Over on Coronation Street, Eva Price has more heartbreak ahead as Weatherfield newcomer Rob Donovan decides to end their relationship.

Rob (Marc Baylis) and Eva's romance comes under strain later this month when the businessman gives Karl Munro a job in packing and delivery at the factory. Not prepared to work alongside the man who left her mum heartbroken, Eva sabotages an important order to set up Karl and succeeds in getting him the sack.

Although Eva (Catherine Tyldesley) is pleased with herself, it's not long before Rob discovers who was really responsible - and he is furious over his girlfriend's antics.

The pair later reach an uneasy truce, but it seems that Rob could already be losing interest in Eva when he suddenly starts flirting with Stella at The Rovers.

Rob shocks Stella by making it clear that he'd be up for a steamy night with her rather than Eva, and although she turns him down, there's clearly a frisson between them.

The next day, Rob finally bites the bullet and tells Eva that they're better off as friends. How will Eva react to yet another love split?

Monday

Anna calls a family meeting at Number 6. Owen apologises for ruining the christening, but maintains his stance that Katy is too young to be a surrogate and will be unable to give up the baby when it arrives. However, Gary, Izzy and Katy insist that they've considered everything and are going through with it.

Owen soon clocks Chesney's doubts and later urges him to voice his fears. Chesney feels that he should support Katy's decision, but how will he feel when Owen tells him all the details of the dangers Katy could be facing?

Meanwhile, Karl confesses to Sunita that he was fired and it was Eva's fault. Sunita is left furious and she has a go at Eva in front of Rob, but Eva denies that she was behind Karl's **** up. When Sunita then seeks Karl's assurance that their affair has been worth all the turmoil, Karl hides his ambivalence. Later in the factory, Eva is bragging to the girls about her spat, when Rob calls her into his office. The smile is soon wiped off her face when she hears what he has to say to her…

Elsewhere, Tracy bans Michelle from having any contact with Amy. Steve tells her in no uncertain terms that her little games won't split him and Michelle up.

Also, Tommy tries to help Tyrone get over Kirsty, while tension begins to mount as Kevin's DIY spree really starts to grate on Paul and Eileen.

Katy refuses to be dictated to, and warns Chesney not to make her choose between him and her sister. Soon afterwards, Gary catches Owen telling Chesney to stand his ground with Katy. Chesney insists that Owen isn't getting him to do his dirty work - his fears are his own.

Later, Chesney and Katy row with Anna trying to mediate. However, as Katy rails at him, he begins to soften. When Gary and Izzy arrive, Katy confirms - with Chesney's blessing - that she still wants to be their surrogate. At the same time, Anna turns on Owen for sneaking to Chesney behind her back.

Meanwhile, Eva waits for Rob after work to apologise. She tells him that she'd even understand if he wants to rehire Karl. Rob lets her off the hook and tells her that he's learned his lesson - he won't take on warring family members again in a hurry. Eva is glad of the truce, however uneasy she feels it is.

Later at The Rovers, Eva invites Rob upstairs for an early night and he promises to follow her up. Soon afterwards, though, he flirts with Stella and there's clearly more than a frisson between them. How will Stella react to this?

Elsewhere, Tyrone is working all hours and when Tommy tackles him about it, he confesses that he can't face being in the house without Kirsty. Will he accept Tommy's offer to come home with him and Tina?

Thursday

Tyrone finds out from the police that Kirsty has been found, but they won't reveal where she is. Tommy urges him to go and find her, but Tyrone warns him to back off. Soon afterwards, Tommy asks Marcus if he can check Kirsty's hospital records to find out where she is. Marcus is sympathetic, but refuses.

Later, however, when Marcus encounters Tyrone making a fuss of Liam, he's touched by his plight. He unofficially tells Tommy that Kirsty will be at the maternity ward that afternoon. Tommy heads off to find her, but will she listen to him when he tells her how lost Tyrone has been since she left?

Meanwhile, Rob tells Stella that his offer from the previous night still stands, but she's having none of it. Later, he resists Eva's affections and ends their relationship. Eva is stunned and she goes to seek comfort from her mum, who's horrified. Stella then quietly tackles Rob about what he's done. But how will she respond when he tells her exactly why he did it?

Elsewhere, Owen apologises to Anna and decides to bite the bullet - he's going to support his girls.

Friday

Sunita persuades Karl to take her to The Rovers to show Stella they are solid and far from hiding away. However, Dev refuses to mind the kids as he's got a hot date.

Later, Sunita looks on as Dev meets his date Sam. Dev recruits Tyrone, who's having a drink with Tommy, to keep Sam's mate Nikki occupied. Tyrone does as he's told, unaware that Kirsty is watching him from the doors of The Rovers…

Meanwhile, Izzy, Gary, Katy and Chesney head to the clinic for their first surrogacy interview. They're overwhelmed by how much is involved. Gary dreads the counselling, Katy is nervous of injections, while Chesney is worried about the costs. It's clear this is something Gary has concerns about too…

Elsewhere, Sally presents Kevin with a housewarming gift of three flying ducks and the pair reminisce about their early years at Number 13.

Tyrone chases after Kirsty, who accuses him of chatting up other women the minute her back is turned. Tyrone refutes this and demands an explanation for her disappearance. Kirsty insists that it was for his own good and she's only back because of Tommy's pestering. Tyrone is shocked to learn of Tommy's involvement as Kirsty decides to leave again. Standing his ground, Tyrone begs her to stay, claiming that they can sort everything out. Kirsty is tempted.

Later, when Tommy sees Tyrone and Kirsty back together, he tells Tina that he's chuffed his meddling paid off. However, Tina can't believe what he's done, telling him that Kirsty has been violent to Tyrone. Tommy laughs until he clocks that Tina is deadly serious. Tina pleads with him not to say a word, but can Tommy stand by and let his mate get hurt like this?

Meanwhile, Sunita is smug as Dev's date with Sam falters. Later, however, she loses her smile when Stella tears a strip off her for eavesdropping on her ex. It's not long before a full scale row erupts.

Elsewhere, Chesney stays silent as Gary, Izzy and Katy tell Owen and Anna about the clinic appointment.

To be fair this time with Karl she wanted him fired for what he did to her mum but I dont think she thinks about the bigger picture of who or what else will be collateral damage
