Is there a reason you opened many threads, could you not have said all this in the one post?
Also you are giving tips on health but you say the opposite (and I quote)
"I am 22 years old married man, I am 130 pounds in weight, I think I am a little bit overweight,
I want to loose that weight but I don’t like to do exercise or any work out because I don’t have that much time... "

Are you just spamming or a real poster.. if the latter I apologise but I just didn“t see the sense in your posts and threads
