Emmerdale's Debbie Dingle will be rushed to hospital next month as Cain and Cameron's feud spirals out of control.

Debbie, played by Charley Webb, is accidentally knocked to the ground as the tension between the two men leads to a physical altercation.

Viewers have recently seen Cain (Jeff Hordley) realise that Cameron (Dominic Power) is having an affair, and he refuses to let the matter drop in upcoming episodes - determined to discover the truth.

Magazine reports have revealed that Cameron and Cain will come to blows as the storyline continues. However, the pair are mortified when pregnant Debbie gets caught in the crossfire and ends up hurt.

The incident comes just as Cameron is planning to flee the village with secret lover Chas, not wanting to keep sneaking around.

However, reports say that Debbie's scare makes Cameron have second thoughts which are likely to keep both him and Chas in the village after all. Will Debbie and the baby be okay? And will the affair continue?

Emmerdale airs these scenes on Thursday, July 5 and Friday, July 6 on ITV1.

Debeh is one of the most unlikeable characters on Emmerdale. The Andy, Cameron Menage a trois is a complete and utter yawnfest

Cain - in the right - blimey how things have changed.
You think Cain will be mad - wait until Charity finds out too.
I would like to see what Carl thinks of it all when it comes out. He was the man to sort out Chas and I really invested in their up and down relationship. I think she is coming across as a right bitch and a soppy lovesick puppy at the moment and I really don't think Cameron is ALL THAT!!!! Honestly there are much better looking and nicer men in the village - DAVID for a start (wedding aside)
I would like to see Debbie and Cameron split up and her and David get together for a bit - the fact they really are together might show what real sparks and chemistry are like. Strange coupling on screen but obviously working in real life.
I would love Chas to end up in a gutter somewhere with everyone disowning her - then suddenly along comes Carl - he picks her up, sorts her out and they get back together.

I want to see Cameron well and truly battered!!! by Cain, Debbie, all of them.

And Chas named and shamed!!

only problem is if debbie chucks him out, and Chas takes him in - the dingles will never boycott the pub, so the pair of them will not be ostracised?

Coming up in Emmerdale, pregnant Debbie Dingle is rushed to hospital just as her partner Cameron Murray is planning to flee the village with secret lover Chas.

Cameron (Dominic Power) and Chas (Lucy Pargeter) decide to start a new life together in upcoming episodes, realising that they can't keep sneaking around now that Gennie knows the truth and Cain is watching like a hawk.

However, as the day of the pair's planned departure arrives, Cain can sense that something is afoot as Cameron seems to be behaving strangely again. Chas tries to cover for Cameron, but Cain won't let it lie.

Later, Debbie (Charley Webb) is furious as Cain continues to question Cameron on what he has been up to. Cameron argues, but is conscious that he needs to be somewhere else as Chas is waiting for him.

The situation soon escalates as Cameron launches himself at Cain. However, Debbie is accidentally knocked over in the violent altercation.

Cameron and Cain immediately stop fighting, rushing to Debbie's aid. As she is taken to hospital, will Debbie and the unborn baby be okay? And what does this mean for Chas and Cameron's escape plan?

I'm more looking forward to Cain and Charity's reaction than Debbie's - neither of them would even imagine it at all so when they find out it will be really interesting. Personally I hope they both disown her. She deserves it. Cain and Charity have done bad things but never like this and never to their own family.

Monday

At the factory, Rachel unsuccessfully attempts to leave without waking Jai. Both are mortified over what they have done. In denial, Jai warns Rachel that it never happened. Back at home, Charity is angry that Jai didn't come home last night and storms out when he turns up, not wanting to hear his excuses.

Later, Rachel finds that she cannot refuse when Charity asks her to do some cleaning. Rachel is left full of dread when Ali gossips to Charity that Rachel is hungover after pulling some guy. Jai arrives home with flowers for Charity and panics to see Rachel there, whispering that last night was a mistake and she must not tell anyone. Rachel is annoyed that Jai doesn't think she is good enough for him, and threatens that she might tell Charity what they have done…

Meanwhile, Ashley is continuing to secretly sleep at the church. When he calls round to Mulberry Cottage, Laurel gets frustrated as she asks for his solicitor's details. Ashley is forced to cover up the fact that he hasn't yet seen a solicitor. Later, Ashley is about to take a half-eaten sandwich from the pub table when he spots Jude and Edna. Jude then asks for the church keys and Ashley is forced to hand them over, worrying about where he will spend the night.

Elsewhere, after various hints, glum Paddy arrives at his surprise birthday party in The Woolpack.

Tuesday

Hour-long episode

Ashley has spent the night at the cricket pavilion and feels more desperate then ever as he swipes a sandwich from David's shop. Later, outside the church, Ashley spots Laurel with Gabby heading for the school trip. He makes his way over unnoticed and hugs his daughter. A scared Gabby freezes, while an embarrassed Laurel pulls Ashley to one side, asking what he is playing at. Ashley is mortified as he pleads to see his children and begs Laurel to take him back. However, Laurel doesn't give in.

Later, Rodney gives Ashley a lift into town to the house where he is claiming to stay. As Rodney pulls away, Ashley wanders off with nowhere to go. After a sleepless night on the streets, Ashley is at an all-time low as someone attempts to rob him. A girl steps in and Ashley moves away. Later, Ashley comes to the girl's rescue, but is later devastated when she turns against him by robbing the few belongings he had left.

Back in the village, Edna is concerned about Ashley after talking to Rodney. They decide to visit him at the house where Rodney had dropped him off. However, they realise that Ashley is not staying there and begin to worry…

Meanwhile, Jai desperately tries to call Rachel as he is keen to know whether she's going to tell Charity the truth. Charity notices that Jai is acting strangely, but presumes that the baby issue is still on his mind. Later, when Rachel and Jai are alone, he attempts to buy her silence. However, Rachel soon makes herself clear to Jai - she is not a prostitute and she can't be bought off. Jai quickly apologises to Rachel, telling her that he loves his wife. Rachel suggests quitting her job to make things easier, but he convinces her to keep it.

Elsewhere, Cameron and Chas discuss their plans to flee the village, but when Gennie arrives, they quickly separate. Chas tells Gennie that she is getting over Cameron and thanks her for doing her a favour. Gennie then asks Chas to be her baby's godparent. Chas is thrilled to be asked, but suddenly it hits home as she realises the enormity of her decision to leave the village.

Also today, Nicola is intrigued when Rodney tells her that Kelly has phoned, Charity is excited when a guilty Jai books them a hotel room for the night, while Paddy and Rhona pay the deposit for their wedding.

Wednesday

Rodney and Edna are worried after having no luck finding Ashley. When Rodney continues the search, he eventually finds the ex-vicar rummaging in a bin. Rodney is horrified at what his friend has become. When the pair talk, Ashley admits that he has been sleeping rough. Rodney is adamant that Ashley should come home with him.

Ashley realises that Rodney isn't going to leave, so he asks him to go and get him a sandwich. He waits for Rodney to leave before walking away. This means that Rodney is forced to return to the village alone. Nicola advises Rodney that he should tell Laurel about Ashley living on the streets. Later, Rodney breaks the news to Laurel and Sandy, who are both shocked.

Meanwhile, Alicia's hen party takes place at The Woolpack and the girls are all dressed as the bride-to-be. When Alicia drinks too much, she ends up spending the evening being sick in the toilets. David later arrives and takes a drunken Alicia home. Soon afterwards, Pollard tells a shocked Brenda why he disapproves of the wedding, explaining that David is only marrying Alicia so that Jacob can stay living with him.

Elsewhere, Cameron is full of guilt as he spends his last night with Debbie, while Chas leaves letters for her loved ones and can hardly believe what she is going to do.

Thursday

Cain notices that Gennie is furious with Cameron. When Cain asks her for an explanation, Gennie covers by saying that she just doesn't like him - but Cain is not convinced. Later, Cameron is making the final preparations to flee the village today, but Cain can sense that he is up to something. Chas tries to cover for Cameron, but Cain won't let it lie.

Later, Debbie is furious as Cain continues to question Cameron on what he has been up to. Cameron argues, but is conscious that he needs to be somewhere else. The situation escalates as Cameron launches himself at Cain. However, Debbie is accidentally knocked over in the violent altercation. The two men immediately stop fighting and rush to her aid.

Meanwhile, Alicia is thrown when Talia explains that Justin has now realised Jacob wants to live with David, so will not be fighting for custody. Alicia is relieved, but cannot believe there is no need for her wedding anymore. She tells Chas the news, who advises her to keep quiet as she'll have no chance of anything romantic happening with David if she backs out now.

Later, Alicia has the chance to tell David about Justin backing off, but loses her courage. At the register office, the guests and David wait but Alicia is nowhere to be seen. Has she had second thoughts?

Elsewhere, Laurel and Rodney have no luck finding Ashley. Rodney believes they should inform the police, but Laurel says it will upset the children.

Also, Lisa returns home to find one of the loan sharks talking to Belle.

Cain calls an ambulance while Cameron tells Debbie not to move. The two men silently fume at each other. As Debbie is rushed to hospital, Chas is impatient waiting for Cameron to turn up. When she arrives at Tug Ghyll, a frantic Andy tells her what has happened to Debbie. At the hospital, Debbie says that she doesn't feel right and panics when she starts to bleed. Soon afterwards, Chas arrives at the hospital and Cain questions her on why she isn't on a flight, as she has told everyone that she is going on holiday. Chas puts him straight, saying that there are more important things to worry about.

Chas is then left furious when Cain admits that Debbie is in hospital because he was fighting with Cameron. Later, Debbie and Cameron are relieved when the midwife explains that the baby is in no danger. Cameron comforts Debbie, assuring her that he will never let anyone hurt her again. As Chas watches from outside the room, she is heartbroken to see them so close - realising that their plans to leave together have been shattered…

Meanwhile, as everyone awaits Alicia at the registry office, they are relieved when she arrives ready for her wedding. Pollard arrives even later just as the ceremony is under way. Soon afterwards, David and Alicia are pronounced husband and wife. Later at the wedding reception, Victoria suggests they have a first dance and the newlyweds manage to convince all of their friends they are the perfect couple. When they arrive home, Alicia is still conflicted over the decisions she has made, while David is pleased the production is over.

Elsewhere, Lisa is embarrassed but grateful when Charity offers to help with her debts, while Laurel tells Marlon that Ashley has been sleeping rough.

Friday

After the scan, Debbie is still worried despite being told that the baby is fine. At the same time, Chas is in pieces, guilty as she insists to Cain that Cameron loves Debbie. Later, Debbie arrives home and assures Sarah that the baby is okay. Andy is confused over why Debbie fell, but Cameron and Debbie both lie about what happened.

Later, Cameron panics when Debbie questions him about why Cain's accusations bothered him so much. He covers by saying that he hasn't been pulling his weight at the pub and Chas was going to sack him. Trying to pretend that he is angry she doesn't trust him, Cameron storms out, leaving Debbie kicking herself. Cameron makes his way to The Woolpack to see Chas, who is livid. Cameron hints that he is unsure about leaving Debbie, so a devastated Chas tells him to get out.

Meanwhile, Sandy thinks that he and Laurel should tell people that Ashley is sleeping rough so they can help look for him. However, Laurel is concerned about the children. Later, Sandy explains to some of his friends about Ashley. He is distressed when they are reluctant to help find him, but Marlon offers and - although it's awkward - Sandy is grateful. Laurel is concerned as Sandy returns exhausted with Marlon from town, having fruitlessly searched for Ashley. Laurel is grateful for Marlon's help and he leaves wishing he could do more.

Elsewhere, Alicia wakes up in David's bed still in her wedding finery, Charity gives the loan sharks a final offer of £2,000 and warns them this is the last they will get, while Gennie is disgusted when Chas confesses that she and Cameron had planned to run away together.

Emmerdale star Matthew Wolfenden has admitted that he thinks his character David Metcalfe is "daft" to go ahead with a sham wedding.

David is currently planning to marry close friend Alicia Gallagher so that he can have custody of her adopted son Jacob when she goes to prison.

However, Wolfenden - who is engaged to Emmerdale co-star Charley Webb (Debbie Dingle) - told TV Times that he would not dream of pulling such a scam in real life.

He explained: "I'm totally different to David and take the marriage vows really seriously. He's so flippant about it and thinks they can get a quickie divorce, but I couldn't do that. It's daft."

The current storyline is leading up to a screen break for Alicia, as Natalie Anderson - who plays her - is expecting her first child with husband James Shepherd.

Wolfenden continued: "I'm really going to miss Natalie. She's great to work with, we have a real ball on set - and I'm looking forward to seeing what happens between David and Alicia."

The actor added that he is still holding out hope for a happy ending for the pair in the long-term. Alicia currently has secret feelings for David, but they are not reciprocated by the shop owner.

He said: "From the build-up, I would love for her to come back and for him to say, 'Let's get divorced' and then, as he's signing the papers, realising that he's in love with her. That would be a great end to this story."

Emmerdale airs David and Alicia's wedding next Thursday (July 5) on ITV1.
