Monday 20th August
Roo's surprised when Alf invites Tim to stay for dinner - it's a move that puts Harvery offside. Everyone in Summer Bay is shocked to learn about the shooting drama.
Tuesday 21st August
Jett spends his last day with John and Gina before going to live with Richard but later he has a change of heart about his domestic situation. Will he go through with the move or stay with John and Gina.
Wednesday 22nd August
Richard's angry when he finds out Jett's considering staying with John and Gina, instead of moving in with him. Roo discusses new work opportunities with Tim.
Thursday 23rd August
Repercussions from the car accident have a massive impact on Summer Bay residents and several are struggling to cope. Can they unite in their grief to make it through the crisis? VJ makes a passionate and heartfelt speech.
Friday 24th August
Devastated Summer Bay residents prepare for a funeral. Irene tries to help those who are hurting followig the car crash but will she be able to single-handedly pull the Bay community together?

What happened to Leah being part of the hostage situation? Did this change, or is this still coming up even though Danny's dead?
Monday episode 5586 - 20/08/12
As Casey looks down the barrel of his murder charge, he continues to shut out Brax’s efforts to help him. Sergeant Watson tips Brax off to the fact that Casey isn’t accepting help from anyone. Meanwhile, Heath can’t believe Brax doesn’t care about the death of their father. He also can’t believe Bianca sympathises with Casey too but she does her best to calm him, and encourages him to organise a funeral. Conflict erupts between Heath and Casey – which Casey later uses to deliberately breach his bail conditions. Bianca encourages Heath to get away from it all. Brax is disturbed to find Casey believing he deserves gaol for what he’s done.
Marilyn is finding it difficult in the wake of Danny’s death, especially because of his deception. She seems buoyed when Casey tells her she was a true friend of his father’s. Afterwards, Marilyn’s surprised to learn the Braxtons aren’t planning a funeral.
Roo’s bemused when Alf asks Tim to stay for dinner. Harvey feels uncomfortable, realising there’s a lot to Roo’s history he doesn’t know. The tension between him and Tim becomes palpable. Tim later surprises Roo with the news that he’s got a business idea and plans to move to Australia for good, and she’s unconvincing when she tries to brush this off.
Tuesday episode 5587 - 21/08/12
Natalie attempts to get through to Casey. He reveals how the robbery came to be but she can’t get him to give that information to the police. Off the record, Watson explains to Brax that without Casey’s testimony it’s not clear he was coerced into the robbery by Danny – and Brax realises Danny had always planned for Casey to take the fall. Brax is at his wits’ end trying to work out how to help Casey.
Jett’s spending his last day with John and Gina before going to live with Richard. John tries to encourage Gina to put aside her disappointment and she manages to let herself go and have some fun in the water. Later, Jett has a change of heart and says he doesn’t want to live with Richard.
Harvey tells Roo he suspects Tim’s trying to seduce her and they reaffirm their trust for each other. Roo combs through Tim’s business proposal and eventually realises it’s her own work.
Marilyn announces to her housemates that she’s taking charge of the funeral for Danny Braxton to a lacklustre reception. Especially from Brax.
Wednesday episode 5588 - 22/08/12
In light of Jett’s changing his mind about leaving, Gina suggests maybe they can work out a compromise. But Richard’s angry to hear the change of plans and puts his foot down, threatening to get the police involved if he has to. Later, the confrontation threatens to explode in front of the police and Jett decides to submit to Richard to avoid more trouble.
Indi and Liam consider breaking the news about their relationship before Romeo finds out the wrong way. Liam reveals the truth to Romeo who confronts Indi about it, clearly hurting. He moves out of Leah’s house, saying his friendship with Liam is over.
Roo has a go at Tim for stealing her ideas and gets him to let her join the project – much to the chagrin of Harvey. He warns Tim to back off but it’s clear he doesn’t intend to.
Thursday episode 5589 - 23/08/12
Sid’s clearly troubled by Dex’s lack of improvement but April remains steadfastly optimistic. Not being able to go back to hers and Dex’s place, Irene offers April a place to sleep at hers. Indi’s concerned her father’s unraveling by staying at Dex’s bedside. Sid’s attempts to reach Dex’s mother are unsuccessful and April’s incessant positivity gets to him and his cracks start to show.
Romeo moves back in with Alf as Liam comforts Indi. Liam feels bad that he’s forced Romeo to move out. VJ quizzes Romeo about his bust-up with Liam but Romeo’s not too keen to share all. Sasha finds out about Indi and Liam through Romeo and confronts her sister about it, trying to make her see the damage she’s caused. Romeo visits Dex and Sasha shares her fears with him. Liam tries to make things right with VJ but he gets his history of bad choices thrown back in his face.
Friday episode 5590 - 24/08/12
Brax implores Natalie to try harder in getting Casey to talk before he throws his life away. When Marilyn comes knocking about the funeral, Brax is still shirty but Natalie points out this may be a way to get to Casey – and later tries to convince Casey to attend. Casey turns up and Brax seizes the opportunity to make his brother see Danny was setting him up… and finally gets him to fight his charges.
Meanwhile, Heath’s reluctant to go to Danny’s funeral but Bianca stays by his side with Rocco, too. Afterwards, Bianca expresses her pride in how Heath handled himself and it seems the couple is in a great place.
Sasha’s shocked at her father’s outburst but Sid maintains everyone needed a dose of medical reality. April returns to Irene’s in tears, her spirit dampened. Sid admits to Irene that he’s feeling helpless, and she suggests they all need to look after each other. Sid and April later have a tentative rapprochement, realising they’re both scared. Later, Dex finally wakes up but April is taken aback at his hostile mood.
