X Factor winners Little Mix have delayed the release of their new single.
The girls were originally set to release ‘Wings’, the follow up to debut single ‘Cannonball’ next month.
The group have already shot a video for the track and were set to premiere the song today, after revealing a snippet on Alan Carr’s Chatty Man next month.
But Syco bosses have decided to delay the release of the song for another month, and its now set for release on August 19.
A physical release will follow the next day on August 20.
Little Mix – Perrie, Leigh-Anne, Jade and Jesy – made history after becoming the first group ever to win The X Factor last year, mentored by then new judge Tulisa.
Leigh-Anne said of the track on Alan Carr: “It’s weird everyone hearing, it’s been our baby for so long.”
The girls described the song as an “old school retro R&B” track.
It’s the first single to be taken from their upcoming debut album, following the release of their winners song last December.
