett live with her again. She is over the moon, and when John comes in to berate her about skipping their date, he is too happy to learn that Jett will be staying with them again.

Tuesday episode 5597 - 03/09/12

When Brax learns that Natalie hasn’t been telling her everything that is going on in Casey’s life, he confronts her about it. She defends her choices and highlights that maybe there is a reason Casey doesn’t feel like he can talk to him. This forces Brax into taking Casey to visit Dex and show what it’s like to fight for your life. Pleased that Natalie’s advice has worked, Brax thanks her. She tells him that she thinks their relationship is worth the wait, and that she isn’t going anywhere.

April is still struggling with Dex’s rejection when Irene encourages her to visit him. Sid explains that Dex is recovering, but still has a long way to go. When April learns that he still hasn’t asked for her, she is left disheartened and unsure about what to do. But when Casey provides some insight into how Dex might be feeling, and urges her not to give up on him, April goes to him and they are reunited.

After visiting Dex in the hospital, Casey starts to realise that his life is worth fighting for.

Wednesday episode 5598 - 05/09/12

Dex and April have been reunited, but April still feels like everything she does is a mistake. After making Dex an Orientation Chart to help him with remembering his favourite things, Dex isn’t responsive and she questions whether she’s just upset him. Everything starts to go array when an embarrassed Dex asks April to leave.

Roo is acting weird and Harvey is concerned that she’s having second thoughts about Tim. When Alf suggests that maybe Roo is anxious about her career after having to give up the great opportunity that Tim provided, Harvey tells her that he realises the sacrifice she’s made for their relationship. But when Roo admits that she hasn’t quit, Harvey is even more concerned about Roo’s feelings for her ex.

Casey tries to make amends with Heath, hoping that they can start to get on again. Heath rejects Casey’s peace offering and kicks him out. Bianca chases after Casey and urges him to not give up on his hurting brother. After Casey’s second attempt at reaching out to his brother, Heath reveals that he is still sore that their father didn’t care enough about him to involve him in his life. Casey explains that that’s what makes Heath the lucky one, and they realise that they both need to stick by each other to get over the death of their father.

Thursday episode 5599 - 06/09/12

Gina is in much higher spirit now that Jett is back, which makes John feel even more useless. He tells Marilyn that he feels like he can’t make Gina happy, but when Gina tries to reach out to him, he pushes her away. Instead of returning home for dinner, John drinks his sorrows away with Marilyn at Angelo’s, and lies about doing it. When he returns home, drunk, Gina is furious and Jett becomes paranoid that he has ruined everything.

Irene has had enough of Heath’s messy behaviours in her house and asks Bianca to have some words with him. When Heath turns up with some River Boys, Bianca loses it and tells them to get out. Though angry at first, Heath contemplates how he’s been acting and realises that he needs to respect Irene’s house.

Harvey is still angry at Roo for lying to him about her involvement with Tim. When Tim shows up and Harvey sees him and Roo chatting, he becomes even more convinced that Roo is keeping secrets from him.

Liam is concerned that Indi isn’t coping with the loss of her friendship with Romeo, and asks him to be for her in this time of need. Romeo isn’t pleased with Liam telling him how to treat his ex, especially considering he is her new boyfriend now, and asks him to leave. But after some thinking, Romeo realises he shouldn’t hold onto the anger and try to deal with the situation.

Friday episode 5600 - 07/09/12

Roo and Harvey are still at each other’s throats over her lie about cutting contact with Tim. Thinking that a grand gesture will help smooth things over, Harvey suggests they go and get married right there and then. Roo is excited until Harvey says that all she has to do is tell Tim to rack off. Upset at yet another ultimatum, Roo and Harvey get into another argument, but this time Alf has had enough. He orders Roo to go off and figure out what she wants and for Harvey to let her. When Roo meets up with Tim, she realises that Harvey is the only one for her, but as she says her final goodbye to Tim, Harvey catches them in the distance in a warm embrace. Believing that she has chosen Tim, Harvey packs his bag and leaves town.

Now that Romeo has given Liam and Indi his blessing, they are finally free to get on with their relationship. But when Indi bails on a date with Liam and goes surfing with Romeo instead, Liam starts to feel pushed to the side. Nervous that maybe his relationship with Indi started at a bad time, he suggests that they should rethink what they’re doing; leaving Indi furious that he is breaking up with her in this time of need.

After sharing several bottles of wine with John the night before, Marilyn nurses the hangover from hell.
